Love this little Thai place. Service is always great! Everything I have there is great. I do have to mention they do a twist with their orange chicken. They use ground white meat chicken and make them into balls. Orange chicken balls. Different yet so yummy. Definitely recommend this place.

Ordered a green curry on DoorDash & I was totally disappointed. $15 for this big bowl of rice, some tofus & bell peppers. What’s this? Why didnt you guys keep the curry separately? It’s not green curry I usually have. It looks so nice on the picture & what they really gave me. Please run your business with your morality.

We had a great experience at A La Carte Thai Bistro! The food was delicious overall, but a couple of dishes could have been improved—the crispy pork came in small pieces, and the crispy wonton was a bit flat.

That said, the spicy fried rice and green curry were absolutely amazing, full of authentic flavors. The Thai iced tea was the best we’ve had, and the Singha beer was a perfect complement to the meal.

The service was excellent, attentive, and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. Giving it 4 stars—definitely worth a visit!

Visiting LA and staying near-by in a Airbnb and Thai Bistro was within walking distance. What a gem. Delicious food with just enough spice. We were the only eat in patrons at 7-8pm I a Wednesday night, although 6 door dash pick ups came in. So come on down and eat in.

The PET and coconut chicken soup were fresh with great flavor. The chicken satay was fairly standard.

Great casual thai place. We ordered for pick up. Fried rice and pad thai were both really delicious. The chicken wings were dry and lacking flavor. All over would recommend this spot!

This is one of our go to places for Thai food on the West side of town. We usually order the papaya salad, crab fried rice, pad se ew or the pad thai for sure and of course a Thai tea. The papaya salad is pretty good with lots of flavor with green beans cherry tomatoes and peanuts. A very refreshing dish. The Pad see ew is also very flavorful with lots of wok hei. My finance's favorite is the crab fried rice with lots of crab meat. The thai tea is a little bit on the sweet side. I always forget to tell them less sweet. We tried the chicken wings one sitting and didn't like it much so I will stay away from that. The coconut soup is good too with lots of flavor and lots of seafood. Other entrees we've tried is the spicy basil beef, it was just ok. The mango sticky rice is yummy as well which we if we have the room will order.

Service is always good which them checking up on us, refilling water and taking away dishes. They don't have a parking lot but they have metered parking or you can park for free on the residential streets nearby. We will be back.

Thoroughly underwhelming. Ordered a wrap with “salmon,” in it. By salmon they mean ‘a piece of salmon.’ Literally. A teaspoon. No kidding.

We paid $13 for lettuce.

Perhaps the name of the restaurant should be “lettuce surprise you,” as they certainly accomplished that?

The gentleman who answered the phone when I called to politely complain, informed me that “everything is more expensive now because of Covid.” I agree.. yet if I wanted lettuce by itself I’d have gone to Ralph’s.

My boyfriend and I ate here on a whim, and it turned out to be some of the best Thai food we’ve ever had in LA! Highly recommend!!

The food was fine but not good or great. Spicy fried rice was the tastiest thing we ordered. The orange chicken is a ground chicken meatball in a very gelatinous sauce (a must skip). Tom Kha soup was thin/weak. Spring rolls were nothing to write home about.

I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. The food is delicious and we asked for very spicy and that's what we received. Not in a bad way. The food was spicy with flavor and everything looked and tasted fresh.

Fantastic. We order from them OFTEN and they never disappoint. We came in late in the evening and they stayed open long enough for us to order to-go. Very easily could have turned us away. And I have worked in the food industry... it SUCKS when people come in close to closing time. They were so unbelievably kind. THANK YOU A La Carte,, Kate, and all staff working on 8-5-21!!

This is a favorite casual days spot for my girlfriend and me. There's a wonderful "everything is OK" vibe to the place. The portions are not too big and not too small. Service is fast and friendly.

I have tried this place a few times because we had a friend rave about it saying its the best they every tasted.

After some bad experiences we came in with our family and ate there. Its gotten a bit better but lacked some flavor and punch. Felt pretty mild in the flavor department.

Im still on the hunt for a good thai food place on the westside. Real thai food is very flavorful and some times a bit spicy.

The ambiance in this place is nice. I think they need to kick it up a notch in the food department.

Thai Food is great BUT this is the worst! Last lunch takeout -cashew chicken was swimming in soy sauce, meat was old/hard, nuts were soggy. I called, lady with heavy accent hung up. Spend money elsewhere, this is the worst experince!!

Yellow curry with chicken lunch special is a go to. Very tasty and reasonably priced. Super quick too. If you’re in the area and craving Thai, it will hit the spot. Dining in or to-go are both good options.

I’m still going give 5 star cuz I like the place good food and near from my house but last night dec 26 6:35pm I order a food to pick up the old Thai lady was so rude she just hang up on me...hope will someone teach her American manner....psst off food is good old Thai lady is rude...

The food was delicious and the service was friendly. However when I got the check I had a few surprises. If you order brown rice they should tell you it's $2 extra. Most restaurants include that choice for free so one does not think to ask. Also I asked for half shrimp half tofu and they charged $2 to add tofu.

So a lunch originally $12...upcharged to $17 without telling me of the additional costs ahead of time. Not cool. Totally did not appreciate that.

It's hard to find a place that has kow soi and it's phenomenal here! Haven't had it as good since being in Thailand!

I like this place. The food is good and the service is quick and always positive. The one drawback I have is the lights when dining in the evening. It could just be me but I’d like a bit more light around. Other than that it’s an overall good establishment.

Tried different things. All with tofu. was amazing and up to the mark. I liked their tofu quality. You should try. I wish they serve halal meat.

I live a few blocks away and eat here all the time (and have since they opened). The food is consistently delicious, the prices are reasonable and they are always friendly. I usually take out, but I enjoy eating in also. The decor is nice the the food looks beautiful when it comes out. Pro tip: when they are busy, give them an extra 10 minutes on the pick up time for take out =)

It's surprisingly difficult to find good Thai Food in Los Angeles, but this place is my new favorite. The ingredients seem fresh, the flavors are great, the atmosphere is pleasant, and I feel physically good after eating the food. With respect to feeling good, there's an absence of lethargy and general malaise that can sometimes happen after eating out. The green papaya salad and the pumpkin curry are great. The pumpkin curry even makes Tofu taste good. My only negative might be that I wish they would make the old school Thai Iced coffee with strong dark coffee and sweetened condensed milk. I think a lot of Thai restaurants are now buying some kind of mix because this is not the first place I've had this new version.

I really like their panang curry with soft tofu. One of my favorite soups is their tofu and veggie soup. In all honesty though, I like many more items. There's just too many to list.

Came here for dinner one night because I was craving some serious Thai food. The restaurant was not busy on a friday night so we got a table right away. We ordered the Chicken Lard salad, the green curry and the Tom Yum soup. The soup came out right away and it was very watery, chicken was very hard and bland - 1 star, do NOT order. The lard salad was good with minced ground chicken served with 3 pieces of romaine lettuce - 3 stars. The green curry $10, does not include rice, so you have to order and pay for that extra. The curry was good but had a bit too much sugar in it, so it was rather sweet. Service was nice.

Bathrooms are clean and street parking was very easy to find.

We tried their spicy seafood soup and special garlic wings.

Fast service, and good food. I usually order the Pad Thai and Yellow Curry. I can order it when I leave work and pick it up on my way home. The staff is very nice and the pricing is pretty good too.

Not a fan of Thai food or Asian cuisine, so this place doesn't work well with me. What I will say is this place has some great garlic wings! If you like Thai, you may want to check it out because they have a ton of options with decent prices. Overall, I only get their garlic wings and they are pretty good every time.

This is a new Thai restaurant in the area. The concept is pretty great since you order things ala cart. However I felt the portions were not as large as the normal Thai offerings around the neighborhood. Flavor and quality was spot on. If only they made a portions a little larger I would then come again.
