Great customer service and nice ambiance. Had beef pad see ew, cant go wrong with this. Natalee delight was combination of egg roll, fried wonton, fried shrimp cake and skewer on a stick. Peanut sauce is yummy and the sweet sauce definitely yummy.

The food is so good. The Pad Thai was so good that I decided to try and make it at home. Casual place, wasn't terribly busy at lunch time but they do a huge takeout business.

I own a Pilates studio up the street on Robertson (Pilates Body Beverly Hills) and I have been in here several times for dinner after work. I love the food and the service is great too. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I love their crispy duck dish! I live nearby too, so I also order takeout from here as well. Very delicious Thai food, and I highly recommend!

One of the worst curries I’ve had in LA. It was overpoweringly sweet, had no spice to it, and it had a weird texture like it was thickened way too much with something. The chicken was cooked well, but I couldn’t enjoy the curry because of everything listed above.

Food was mediocre. Had the pad Thai, siam spring egg rolls, and terriaki chicken. Chicken sauce only tasted like sugar. Jasmine Thai in woodland hills is much better.

I can't say it's going to be a choice of mine any longer in this location. The staff keeps changing, go to the one on Venice boulevard you'll be much happier. It appears that the owner doesn't have a passion for this location any longer. Everything has gotten way overpriced. I'm tired of people trying to make up for their losses during covid buy overcharging on everything.

Great food and spice at Natalee Thai. Bummed that they didn't have the fresh rolls today, but the Ping Fish dish is absolutely delicious. Spring rolls were some of the best I've had anywhere. Would recommend Natalee Thai to friends and family in the Wilshire area. Excellent!

Poor veg options, delivered chicken when I ordered tofu (they even wrote tofu on the container), and was not impressed with my food last time I ate there. Also they charge you extra for rice when you order curry. Who the hell eats curry without rice? An order of rice might cost them a nickel but you have to pay a couple extra dollars.

Actually only thing that I like was taste of food. First of all, server was horrible, she just left the menu with really bad attitude and left. We had hard times to explain something that I wanted to server. Sizes were too small. Prices were too high for these sizes. Not good..

Taste was really good but plate is so small. I got “hot stuff” plate and I got rice but I am still hungry. Disappointed. Also server does not know how to serve.

Have dined at this restaurant for at least 15 years. Very good quality and value when dining in. Food is very flavorful and staff is amazingly friendly. Prices werevery reasonable but as of most places, there now raising their prices so high it's almost not worth it. Avoid to go orders! they give you much less quantity. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a quality Thai restaurant. I've been disappointed many times at restaurants in Thai Town. And a lot of other Thai restaurants on the west side have things in their menu to satisfy Americans like sweet and sour pork which is a Chinese dish. This place stays fairly true to its culture apart from having a Vietnamese hand roll which isn't available right now anyway due to covid. (Update). It's now about greed, even the almond cookies have shrunk in size by 1/3. I ordered two dishes yesterday both were half the normal size I used to get, but the prices have gone up more than $4 per item. Ownerships needs to re-evaluate staying in business if they're that desperate that they need to cheat their clients.

This place food was delicious service was good, but an older and young female employees ruined the positive vibes for this place. We we're on way waiting on our business partner, and they said some very negative words toward a delivery drive in their native language, the ladies made a mistake by giving the wrong order to him , he corrected the mistake and was polite and left.
This employees should not be using this type of words of hate toward a person thats helping their business, it was the ladies fault not the driver, we understand their language and its sad because their employees in the kitchen are the same nationally as the driver. My coworkers were offended and said those two ladies are probably Xi jinping daughters.

The food here is horrible. The chicken satay tasted grainy. The classic chow mien was so bland and had very small amounts of meat. The pad see ew was OK, really hard to mess that up. The sweet and sour chicken was over cooked. The lychee desert is literally a few pieces of canned lychee over ice. The fried banana was not bad, it would have been more enjoyable with whipped cream or ice cream. On top of all this mediocre food, the portions are small and everything is way overpriced. Only thing I liked about this place is the parking and the service.

Delicious food served in a nice atmosphere with very attentive wait staff. We were a party of 7 indecisive patrons and our waiter was very patient and accommodating.

Food XLNT! Spent over $300! Asked to leave a Tip as soon as I walked in the door. TIPS are for going over and beyond...so, after spending another $40 for desserts...I asked for help out to my car and was told, "okay". After trip 1 of 3 to my car I gave another chance to earn a tip by asking for help again...but didn't get a bit of help! My TIP is to learn what "quid pro quo" means in the restaurant industry. You didn't wait on a table, bust it afterwards or wash a single dish!

I visit regularly for lunch. I was surprised Kha Moo is advertised, however it’s been sold out every single time I have come. The waitress has told me to call beforehand to ensure availability, and although business hours are advertised with 11:30am opening time (from 11am to 12pm), I called for a whole hour with no one picking up the phone. Disappointing that I come yet again - no Kha Moo.

Have been coming here for over 6 years love this place so much. Super friendly staff, always catering to your dining needs and having a great experience. Love their spicy thai beef salad and their infinite selection of cocktails. Parking in the Beverly Hills area bites, but its so worth it. Im definitely coming back over and over, can never get enough of Natalee Thai. Their thai iced tea is craveable all year round!

I will never order from this branch again

Very solid Thai food for a late night meal! Pad kee mao was great, and had very fresh shrimp. Pineapple curry was surprisingly very good (not usually my thing) and not too sweet. Will be back next time in the area, or late night when there’s no traffic- worth the drive.

The food was excellent! We had the Natalee Fried Rice, Beef Panang curry, Thai Chicken, and crispy pork belly appetizer. The pork belly was good but note that it’s VERY thick and crispy. All the entrees were absolutely delicious. Fresh, strong flavors. Would recommend everything we ordered (though the Thai chicken is only the chicken so you might consider also ordering a vegetable side if that’s your entree).

In the pandemic when there was only outside seating I was there one year ago when the food and service was excellent. Now that it is open for inside seating the service was horrible. Especially if you are a vegetarian all their curries come with a Fish sauce which to them is vegetarian. They were just happy to see us leave as I did not just want to eat the sauted vegetables. I had to ask for the supervisor to see if they could make any curry without fish and after talking to two different people they agreed to make it.All this arguing just ruined my appetite so will give two stars just for not having properly trained staff.

Both my son and I are sick from food poising at this place. I have ordered from here at least 5 times and never had any issues, until last night…the food was terrible looking to begin with, the leaves on the broccoli were brown, I’m not kidding. My little boy who is 5 years old, has been violently ill. My issue is is the food was sent out looking old! This is beyond not ok! Where is the quality control?! Where is your care for peoples health? Needless to say we are sick and won’t be eating here again. Do better.

This place rules. I had the shrimp and chicken Pad Thai and a Thai iced coffee. With my tip I paid around $24 for a delicious Sunday lunch with leftovers! I'll definitely be back.

Walking into the restaurant there were only 3 tables taken inside and one table occupied outside. Only one waitress & he was very rude! Kept telling us that it was busy and a 30min wait. While the manager, (Asian lady) just stood there and watched him. She didn’t acknowledge any of the customers nor did she help the waitress. We waited for 20min and we just decided to leave while asking our last question about drinks and he refuse to serve us drinks. Poor customer service & management is not a team player but watches her employees slave!

4 stars for food only. We've only order via DoorDash so I cannot comment on the dine-in experience. We have a fairly large family and it's usually enough food for everyone. We religiously order the same dishes each time (even though I'd like to venture beyond the norm). We order the Westside Wontons, Pad Thai w/shrimp & chicken, Pad See Ew or Lad Na, and Maylay Vegetables. We've had the BBQ chicken and Rama's Ribs from Venice location. The food never disappoints. Every dish is flavorful and tastes freshly prepared. Sometimes the noodle dishes can be a lil' greasy spoonish but still flavorful. The Malay Vegetable is my personal favorite because my family will eat it knowing there's tofu and veggies in it. I believe the veggies are steamed and stir-fried giving them a softer texture. I prefer al dente but between grandma's dentures and mom's less than stellar dental work, the dish works. We will continue to order from this location as far as I'm concerned. DoorDash drivers are hit and miss. We've gotten food late at times and early other times. We can't control that and i don't believe Natalee Thai can either.

Still a favorite after all these years. Cannot wait to be able to enjoy a large meal with friends and family soon!

I had the beef penang which was very saucy and had big chunks of beef, which was a first for me, they were so tender i was amazed. My wife had a jade curry, which was missing the peas, but was so tasty she didn't mind. I can't speak to this restaurant's authenticity, but it is certainly one of the tastiest take aways we have had in LA and would recommend trying it!
