Food Court - Ordered and was charged for the 10 piece curry wings. The cashier wrote it on the box. I received the 8 piece and fries.... $3-$4 less. I was already at the hotel when noticed.
Wings were small, not allot of meat. Plus, unsure if all were coated with the curry powder. Kinda plain tasting.

Milk tea drinks taste like powder and water down. It should be $1 instead of $4 or whatever higher price they charge. You can be traumatized by their drinks, but I promise you if you get some better quality ones at an actual boba milk tea shop, you'll love it. They don't serve Thai food. They serve Chinese food and it taste plain. They have better reviews on yelp, but I don't know what those customers be smoking. Almost everything there is not that great. 🥴 Nice employee though. 👍🏻

Stopped by because they advertised Mango sticky rice on their screen. They apparently do not offer it.

Instead I ordered a 2 entree combo plate. I did half white rice, half fried rice and double eggplant and tofu.

The fried rice was absolutely flavorless. While the food was hot, I could tell it wasn't fresh. This was the same for the cream cheese wontons.

They were fried, but had been held over so long I couldn't bite into them. Once ripping them open, the content was dried out.

I get it, it's tough being in the mall with a slow client base. It's almost better that they cook to order.

It's lunchtime now and let me say the service amazing!! The food Tops the chain. WAY Better then Panda Express!! DEFINITELY WILL COM AGAIN. I GOT THE COMBO 3 PLATE PLUS I GOT HALF AND HALF FRIED RICE AND CHOW MEIN HABANERO CHICKEN AND COCONUT SHRIMP AND THE WONTON NOODLE SOUP 💯💯. SOOO GOOOD

Fui a probar la comida está más o menos algunos sabores no están excelentes no terminé de comer cuando tuve que llenar el vaso de refresco y pues tienes que pagar cada vez que lo llenas no te los llenan por cortesía por tu compra les recomiendo que vayan al pan de express está a un lado mucho mejor sabor mejor servicio Aparte de que te cobran el refresco cada vez que lo vas a llenar que le echan más hielos que refrescos

I'm muslim and it's really hard to find halal food close by, but they have halal beef and chicken and have their certification for it. super kind and and good customer service,Mango chicken tasted great!…展开

Not thai food! It is chinese food. Please do not be tricked into thinking this represents the thai culture in any way.

The food arrived in a timely manner, however, there was no flavor in any of the dishes. I ordered Pad Thai Chicken- it had literally no peanut flavor or any flavor you’d associate with pad Thai. The salt and pepper wings had neither salt or pepper taste. Sad considering the amount of money we spent.

Absolute trash! This business is just grab the money and give bad service type of business. We ordered the food and noodles are overboiled. i ordered drinks without ice and they gave us warm drinks. I expected diary items to be in the fridge??? I am ashamed to even ask for my money back just like many others. But i would rather let others know thru this review than go beg for my money back.

The food wasn’t very good. Customer service wasn’t good as well. I wouldn’t recommend this place. They say the meat is halal as well but when I asked an employee about it they didn’t even know what halal meat was nor did they have a certification!!

Me and my friend didn’t even order from this place. We never approached the counter. We stood 5 feet from the counter deciding what to eat. We got accuse of ordering and going next door and not paying for our meal. They even admitted that we never paid or gave our name for the order. They kept gas lighting us to admit we ordered fired rice that they “just cooked for us”.

Idk the woman name who was selling $5 plates during closing but her customer service is by far the best I’ve had in a long time !!! Excellent!! That tea great too

Coconut shake tasted like it was made from powder, althout it is priced at $5.
Orange chiken had that vineger aftertaste. I made poor decision by choosing this place. They did same thing a year ago when I was dining here. I forgot about that awful experiance. Yet here I go again.

Of ur a vegetarian looking for panda Express style tofu try this place out! It was super good, really nice egg rolls, and the boba drink were really nice, definitely sweet. Very forward customer service 👍

Was gonna go to panda but dude offered me a sample as I was walking by and after I tried it I came back and ordered a plate there instead and was pleased with the amount he served me. Dawg was hella chill and respectful and gave me hella of the breaded shrimp. Will be back again

The bourbon chicken is always on point & the noodles are far better than Panda express. Plus they give you the hook up on the portions. My go to place when I'm in the area.

The food tasted great and fresh and The staff was really nice and attentive. I'll have to post pics next time I visit but I recommend this place. I usually don't recommend mall food because the staff and service always changing but since I plan on coming back I gave it an exception.

So it’s mall food, not a 3 Michelin star restaurant obviously. But it’s GOOD mall food for cheap. I absolutely LOVE the stir fried vermicelli noodles and the spicy basil beef. My best friend loves the Bang Bang chicken and the Bourbon BBQ chicken is awesome! Don’t discount this place just because you’re familiar with the Panda Express across the food court. You don’t even have to fully commit - they’re almost always handing out sample and willing to sample almost any item if you ask.

Love the rice here. Don't get me started on your New December Shake. It's so bomb, n it's made in literally 30secs. The desserts are extremely impressive too. And nice kick with the Vegan Thai sauce 👊

This place is the best thai place. Best spice in town. They go the extra mile on making more entrees no matter how close to closing unlike panda express. Where even 40 minutes till closing they wont fire up anymore. But ruby thai cares, theyll make things fresh on the spot and it comes at a great deal. The chicken tastes like smokehouse chicken, better than most bbq places, the habanero is delicious, always can go for more spice which they do, and their mango chicken, mmmmffff they know their stuff. Theres no tendon pieces or large pieces of breading when you bite into the meat. It's the best place in town and the staff are the greatest dudes. Theyre so chill and friendly. They dont mind the wait it takes for customers to sample or come back for their order, or anything. They represent customer service at its finest. Im they havent gone anywhere and i recommend this place to everyone and anyone. Go for it. Its amazing.

This place is patient, wonderful, the people were nice and loving. Top tier quality customer service. I wish I could give more stars. Omg I would recommend to anyone wanting some good chicken and real meat thats lean and not fatty. Anyone looking for the right spice that you cant get anywhere else, this is the place. The price is just right, this is my newest stop. Im hoping to stay a long time regular. <3

Bad service and over-priced food, better service and better price at Panda Express across the food court.

Do not go to this restaurant. My friend, her mom and I went there on Thursday. Afterwards my friend and I felt sick but her mom got it the worst. When we got home she got extremely ill and was throwing up. And when we called Ruby Thai they told us we needed proof and to go to the hospital. They were extremely rude. And the boss refused to even get on the phone with us showing us that he obviously didn't care about the health of his customers.

5 stars for the type of restaurant it is. I love their Mongo Chicken. Fast food at it's best. Yum!

Huge servings, Americanized Thai

Got tricked in to buying gave me a warm good peice of chicken for sample.. then ordered got my plate sat down to eat bam.. food cold😭

Not really Thai food served here, more like thai influenced Chinese food. American style a best. I got mango chicken after my sample and it was tasty. The lady was making my dish when the manager came, yelled at her and scraped half my food back into the heating tray. Apparently, she made my meal too large. In a standard three pocket Styrofoam meal box, she filled the large one with fried rice and the little one with chicken. I thought they were being skimpy with the chicken. Tasted pretty good with a milk tea with boba.

Love this place, food is way better quality then panda express I think....

They always have good quality food not greasy they're always nice and friendly never had a problem been eat there for years
