As the kids say...MID.
The lunch special is a very small amount. See the picture.
I got Pad Thai. Very average (or below).
Most places I've been to include tofu. Not here.
The lunch special comes with what they are calling a salad. It's really more of a garnish.
The bathroom was not well-maintained.
Sticky tables.
Atmosphere is dark and dated. Not modern or hip like a lot of popular Thai restaurants.
Points for having gluten-free options.
This place really says: small town, no competition, take it or leave it.
This is an unassuming little Thai restaurant right next to Jamba. It’s one of those hole in the walls that will knock your socks off!
We ordered the chili & basil chicken and spicy fried rice. We asked for medium spice and both dishes were perfectly balanced with the flavors and just the right amount of heat. The spicy fried rice had such a depth to it, very impressed. This was for the lunch special and was fairly priced. Only mistake, and I didn’t realize till hours later, I did not receive my egg roll that came with the lunch special but that ok bc I left super happy and the portion size was more than enough.
We have lived in the Sacramento region for almost a decade and have yet to find a Thai restaurant as good as what we had in the Bay Area, till we came here. It is authentic tasting and not “watered down”. We live along the 99 and will be making the 40 min drive to this place monthly-it’s that good. The owners would just LOVE for u to give them a chance, they are very sweet. Don’t sleep on this place bc it’s unfamiliar or unassuming! It’s worth a try
Stop in for a quick dinner combination. Seafood curry was excellently cooked, super tasty, and plenty for leftovers.
Service was friendly and attentive.
Atmosphere was casually enough to dine alone.Bring the family or special date night
Oh man! I used to eat green curry three times a week back in the day. There was a place in SF that made it to perfection and i couldn't get enough. When i moved from SF, i chased the dragon throughout the bay area, looking for a green curry that could measure up. Who would have thought it would have taken more than a decade and a move to Sutter Creek to find the flavor i missed so much! I also ordered the pa nang and the same goes. Both taste clean, fresh, and SO flavorful. I am in love all over again.
Good food. Tom kha was very good. Low on vegan options.

What a great experience with great quality food and you get sooo much food for your money.
Had a yellow curry and sticky rice. Food came fast, was absolutely phenomenal and the service was polite. Couldn't ask for more 10/10
Food was about as inspired as an athiest conference. Meh!!!
If they say they are open till 3pm for lunch, they should serve people till 3pm.

Their papaya salad, while sometimes more wet than expected, is really good, their kebabs and peanut satay sauce are to die for, and their peanut satay sauce is the best in the area.
Nice staff in relaxing atmosphere. Food is tasty and fresh
The chicken satay is wonderful!
Fresh, delicious food and very friendly staff.
The sauce was delicious and the veggies were fresh in the ginger red snapper dish!
Good-size portion.
Went here with my family and everything we ordered came out quick and it was delicious! Literally licked our plates clean it was that good! Service was amazing!! Would give 6 stars if I could
Absolutely delicious!!!! Just found this place and will definitely return! We ordered Beef pad Thai, drunken noodles, pineapple fried rice & Bangkok chicken. We cleaned our friggin plates!!! ❤️
I work at a local buisness and we have ordered lunch from Thai Siam several times in the past year and everytime the food has been excellent. Large portion sizes and fresh vegies. The delivery time is super fast! We had 5 items delivered to us 21 minutes after we placed the order today! Highly recommended! Blessed to have this place in Jackson CA.
Great food and service.
Very calming and relaxing atmosphere.
Maybe could update the restrooms.
Very friendly staff and tasty food
Their Eggplant Beef is thee Best that I have ever had in Amador County!
The food really was amazing. The fresh rolls were delicious and the peanut sauce was perfect. The honey plus sauce with the fresh rolls was delicate in flavor and not too sweet. The drunken noodles were the very best. I sampled the yellow curry that my husband was having and it was scrumptious. We will be back! Service was excellent!
Ok , not that special
I had the drunken noodles with chicken it was amazing if I didn’t mind making a big out of myself I would of eaten it all it was that good.
This restaurant is a gem of the Foothills. It has marvelous food, very friendly staff, and a cozy ambiance. I would eat here anytime I could.
My family tried 4 different appetizers and 5 main dishes. All of the appetizers were delicious. The main dishes were phenomenal. My husband and I each had different kinds of curry, and they were the best I've had in a very long time. All of the other dishes were so good as well. We will definitely be going back!
Great service and food. Very customer focused.
Great food and service. She even recommended a dish to us, and that also was amazing!
My experience at this restaurant has had its ups and downs. The quality of the food seems to vary based on the mood of the chef, so the dishes does not taste consistent and most times some items are forgotten or missing on multiple occasions (We order for delivery often). This has been a bit of an issue for us and has impacted our overall enjoyment of the restaurant.
My other concern is that the restaurant charges an additional fee of $1.50 for certain condiments, which I find to be an unnecessary expense considering the already steep prices of the menu items.
Overall, while I may be somewhat hesitant to recommend this restaurant to fellow Thai food enthusiasts, it's worth a shot for those who are willing to take a chance on the food quality and don't mind paying extra for certain condiments.
It was OK and nothing fantastic.
We've only gone once but compared to other Thai we've had this was a bit disappointing.
Food is wonderful. Service is pretty good for having only one waitress. Little to dark inside, have a hard time reading menu.
The food is always excellent!
The drunken noodles and satay were outstanding. We would be eager to try more dishes here.
Fresh rolls are the best. Loved the green and yellow curry too. Worth the visit.
We tried this restaurant for the first time last week. 12/19/22 The food was delicious. Fresh crispy vegetables mixed with the noodles in the pad tai. Had a cashew dish that was flavorful and oh so good. Service was excellent and server was informative and helpful. Definitely will go again.
very good thai food, had cucumber salad, thai basil veg, tom yum soup. all authentic and well done! friendly staff!
Beautiful restaurant, wonderful hosts and delicious food. Amazing experience. Highly recommend.
Went in at end of night- they had probably shut down kitchen and started cleaning but service was friendly. Food was made fresh and DEEEE-licious! Although i wasnt fond of the large chunks of tomato in my tom ka gai soup.
Drunken noodle with beef lacked chillie spices, garlic, ginger and herbs. The noodles as well as the beef was very dry missing the noodle sauce. The meat was almost shoe leather consistency. Not worth paying $29.99 for one with beef and one with shrimp.
I had beef with vegetables and peanut sauce; #14 lunch. Fresh, delicious and not too pricey. Great service. I'll be back.
I'd say the only thing I enjoyed was the fried rice. We left a small tip only because service wasn't up to par. We asked for Sriracha sauce and she gave us a chili sauce. I walked upfront and asked again, she made a comment that their Thai boat is made the way it is, but I wanted dry chili and sriracha anyways. It should be up to me to add addtnl condiments the way I want my food. Then the ribs came out over cooked and the ends of the meat was burnt. The wontons were over cooked. The tofu was under fried so the coating wasn't up to par with the texture of deep-fry as per most Thai restaurants I have gone to. When I left outside, the waitress made a crude comment questioning my partner on how our tip wasn't enough. Who does that? Knowing how my partner was and his kind ❤️, he tipped her to her liking and we left. Never ever going back again. Small town, only asian spot we found. If tip was to be included, please include it on our check. Otherwise, if it's optional, with your bad judgmental, no filter, customer service attitude, you will lose support. Never going back again. I'm asian, my taste buds knows. Sorry not sorry.
Been here before. Like the food.
Terrible food. The steam rice was not fully cooked. The sticky rice was hard and dried up when we opened up the foil. The server is has a very heavy accent and was hard to understand. The angel wing dish we ordered was dried and crusty. We ordered larb and she said there was no minced meat. We ordered the pompano fish and that dish was good but before we ordered we asked what kind of fish it was and she had no idea.
Classic Thai cuisine! Loved the Drunken Noodles and Chicken Satay.
Always fresh and delicious without fail.
Amazing place on the way to Kirkwood. Love everything in the menu. I will be back for sure. I ordered the pad Thai, papaya salad and the fresh rolls.
Got the yellow curry and prawn fried rice, excellent.
Nice staff. Clean restaurant. Great menu selection. Need fresh seafood, if possible.

Oh man this pains me.
I have always loved this place but the last 2 times i have been i was very dissapointed. Deep fry satay? No way. Noodles in drunken noodle all chopped up. Way to hot when asked for mild. Bummer
They will mess up your oder. They will not make it right either nor will they pick up the phone.
Make sure you specifically ask for utensils and napkins or you’re out of luck. And they can’t get your order right. Ridiculous.
Is it "authentic" Thai, well, no. You can't really get that in the states anyway. Is it good Thai? For this little corner of the world it'll satisfy that craving for a Thai inspired meal. Service was fine although I think the owner was truly juggling a lot of online pick up orders and our one table by herself. We did get there early before the regular waitress arrived. All things considered she paced it pretty well and we were in no hurray anyway.
We loved the red seafood curry but the scallops were off and we let them know. Loved the drunken noodles but I am curious as to what this trend of sweet flavors seeming to permeate Thai food at times. Wasn't just here but others I have been to recently.
Being a chef I understand that palm sugar is integral to Thai food but it should still have that balance of hot, sweet, sour, salty. I think they are reluctant to use the Na Plam and feel like the general public likes it sweet.
Just some musings there.
I hope they read this and the next time I go, when I try the ubiquitous Pad Thai that it will be low on sweet and more on umami.
Still, this place has heart. Show them some love.
Food are so tasty!
Better flavors than any place I've tried in the city. When I got the bill I thought there was a mistake because it cost so little. The service is kind and honest.
Drunken noodles and yellow curry the bomb
Amazing food and service
Very good!
Amazing
Everything was very good, but the spicy catfish recipe changed, preferred the old version. It's not as spicy and wasn't in a sauce
Thai Basil is my favorite, food was really good. Won ton soup was alright, a little different with the wom tons.
Stopped in on a Friday around 5pm. Only a couple of customers were there. We had a table of seven and ordered 6 dishes. Chicken Pad Thai and various versions of basil beef and basil chicken with rice and some spring rolls. All the food was served up within about 10 minutes. Cooked to perfection and delicious. Only issue was a sticky, unbalanced table. Great place and I'll definitely go there again.
Fresh and tasty food. Each order cooked fresh. Love the red curry. Call in order if you're in a hurry. It's not fast food.
Great curry
Very good curry 🍛
Great place . Owners are good people ,great food
The Eggplant is AMAZING
Quick delivery with doordash and quality customer service with good food.
Too far away
Great food and great service!
Kinda bland. I also ordered the papaya salad and there was absolutely no papaya, huge bummer :(
Small restaurant with fabulous curries and other dishes. Full menu, great service
My husband and I love this place. Great food and service too. A restaurant with class.
We did not like it. It was too bland.
Lost my order and every single dish was gross. Will never come again.
Foods great but it smells like a fart in there .
I go pretty often but the food lately has been lame. Today was my last visit
I love this restaurant. The food is amazing! I can recall only seeing one woman, maybe there were two when my boyfriend and I first came in, she is awesome. She is friendly, honest, and attention oriented.
We have tried a couple curries, pad Thai, silver noodle salad, pot stickers, angel wings, fresh rolls, Thai rolls, and another noodle dish. All delicious. I love that this restaurant already has a spice to their main dishes as well as bold flavors to things like the appetizers
I recommend the pa-naang curry and the pad Thai. My boyfriend loved the duck curry
First time eating here. Great food and great service. Will go back again!
This is the best restaurant in the area. Really good Thai food with a great vibe too (:
I went to Jamba juice next door
Excellent food for a fair price, well packaged for easy take out. The hard part was driving home without devouring, as the smells were so tantalizing.
I love that I can place my order online to my specifications and pay as well. It makes pickup, fast and easy.
Six people, seven dishes...all amazing!
It was delicious. And it was the perfect hot.
They rip you off often. Last time got ripped off $15, happens all the time so make sure to check your receipt these workers are slimy
Good sushi rolls for half off
Excellent food. I was very impressed. It was my first time trying Thai food and I will definitely be back!
Coming from a Thai person, this was a disaster. I had to leave and go to the sushi place along the way. Everything had the same flavor which was disgusting I do not recommend coming to this place. I can’t believe they call that Thai food it is offensive to my community!! Does not deserve 4 stars.
Good food we breast the rush though so Pam ahead. We were there on a weekday.
Large servings of great food for a good price. Service can be slow at times
The pud Thai was wonderful
Yum!
This was my first visit, for a late lunch today in the late afternoon. I ordered Fresh Spring Rolls and Fish Cakes for appetizers and the Green Curry (with vegetables and tofu) for my main dish. All of the above were delightful. The Fresh Spring Rolls were solidly wrapped and the dips were peanut sauce and a sweet chili sauce. The Fish Cakes were lovely, with another sweet sauce with cabbage in it. The green curry was delicious and the serving size was perfect (about a small bowl’s worth) with brown rice. My only disappointment: there was no dessert. The owner or waiter mentioned that it is too cold for ice cream and there was no fried banana. A dessert option would be welcome but not mandatory.
Great authentic food mild medium and insane curry
Like so many places in this area, the restaurant lacks good service. The food is good and worth the wait, but......
Love this place. Awesome dinning room and food.
Very delicious Thai fried rice excellent roasted curry with chicken beautiful yes it is a little dark inside but once your eyes get accustomed to it it's very romantic or at least has the potential to be that's up to you. Thank you Thai Siam
Good food good service good prices...need I say more?
Food was pretty good. Not the best Thai but having any Thai food up country is awesome! The service wasn't wonderful but good and it was fast, cant complain. They had a long wine list but not many beer choices (besides the Thai option, Budweiser & Coors Light) I really liked the Thai beer tho. Very good. Pricing was reasonable too. I'd like to go back for lunch for sure!
The food is expertly prepared, and consistent.
If want a lite and delicious lunch Thai Siam is an excellent choice. An inviting atmosphere with good friendly service. The menu selections are good; from the appetizer to the dinner menu.
I look forward too my next visit.
Amazing Thai place. Ha e had the red curry, chilli n basil, and the bamboo n chilli. They have all been great. Lots of flavor. Hate the drinks on a can though.
great curry
Excellent excellent excellent value . Lunch specials are priced right and the spicy thai rice is so so good
My aunt and cousin were praising the curry and sticky rice so I had decided to go there and try the food there. The soup and the noodle were so nasty my stomach hurt after I ate it and also I threw up. The fried tofu was so dry and hard, if I was to throw it at the wall it would make a dent in the wall.
Descent food and prices
Fantastic food and great service!
Good food. Large portions. Yumm.
Love their egg rolls!
Decent Thai food. Really good curry!
Food was amazing, just froze inside. Turn the heat on plz!
