I have had experiences before where I felt hungry despite going through an entire tasting menu but this wasn't the case here as the portions were enough & not too much either. The menu had dishes that are not common in traditional American Thai restaurants & were unique. Enjoyed the hamachi, duck, beef in broth, eggplant & mackerel, & the sorbets, a lot.

Had lunch here last Saturday. What a great experience, and no crowds! Food was carefully prepared with each dish a tasty experience. I had the seafood option and my wife had the vegetarian option. Both great choices. Service was top notch, always attentive without hovering.

Everything tasted great, the dishes became cold fairly quickly. I wished each main dish would come out individually instead of family style. That was the only thing that brought down my score on the food.

This was my first time experiencing fine dining so it was a very pleasant experience. One of the dishes I still think about is the traditional 3 color rice cake coated with young coconut in a bed of palm sugar syrup. The texture of the rice cake is soft and chewy. The pink and yellow ones did not have a disrinctive flavor but the green one is pandan. The palm sugar syrup has a very distinct aroma which compliments the coconut very well. Overall, great experience ✨️

Exceptional dining experience! Hed 11 offers some of the best Thai food I've ever had – in fact, it is just as good, if not better, than Michelin-starred restaurants in Bangkok I've been to. Finding authentic Thai cuisine in the U.S. is often difficult, but Hed 11 has mastered it.

The service was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The food was perfect and presented beautifully.

I was lucky enough to be one of the first guests at the restaurant. I believe it was the second day. I was really happy to taste their first menu for May-June 2024. Overall, it is worth visiting. It's definitely an elevated Thai food experience. The food is great, cocktails are amazing, and wine pairing is well prepared. If you like Thai food then it's a must-try restaurant in the city. While expensive, the value for money is in the right place. I recommend going there at least once. I can't wait to go back there in a couple of months to see how they are doing. I wish the restaurant crew all the best!

Don’t bother. Incredibly overpriced for what it is. Food is nicely presented but not very tasty or interesting. You’ll end up spending $500 for mediocre Thai food when most basic takeout in the city is better.

From start to finish, our experience at Hed 11 was absolutely outstanding. The service was warm, attentive, and perfectly paced, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout the evening.

The restaurant’s location is excellent, adding to the ambiance of the evening—modern yet inviting, ideal for a special night out.

The 11-course menu is an absolute triumph. Every dish is thoughtfully curated and beautifully presented, taking us on a flavorful journey through bold and creative combinations. Food was bland. Not Thai street food. No spices, no heat. The menu advertised on line is not what you will get. Essentially, all the food comes out the same time and yours might be last .. and will be cold.

The food is horrible in fact. As if a cruel joke.

The wine pairing is a miss. Cloudy Bay?!!! A 7/11 staple in Hong Kong when your desperate is served.

Look for this price + built in 20% gratuity dude, not worth it.

Food was delicious and creative. The staff was super attentive and Viola who was our waitress who walked us through every detail of the menu was awesome. We needed italian translations and she was able to explain everything from the menu in italian. Great staff and great food are really all you need to have an amazing night and no matter what the price of the meal is, its justified for the service alone.

I'm from Thailand so I had high expectations 👀 but Hed 11 didn't disappoint! I was happy to see dishes I never thought I would see in the US like Kanom Jeen Sao Nam and Tom Klong. Everything was well executed. I'll definitely be coming back!

Came to hed 11 for a celebratory dinner without knowing what to expect and was very happily surprised- delicious, creative food in a beautiful space with really exceptional service. Our childcare fell through so we ended up bringing along our baby (not optimal, don’t recommend- tasting menu plus infant is a self evidently suboptimal idea) and the staff were beyond patient, kind, and accomodating. I especially loved the starters and the red curry. We will be back! (Sans child)

First time I have experienced a Thai tasting menu. It was definitely unique but still full of flavor and delicious. The restaurant is still quite new, so the it wasn't packed which dampened the atmosphere slightly. But the service was attentive and the wait staff spent the time with each dish to explain the food and its history. It was an 11 course tasting menu that my wife and I pared with the wine recommendations. There was a lot of food, so you won't leave hungry. A lot of the dishes had a bit of heat so be prepared for the more authentic Thai tastes and flavors. I think our favorites were the chicken curry, Wagyu beef and curry puff. The wine pairing was adequate and matched well, although nothing blew us away (although the Pinot was well balanced which can be challenging for a Pinot). I would definitely recommend this restaurant and now I am interested in looking for more asian restaurants with tasting menus. Total cost was about $600 for two people with the wine pairing and tip.

This place has wonderful food, a well thought out wine pairing (would definitely recommend), and a good non alcoholic drink list. It is a small place and quite cozy but upscale. Since it was the second week service was a bit disorganized but very friendly. I can see them getting a Michalen Star once they have their service more organized.

An excellent dining experience. We had actually gone to the restaurant that the chef was previously at (Saawaan, one michelin star in Bangkok) and this restaurant while early, had some excellent food on the tasting menu.

We started with oysters, then had an assortment of small tasting bites, and then a quite large rice, curry, fish, and other assorted items, and then finally a great desert. Highly recommend!

Grand opening was on May 3. We got a reservation for May 4. Very good high end Thai food. Service was good and it will improve as time goes by. Hostess gets a lot of credit. Support sweet and helpful, not to mention beautiful.
