All-day restaurant for Cal-Asian dishes in modern surroundings with banquettes & chic decor.
Checked out this place because I saw great reviews. I ordered the chicken and waffles while my partner ordered the egg benedict. Unfortunately, the chicken and waffles were both extremely dry. Some parts of the waffles were even burnt. The yolk of my partner’s egg benedict was fully cooked and not runny.
Perhaps the chef had an off day because we came on Christmas Day, but honestly this meal ruined my Christmas!!
Great brunch spot with an extensive menu that can accommodate dietary restrictions! We visited for a late Saturday brunch around 1:15pm and were seated right away. I ordered the chicken and waffle and my friend ordered the original benedict with gluten free bread. We both also got glasses of red sangria. Both dishes were great! I was especially impressed with the quality of the chicken. Fair portion size and quite affordable pricing for SF brunch.
Went for brunch with friends on a Friday, was not busy and seated right away. The place was cute! Ordered the banana soufflé pancakes with the chicken & matcha waffles. I thought the food was okay but the presentation was pretty. The matcha waffle was pretty dry but I did like that they used chicken katsu though it was also kinda dry and pretty thin. Portion size was good. Maybe the Thai food from this place might be better.
Went here for brunch with a few friends. Fairly busy spot. Fun atmosphere. Pretty big menu overall but we were focused on breakfast.
The Good:
food was very tasty. Lots of different juices for mimosas. We got lychee. Also includes a couple gummy bears at the bottom which was a nice touch. We shared the TexMex scramble, eggs Benedict, French toast, and Mariscopone souflee pancakes. All of it was very tasty. The eggs Benedict were a tad overcooked and less runny than I like but still overall tasty. TexMex was fantastic. The pancakes were very unique but maybe a bit over hyped.
The Bad:
Service had a lot of be desired. They weren't even particularly busy but took way too long to even get a cup of water, let alone any refill. Food came out fairly quickly but that was after waiting way too long to even order. The servers were nice but it all just took too long.
Overall, still a good experience but I'd probably try new places before going back.
We waited almost 30 minutes for a table and 10-15 minutes before we were actually served. The staff were running around and basically ignored us so although the food is good, I'm a bit skeptical about revisiting.
Other than that, the food was pretty good. We had the chicken waffles and the burger which are pretty big meals. Also, the mimosa's were really great too.
This place gave me the single worst dining experience I've had in 30 years in San Francisco. The water glass showed up with lipstick on the rim. No big deal, but I should have taken it as a hint of what was to come. We ordered two dishes. They arrived 10 minutes apart.
By the time the pancakes showed up, the pulled pork eggs benedict were cold and soggy. I don't know what they were thinking when they made that pulled pork, but it was overly sweet BBQ flavored that tasted like a prepared microwave meal from a grocery store. It sat on a soggy tomato and was placed upon the English muffins leaving a wet mess. Inedible.
The mascarpone soufflé pancakes were cloyingly sweet as if made by children for children. I can't imagine that they were prepared right. It was a mess of thin and soggy pancakes alternately stacked with a flavorless egg white layer and covered in sugary slop. Really gross.
The server/hostess was the only positive part of the experience. She handled the situation, not charging us. The owners of this place really need to train the kitchen staff. It feels like they made this Insta-friendly trend spot, made up some dishes, took some photos, left it in the hands of children and disappeared.
Zero stars if I could.

It’s not breakfast 24/7. At night they change into a Thai restaurant. ☹️
Food was overcooked. The toast wasn't even toasted. Potatoes were burnt. Everything was just mediocre.
Great atmosphere, food and drinks. I would definitely go again!
The crab in the benedict was canned and gross, the eggs were overcooked, the champagne was flat and came with gummy bears :/ The chicken and waffles were fine, service mediocre, but when the waitress asks “Is the food alright?” it’s not a great sign. I came hungry and left hungry.
Absolute Empfehlung.
RAW is such a great American brunch and Thai restaurant! They have such a great selection of food, drink (both non-alcoholic and alcoholic). I got to be honest. the French Toast is great, but the Thai food is even better! Hands down some of the best in the area. After all that the second runner up has to be the bottomless mimosas. Just don't throw up!
The food was good. Not all our meals came out at the same time. Hashbrown were cold and way too crispy. I will go back.
Went here based on reviews and it couldn’t have been further from what I expected. Staff was nice enough but, everything else was bad. Super greasy, to the point of being inedible. Save yourself the time, and a gross-feeling stomach for the rest of the day by going somewhere else.
Amazing place, delicious food and super nice staff

Went for a quick breakfast on a Sunday. Got in around 9 am, the service was incredible. They were all so sweet and attentive. I got a vegan Khao Soi and I was in heaven.
ok
Terrific breakfast. Tex Mex Omelet was delicious and unlike any other. Hash browns crunchy good. Recommend.
Breakfast and Thai?! I'm sold! Great Sunday brunch spot, where everyone can get what they want. We both got Benedict's, and both were awesome! Definitely get the bottomless mimosas and stay for an hour.
Despite being super busy when we arrived for brunch we really left impressed! The food was so delicious. Definitely a mix of Asian and American modern breakfast all prepared really well.
Good food, quiet dining experience and friendly courteous service. Love it.
This place is awesome.
Service was on point. Prices and food were great.
Meh. Everything was decent food-wise but the service was so atrocious that it just overshadowed any good elements of the food. My wife had the veggie scramble. Meh. Got our daughter the kids pancakes, tasted like cardboard. My basic breakfast was just meh. They forgot my wife's cocktail for 30 minutes. Took about 20 mins to order in the first place. Waited for another 15 to pay. Service was very much not on point. l'd pass, too many other good brunch places in the Mission.
Great little spot to check out. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Their menu had lots to choose from and the portions are huge.
•Eggs Benedict were really good, •Garden was omelette amazing, •The chicken in the chicken and waffles were just tenders and they were dry and too well done. •Mascarpone banana walnut pancakes were fluffy and the cream was very rich, Could have used more bananas and more flavor in the pancake itself. •Factory hash tasted amazing.
Wonderful late Saturday brunch: avocado Benedict and pesto harvest scramble. Outdoor seating. Very good value.
Delicious. Perfect mix of options: savory Thai or sweet/brunch options. Nice staff, has flexible table options (like our table of 8 people on Sunday morning)
Delicious brunch and their pomegranate mimosa
I very much enjoy the chorizo scramble/omelette from here. I don’t really eat much meat, but here it’s delicious. I also love they out plenty of avocado. I love coming here for brunch, lunch any day. Let’s not forget the matcha toast (if I remember the name correctly). Not totally my cup of tea but it was good.
Disappointed!😔 The hashbrown was greasy and hard. I couldn't even stick a fork in it or chew it. The omelet was eatable. Hmmm. My daughter food was the same.

It would be nice if you had a working phone number. I live across the street and we can see the people vandalism your place time and time again. It's sad they always trash your place. We'll not just yours but wow.. last time it was around 315am time before was around 250am. I see the new 🪵 bring put up.. I'll keep trying.. but I'd invest in a shipping container and cut & welded something they can't destroy.. we need a community hotline, because the police just don't help even though there 137ft away..
Great Burgers good service and always clean.. They have fantastic weekend morning 🌄 menus.. always patrons waiting..
Oh there's also a paint that actually a repellent to all liquids.. might be worth investigating 🔎🤔
🏝🏖🏚🌅🌄🌁🚆🚎🚋🚉🚢🛫✈🛩🛬🎊🎉
STUNT FOOD! Service was really nice though
They brought out the wrong food item, staff was terse and an unapologetic even though they were in the wrong
Not my favorite brunch place. The food was just medium (some fruit on my French toast wasn't very fresh or juicy and the hash was perhaps lacking a little flavor). There is outdoor seating with covering and it does allow dogs outdoors, so definitely a plus there. Seems like most of the dish options were spicy though (and I don't handle spicy well); for example, 4 of the 5 Benedict offerings had a jalapeno hollandaise sauce. So possibly their food specialty is just something that's not compatible with my preferences.
Good food and nice waiter but it seemed like they were pretty understaffed. It took us almost 2 hours to dine here as a party of 2.
Enjoyed a late night quick bite. Had the vegetarian pot and seaweed salad. Both excellent. They were nice to do a side of fried rice for our daughter (not on menu). She loved it.
It gets busy on weekends!
Delicious spaced out food, amazing service!
Coffee was old and bitter. Waitress schooled me, a coffee drinker of 45 years, how coffee is supposed to be bitter. There's a huge difference between fresh brewed bitter and hours bitterness. The hash brown was overly crispy almost difficult to chew but it was to my liking.
I got the garlic noodles with crispy salmon. I wish there was a sauce for the salmon when it is ordered crispy to not feel like it is a bit dry, but it was still delicious just needed a little more to it. For my drink I ordered a Thai Iced Tea and it was amazing. We also ordered French toast for one of the other guest with us and it was delicious too.
Green tea French toast: only for those who love extremely soggy bread. The only crunch and crispy is the granola topping.
Scramble egg: how good it looks it’s exactly how bad it tastes. It could be more eggy and less oily. (I can only taste the oil, not sure what happen to my eggs)
House brew coffee: not exactly sure what am I drinking. Definitely can’t taste coffee
They have a wide variety of Thai curries, a delicious Pad See Ew, and some great chicken wings with a balanced sweet/spicy sauce. We dropped in for a late meal with several friends and had everything we wanted to share plus Great leftovers at a reasonable price. We have ordered delivery of a few dishes from them for years, but going into dine in had us trying more of their dishes to share with a larger group and we found many new favorites.
I had the eggs Benedict and it was just meh. The crispy hash-browns were pretty good, but not worth coming back for.
Delicious good, lots of options, absolutely recommend. Also very dog friendly!
Slow respond, cold food, egg shell in the food, nice service though.
- tried the ocean and factory benedict’s
- they were both pretty good but nothing amazing
- however, i wish the ocean benedict had more crab in it. i feel like i could barely see or taste it
- the side potatoes were pretty good, i liked how they used a variety of potato types for it
I clearly must have had a different experience ordering take-out/delivery given the reviews. The veggie hash was incredibly oily; the chicken sandwich was soggy and fell apart; the marscipone pancake was overburnt. None of the dishes were edible. I have lived in SF for three years and this has been the singularly worst food take-out/delivery experience I’ve had. Perhaps dine-in is better?
This place is good, both for brunch or your Thai fix. Prices are good ohhhhh and the best part is that they have khao soi!
Food
The food is great! We had the khao soi and the chicken and waffles and both are good.. I recommend both. The batter on the waffles is good and the chicken was good too! I like that is all white meat.
Drinks
I’ve been here before for drinks and they were good. I like their coconut drink. Also if you like fresh orange juice or a fresh coconut this is the place. The coconut is a good deal and it comes in the nut with the pulp for you to enjoy.
Staff
Host was so nice and attentive. Everyone inside was also very nice.
Scrambled eggs and overcooked hashbrowns for two, one side of chicken sausage, bad coffe @$32. Not value for money. The ricotta pancakes Looked delicious though.
Fantastic service. We got here at 9 am and had no wait but it got filled up pretty quickly thereafter. The menu looks absolutely delicious!
We ordered the chicken & waffle (wish there was some slightly spicy Asian sauce or seasoning on the fried chicken), green tea french toast and kimchi fries. Absolutely loved the french toast and kimchi fries!
Some of the more popular items on the menu are a bit expensive but you can definitely find reasonably priced items on the menu that are delectable.
Excellent food!
Smallest portion of rice ever…
Waited for an hour to be seated; we had been told to expect that when we put our names on the list though. Took about 10-15 minutes for us to be served once seated, then we waited for over 45 minutes for our food, some of it tasting alright, some of it (my friend's eggs Benedict) not sufficiently cooked. No apologies, no information about a longer wait prior to receiving the food, nothing on the house, no comment about people who arrived way after us eating long before we did. Disappointing.
Need proof of vaccination to eat inside. They do have a market outside.
Fast and friendly service. Nice selection of food options.
Marscapone pancake: large serving, crispy bready edges and very fluffy soufflé like inside, with eggy taste (egg whites). Vanilla curd tastes slightly banana. Two slices of banana on top, slightly cooked. Lots of walnuts. Solid if you like this style.
Spicy pulled pork scramble: just spicy enough for flavor. Slices of red onion, quartered tomatoes. Minimal cheese. My fav dish so far.
Note: Hashbrowns were only the ‘brown’ fried portion, vs typical hash browns. Very crispy but also highly highly greasy.
Green tea French toast: Was not able to taste much green tea. Not sure if this was intended but insides were mushy. Flavor combines well with syrup, not too sweet.
Service: Friendly and attentive. Got plenty of asks if water needed to be refilled.
Breakfast was not good. Waffles was tasty. Chicken, batter was uncooked.
Great little breakfast place with great food and amazing service!
The order came super late and they screw up. For lunch is very good but breakfast I don't recommend this place
Good for a weekday brunch. The Thai menu is very good as well.
Absolutely top notch food, service, experience, everything.
I paid for my food and they didn't give it to me and I waited
place was so amazing, we went in for the bottomless mimosas. By far the best one was the strawberry one. ordered the pineapple fried rice with shrimp and chicken, and it was so full of flavor.
Great place for breakfasts. Chorizo Benedict was unique and delicious. Mimosas made the meal.
Outstanding food and nicely price. Great date night, foodie spot with amazing looking and tasty food. Busy at times but service try their best they can. Recommended garlic chicken noodles and shrimp string beans with any of their drinks.
They have outdoor seating along with a few tables indoor at good distance! Waitlist option by yelp is preferred
I ordered via door dash the chicken crisp, which to my dismay consists of ONE small piece of chicken and a bunch of fries, I also ordered the ice coffee which they added milk and sugar to even though the description just says ice coffee. I’m lactose and couldn’t drink it and got a mouthful of chicken for $14 bucks. Might want to be a bit more descriptive on what the food your getting actually consists of so people won’t be unpleasantly surprised.
Too bad service.and The food not like Asion fusion .
Amazing food. Bouque of flavor !!!
It was okay, but not for the price, honestly I should've just made breakfast at home and for cheaper. The Hashbrowns were completely burnt.
The butter milk pancakes were a joke.
One thing medium size and one thin small, what a rip off.
Never again!
The food was decent and the service was good.
Great pancakes
Fast service and really good food. The restaurant is super busy and loud at brunch, so not exactly the place to have a quiet meal.
Quality food and service
Definitely try the matcha french toast. Great food and great service.
The omelet was supper fluffy and a great portions size. Come here for bottomless mimosas!
Was there 2 times for breakfast. Both times I had different kinds of egg benedicts.this time with tomatoes and avocado. Both times where very good. I had coffee which is too slight for my taste and fresh lemonade which was really grate. I like they use paper straws. The second time I ordered freshly squeezed orange juice. It was fresh, but not really sour and was like be with some added water. But really friendly waiters! Next year I‘ll come back to check out the pancakes!
Really good brunch place, but long wait. Good quality food and decent service. The food tastes really good. I usually try too share a sweet and salty option so I can satisfy all my taste buds. I got the factory Benedict and the factory pancakes. The pancakes were not exactly what I was expecting since they were super soft and not as sweet as I was expecting, but still good though. The Benedict was just like any other, not much special over there. It’s nice to try new places, but I’m not sure if I’ll be back again. The bottomless mimosas have a boba option, but our server told us not to get them because it’s not good. They also have normal mimosas as well. I’m also usually a huge fan of potatoes but these were average.
It was below average for the price. I left no tip. Not coming ba k ever.
This place is great. My cousin and I arrived by 10:30 so there wasn’t a wait and we were able to put our order in before the rush. Food came out quickly and warm. We both got the avocado Benedict. It was absolutely amazing!! The servers were all so nice and my water glass was always full! Not once did I have to ask for more water. The service and food was beyond my expectation
It's my birthday and I invited my entire family to a brunch here. I made reservations and confirmed reservations the following day. When my entire family and I showed up at the restaurant the manager, who would not give us his name, told us that they do not take reservations at this restaurant and that even if we did call ahead they can't hold a table because there are people waiting outside and they don't want to miss out on that money. They told me it wasn’t their problem that we didn’t have a table, were extremely rude and unapologetic. Ive never in my life been treated at a restaurant like I did today at this place. This restaurant does not care about it’s customers or commitment it makes. Do not get treated like we did don't do business with these guys.
I was so looking forward to eat here but unfortunately when we arrived for my sister’s in law birthday we were told they would not honor our reservation and would not accommodate our group. It’s interesting that we have made reservation on Friday (for 11am on Monday) and have confirmed it on Saturday (to remove few people that weren’t coming) but when we got here the owner says they don’t make reservations, and when we confronted that we did in fact made reservations he replied “that’s not my problem”. So disappointing. Now we are trying to find another place that will take 16 of us. Not cool.
Read the reviews and decided to check this place out. Made reservations for 15 to bring my family to brunch, confirmed my reservation a day before. When we showed up the day of, they told us that they don't take reservations and do not know who would confirm one for me. They were extremely rude and unaccommodating. We will never go back and I recommend that everyone boycott this place as their customer service is the worst I've event experienced. There are so many great restaurants in the city, there is just no reason to put yourself through this.
What an experience our family had this wonderful morning planned for my wife’s birthday. We made reservations for 16 people for Monday at 11am brunch at this new restaurant we’ve never been to and showed up to find the table occupied by other patrons. We were told that we would have to wait an unknown amount of time with 16 people (Family) until the people seated minutes before us finished their meals. The owner and other employees were extremely rude and didn’t even bother to acknowledge the fact that we made reservations, we were all waiting to be seated at 11am and had our large family group all present. Our family didn’t get to experience the food or celebrate my wife’s birthday, we ended up leaving. Thank you Raw Sugar Factory for a fantastic experience.
We made reservations for the birthday party for adults and children and called back to confirm. When we arrived the manager who would not give us his name told us that there were people waiting outside and he had to give away our table because "what did you want me to do let go of the money?"
He also said they do not take reservations.
Do not patronize this place. Food is okay but the service is abysmal.
Rude and nasty to its customers.
Such a surprising little find! I had originally gone to another restaurant that turned out to be closed for repairs so we settled for this place and it was awesome! The mimosa's were tasty and the food was outstanding I ordered the pulled pork hash dish and it was so tasty, the pork was succulent and delightful, it was all in all a great place for brunching.
Unfortunately, I am really disappointed in this place. I don’t agree with the hype - the pancakes look cool on photos(that’s true) but are not tasty at all. It’s wayyy to much mascarpone without any taste :(
We followed the hype around the food, especially the pancakes and felt disappointed. The food is okayish, but there are better places to go for pancakes. However, the staff is friendly and fast.
Loved it! Such an amazing vibe with even better food. We had garden scramble and blueberry pancakes - and I can’t decide which one was better!
P.S. even if you get a seat at the bar, take it!
Came for the bottomless mimosas. Thrilled with the 6 flavors, 2 at a time. The food was the real standout. All 6 in our party loved their dishes. Great service. Will back for sure!
We came late in the afternoon (~1:30) and managed to get a table for 2 right away. (A few months ago, came between 10 and 11 and the wait was going to be an hour for 4, but we didn't have time to stay.) We each got a cocktail and an egg scramble, and all was very tasty. The food came out very quickly as well!
Love the eggs Benedict here. Also a great variety of flavors for the bottomless mimosas. Make sure to reserve your place in line via Yelp if you're dining on a weekend - the lines can get long!
When they hand you a mimosa, with gummy bears at the bottom of your glass, you really want to enjoy it. But that wasn’t the case at all. The food was at best average.
I ordered the avocado Benedict and the hollandaise sauce tasted like thick mayo! And be quick to pay for bottomless mimosa and have it stop once you get to the bottom of your glass cause they will “forget” to bring another watered down carafe of mimosa to you.
Very nice and great breakfast
The fries are the best thing to have here. They’re really good and really filling. The scrambles are good, but nothing to write home about.
We check in through Yelp for Sunday brunch and it typically takes us an hour until we actually are seated. The place gets really busy, and is quite small, so it can also be quite loud.
Great food..ordee the chicken and waffles
Does exactly as advertised: serves copious amounts of sugar disguised as breakfast food.
Glass smelled like fish, we waited a lot for food to be served, everything looks so unorganized.
Amazing matcha french toast. Drinks were too strong for brunch imo, but the dragon ball (haha) drink had popping mango boba, which wad pretty cool.
Love it! Order the crispy chicken salad and thank me later!
Fabulous breakfast!
