Authentic Thai Restaurant located in Los Angeles. We offer delicious Thai food with vegan options!
This place USED to be good, like really good. That was from 5 years ago up until last year. I used to order from here all of the time. Unfortunately, their pricing went up to battle the inflation costs of food, but also their quality shot down.
I just got their Spicy Fried Rice and the Thai-style Papaya Salad and wow, not even an option for spicy levels? Where did that go? Both dishes turned out sweet. The spicy fried rice is sweet and NOT SPICY! What a let down. There's not even a single sliver of a Thai bird's eye chili in the entire plate. Should've just called this a Thai sweet fried rice instead. The papaya salad used to be DELICIOUS and properly made, one of the only ones I've actually enjoyed in the area, and now not only is it too sweet, but it needs more lime juice to balance the sauce!
I'm so sad to see the prices go up and the quality shoot down. I don't think I'll ever order from here again just due to the laziness that has been apparent when making these dishes and missing my order requests for other things.
If you plan on ordering from here, the food is still decent, but it's nothing like it used to be. I think I'll be taking my money to the other mom & pop Thai establishment nearby because even though they may take longer, you get more food for a better price and their food tastes outstanding every time.
I ordered 37. Combination Fried Rice with no pork and 12. Crab Rangoon. I would have given 0 stars but the system wouldn't let me. I received the rice with pork in it, and if it isn't pork it is not safe to eat beef because it was 3 different colors! My crab Rangoon was so greasy every time I broke one open the grease dropped down my fingers and hand! I am completely flabbergasted at the quality of food and failure to read the substitution modification about no pork. I trashed the entire meal and my $33. Never again!
I really don’t post bad reviews unless i believe its necessary, most of my reviews are marked pretty high, So i want to start by saying i really expected a really good meal here. The place looks nice and very welcoming, so this review is not for the service, but the food. I ordered pad see-ew and beef, and it was how many other reviews have noted, was very watered down. No flavor whatsoever, or skimping on the fish-sauce something was missing. For what i paid i could have ate at a better restaurant. I really have to stop trying to support local business, because i feel cheated all the time. All in all yeah this place is not it. I should have known that by how empty the place was, but for some reason they do good with online orders i guess. I paid $27 for 1 person even though the receipt says 2. 🤷♂️ yeah definitely not coming here again.
I had a really rough day and the woman there made my day! Then to top it off the orange chicken and jasmine rice made all my problems go away. The butterfly lemonade soothed my soul.
I love this place! Can't wait to go back. Been there twice already.
Wow so glad I found this spot! I usually avoid this shopping location because parking on some days can be a mess.. buttt today was my lucky day! 🤗 We had the shrimp yellow curry and shrimp pad thai.. it was 👌 delicious! Clean, nice staff. Average pricing. Only thing, although the curry was delicious, I really wish it was a bit thicker. Buttt still so yummy!
Update: omg they are bomb! Had their shrimp pineapple curry rice, so yummy! And their cashew nut shrimp omg delicious! I'm loving every bite lol my daughter had her favorite penang curry that she orders everywhere and she said this is the best she's had! Enjoy!
Their crying tiger is inedible level of quality of meat. Compare it to the crying tiger beef from Sticky Rice.. literally the beef was inedible due to the quality of beef or however they cooked it
I came at about 9pm Friday Feb 21st. All i ordered was chicken fried rice. First of all it was 16$. There was A LITTLE BIT OF CHICKEN and TONS OF RICE,PEAS, and CARROTS!! It was bland, flavorless and over priced. Like how do you mess that up. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. total waste of money. Thank you for nothing.

I love this place! Can't wait to go back. Been there twice already.
Thai tea, drunken noodles, pad Thai & calamari were amazing , will definitely be coming back.
Love this place. The food is excellent quality especially the chicken which is important to me. It’s definitely worth it in my opinion coming from someone who loves Thai food.
Flavors of Thai has become a favorite in my book. I normally get Tom Ka tofu and it is always delicious. Also, the bbq pork here is delicious. Tender and flavorful. The sticky mango it is so good 😊. Open midnite!
Food was too good, great service and beautiful ambience.. I love those foods.
Amazing! The fried bananas are to die for, and the garlic pepper chicken was awesome!
Good servise and the food was great
Low Quality/ Mid AF
I was expecting some Great Thai Food, especially for the price but I got that feeling of like visiting a whatever Panda Express Style Chinese Food that have those Combo A, B, or C's.
Whoever cooked my food doesn't know how to use a Wok well or the right amount of seasonings...
Noodles were overly boiled, so when they pan fried it they just became soggy.
Flavor is not quite there either because whoever cooking doesn't know how to properly use the Wok (you're supposed to use the highest temperature possible and constantly toss it over and over maintaining a balance of everything...it's hard to explain but when you know how to cook this type of food you know when the skill is lacking.)
There's a One Two step in cooking these type of dishes and it feels like it was just thrown into the Wok at the same time...
No Bueno.
Tip for the restaurant...
Boil the noodles less as you prepare the meat then sauce...
Throw in the noodles Al Dente...
Then throw in the vegetables last...
I also don't taste much herbs in here like garlic...actually it tastes like that cheap garlic in a jar...not the fresh one.
Need more basil too...
I ate this a couple years ago and was disappointed so I wanted to give this another try today because I was craving Thai food...sorry but I am staying away for good.
It just tastes like noodles soaked in oil and sodium and the meat doesn't even have a nice char to it, tastes like frozen meat thrown in the deep fryer and not even seasoned too good.
Like I said earlier whoever cooking this is just throwing everything in the Wok, without the proper methods of these dishes...worst $20 I spent in awhile.
I honestly want my money back.
The fried rice and noodles lacked flavor
It is not the first time that it has happened to me, the waiter does not pay attention and gives one meal for another, and the food is too salty, impossible to eat.
Bombbbbbb
I really am thrilled I found this place. It was open late took my order over the phone and they handle veggie orders fanatic. The woman who took our order was so nice and friendly. The food is delicious on top of all of that!
Best extra spicy pad see-ew I've ever had.
I found my hometown's taste here
They’ll ask you 50 cents to provide water
Ordered chicken satay. Terrible and they didn’t even send my peanut sauce.
Very friendly family owned restaurant.Sincere and lovely place. I highly recommended it and the food is delicious.
Muy amigable personal un lugar muy lleno de amor la comida la recomiendo tienes que probarla.
La comida buena .el personal muy amable
0in my life have given any restaurant any ratings good or bad, but I'm absolutely furious for ordering a shrimp salad and paying $16 for it,,when I got home excited to eat found 9 pcs of shrimp with some onions and a piece of lettuce under it
Do better
It's not worth $16.0
I would sell that salad for $6.00 max
Considering that ur cost is 9 frozen 🥧 of shrimp
Half an onion and one piece of lettuce
Great food

My jobs does group orders here and the last 3 times food has been terrible. I ordered drunken noodles and they tasted burnt. Tried their orange chicken and rice today and it hard and overly sweet and the rice tasted burnt. I definitely will be skipping this place in the future.
The food here is really good my kids also enjoyed the food 😌💯
The name says it all. Very taste and authentic flavors
Pineapple Fried Rice comes with only two shrimps, extra cost per or additional shrimp. (I thought that was a ripoff) The Pad see ew noodles didn't have that charred edges like to them. The green curry was amazing, a must.
Good place to eat!! 👍
I ordered 37. Combination Fried Rice with no pork and 12. Crab Rangoon. I would have given 0 stars but the system wouldn't let me. La comida es buena, pero el servicio al cliente es terrible.
My go-to late night take out thai food refuge.
Ordered mild yellow curry and received ultra spicy
If you order spicy, expect it to be spicy! Great service. Average prices. Thai tea, green curry and pad se ew did not disappoint. True hole in the wall ma and pa family business with parking lot available. Will def come again.
Pad See ew was great!
Sea food soup not much, had a sweet flavor to it that even soy sauce couldn't help.... yes I put a bit of soy sauce on my sea food soup 😌 🤷♂️ egg rolls need work to say the least.
I'll give them a try again to see what else is good just because I was impressed with the pad see ew.
Oh btw Thai ice coffee was on point 👌
great neighborhood Thai
flavors are always on point
lovely service too
}°~a haiku review~°{
Food tasted fine, but I was disappointed that their 'Thai Hot Wings' were not wings at all, I received chicken legs instead. There is a big difference between the 2, expectation and price wise. This was my 1st & last time ordering here, I will not support a restaurant that blatantly false advertises.

dont order the wonton soup it taste like caldo de pollo
The food was good but I can't believe that they don't allow customers to use the restroom. The waitress told me that it was out of order and I asked her if there was anything available nearby and she said no. That's when I knew she was lying because they needed to use the restroom.
The seafood soup was ok not anything great. One friend really liked her noodles another got sick.
Horrible food horrible people. Service was just plain bad. Told me my food would come out in 5 min and then proceeded to avoid coming out for 45+ min with my food. Will never eat her again
I appreciate that different restaurants will have different flavors but all the dishes I ordered were watered down. Including the white rice
I just didn't like the coconut soup, had a rare flavor, maybe the milk was old. Drunken Noodles were ok I guess, expansive for the portions tho.
Best thai food. love this place
Food was great. We were the only people (3) that dined in and we were from out of town. Food was great. Bbq pork is amazing. Papaya salad was good, but the papaya shred was too thick in my opinion. Crying tiger was good. Basil dish was decent. The drunken noodle was really good, but I’ve had bigger portions in my hometown. Food was great overall, but I’m giving this 3 stars because they charged us “mandatory” tip without telling us (look at your bill before paying) and then asked us if we wanted to tip more.
Yum yum yum. Is all I have to say. I was going to a friend's house when I found this hole in the wall. I originally went somewhere else but that restaurant was closed so I went back on Google and I found this one, I am so glad I did. I will definitely making the half hour drive across town to come eat here. The chicken sate it's very juicy. Just the way that I like it. The yellow curry was very flavorful and the consistency was perfect. The thai ice tea was also good. I will be coming back again.
The Lard Nar noodle was horrible. It was insanely salty and the beef kinda smells. It was pricey and small portion too. If you want authentic good quality Thai foods please help yourself don’t eat here. The only star is for the service lady. All other 4-5 star ratings here are jokes.
I really enjoyed their beef pad thai (although you need to pay extra for the beef). Also, they have their own parking lot which is really convenient! You can also get a free small thai tea with yelp check in.
The yellow curry OMG
The service was prompt and friendly, but the food was just okay... I'd give it 3.5 stars. We ordered an extra portion of meat and the portion size still wasn't very big. We also saw a giant cockroach running across the floor shortly after we arrived. Not the best experience but it'll do if you're just wanting some thai food and in the area
Just got your food and everything was wonderful! We got fried tofu and yellow curry 👌🏽
just so so
Delicious and the best mango rice I've ever had.
we ordered a seafood soup and the taste was not good at all, it was sweet and the seafood did not look fresh. We are not satisfied with the order 😔
Food is okay, but very salty
Rude and unfriendly service
The pineapple shrimp and chicken fried rice was not good it didn't have much pineapple and it had lots of bullion. The Thai iced teas were very watery. Do not recommend this place and won't be going back. It was my first time trying it and not worth it.
Got the panang curry, pad phrik king, and pad Thai - all amazing. Great flavor, great heat, great meat quality, pretty decent portions for the price. The chicken satay was only so so, but that only stood out because of how good everything else was. Definitely plan to routinely get delivery from here!!
I really had my hopes up for this place. I got the pad Thai noodles with shrimp. The dish was a little over $15 which I thought was a bit pricey for a small amount of food. I thought the dish was really greasy and maybe too much fish sauce. Based on this dish with this price (this was one of the lesser expensive entrees), I wouldn’t recommend this place. In fairness, I have only been there once.
What a hidden gem! Absolutely delicious and great friendly service. Dishes are well served and so flavorful! 10/10 recommend 🏆
Good portions and flavorful. Pad thai hits the spot.
Good food
Good food.
Giving 5 stars because no place deserves less unless the stuff up bad. just leaving a review to say y'all needa change that brand of black soybean sauce you use, its not horrible but there is something funky about it compared to any other ive had. food was great tho
The place is cozy, not a big dine space, friendly staff and delicious Thai food😋
Drunken noodles, fried rice, curries, Thai tea and sticky rice are all very Delicious! Never disappoints
Get the panang curry and peanut satay and that's about it. I love them! Tried a red curry instead one time and I really regretted it, so don't recommend experimenting with this place once you find something you like! Parking is easy, never had an issue!
Good food and good service.
Food was very delicious. Will definitely be coming back.
Food tastes very bland
We went next door to get masa and parked in front of place a decided to get the seafood soup. Got to say it is delicious my girl loved it I loved. I will be going there again.
The food is amazing, my recommendation is bbq pork is really delicious your sauce is a delicacy 😋
Great food great service and fast
I ordered 2 items on Uber eats. Received slightly later but didn’t receive an update that they were coming to my hotel room. I thought we were meeting outside lobby. The food was pretty good.
This was the WORST Tom Yum soup I have ever tasted in my life. I love Thai food and have had a lot of it in my life and I could only eat two spoon fulls of the soup from here. It was bland and tasted like water, the chicken was dry and also had zero flavor. Never have I seen Tom Yum soup with big pieces of whole tomatoes in it, please fire your chef immediately. I am so disappointed and upset with this food. I will never be ordering from this restaurant again and will be pursuing a refund.
Very tasty Curry
But terrible Calamari with no taste of calamari we got
I would've given Flavors of Thai a 5 star review if it wasn't for the overly expensive pricing. The food here is comparable to Ocha, Thai Express, and other local Thai restaurants. That being said, prices here are about 30% higher and the portions are slightly smaller. If the food here was a lot better, it would make sense, but it's about the same, so I don't understand why I would want to come here in when I can go to the others. The pad see ew and shrimp fried rice were excellent, better than Thai Express and comparable to Ocha. The egg rolls were good. maybe not as good as Thai Express but what made them great was the dipping sauce, delicious. Unfortunately, the chicken sautee was atrocious. For great Thai chicken sautee you need to go to Ocha.
I really love this place. And the Tom yum soup. Twice my order has been messed up in a row. And I dont care about that. We all mess up. What I do care about however is bringing my order back to get it corrected. Then to be told that I was wrong and that it was repeated to me. Then have the order snatched out of my hand and thrown away and then told that I have to wait 20 minutes.
Alittle pricey, poor customer service....but the food kee I s me coming back
Very good food and excellent service. Really recommended
Wow! This is the second time I got a Negative vibe here. This time after purchasing a full meal, the owner or manager who was sitting in the empty place not too busy btw wouldn't even look up to say hello when I walked in or goodbye thank you when leaving...Character a little friendliness goes a long way during these times, we are not just dollar bills...Will not return.
Just ordered from this place via Uber eats and I didn’t get all the food that it said in the description. Then when I call the restaurant, they say there’s nothing they can do. Also, they took 45 minutes to get to my house. Food was cold. Never will order from there again.
I usually never go out of my way to give a bad rating, but there was hair in my food. I’m not even talking about one piece of hair on top of my food there was multiple pieces cooked inside with the food you cut the meat open and it was there every section of food had hair it ruined my whole meal. I was throwing up whatever I had swallowed made me sick.
Best Thai food in LA.
And they stay open late so you have plenty of time to enjoy take out and for the food delivery where they offer them free food
Lackadaisical effort and shows in food cheap quality and watery curry
Exelente restaurant pero estan teniendo problemas con su fax taran mucho con Las Ogden y en este moment only to go
This is a family owned whole in the wall type restaurant. We ordered pad see ew with chicken which was delicious and the hot wings are out of this world. Hands down best hot Asian style wings I've had. Would eat here again! If I lived here in town this would have been my go to thai place.
Family owned and operated. Authentic, delicious, open late, a must! We had an amazing dinner ordered tons of food and the bill was amazingly inexpensive. 👍👍
Excellent place, I had a pad thai and it was amazing. I have been living in LA for over 3 years had several pad thai plates, but non like this one. The place is clean, and the server was excellent!!!
Terrible experience after being a regular. I ordered chicken pad see ew for delivery. The guy delivers beef. I didn't realize until I go up to my apt. I call back and the owner says they'll give me the next order free. It's already midnight so I don't want to wait until 1AM for a redo so I say fine. I just ate the non-beef part of the dish. 2 weeks later, I call back, speak to owner and ask for my free order. The owner says "only $5 off." WTF? They gave me the WRONG order before and the guy only wants to discount? What a scummy move. Won't be going back again.
Crying tiger for the win!! Fast service
This place has the best noodles I’ve ever had!! No cappity!!
You get one of the best Thai food. They serve both veg and non vegetarian options. Prices are very reasonable and are open until mid night.
Excellent authentic Thai food in an unassuming location. Best Thai food near DTLA.
Been here for late night food. Small space but food was good. Only problem is when you are seated near the door. Every time the door was opened, it left us with winter chills.
Service is great and the food is Amazing!!!!
I ordered flat noodles (pet sew) with shrimp, the sauce was weird, the shrimp are almost raw, as well as broccoli and the thai tea had so much sugar in it! Just FYI
Good fast and not that expensive.
Both I and literally everyone I know who has tried a dish from here proclaims it's the best Thai they've ever had. Pretty sure they recognize my number when I call for takeout.
Muy bien bonito lugar
Great food and service
Good food
Great portion sizes. Reasonable price. Free parking. Enough space for a bigger group and attentive staff. If you check-in you can get a free Thai Tea.
Good food and staff
The yellow curry chicken, curry duck and also the pineapple rice was so delicious.
So good!!!!! Not only was the food delicious it was also a very reasonable price!
Bomb food! Decent prices. You can find them on Yelp and GrubHub.
Amazing restaurant. I go all the time and it’s only ever been not perfect once. Love it here, cannot recommend enough.
some of the best Thai food in the city (& i’ve tried a lot).
it’s never too busy, open til 1am, and they even deliver. highly recommend their panang curry, pad thai, and pineapple fried rice
