We went on a weekend trip to Mendocino and stopped for lunch at a Thai restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, so much so that we decided to stop again on our way home. The lady who took our order was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Thai Spice restaurant in Cloverdale is as good as you will find anywhere. The food is excellent , presentation beautiful, the service is top notch. The restaurant is clean and beautiful inside, enhanced by the ethnic decor which is warm and inviting. Large windows at the front contribute to a well lighted space. The restrooms are super clean. The prices are very reasonable and their lunch special is amazing for the selection and how much food you get. Go there you will not be disappointed. My wife and I travel quite a bit and we always look for a good Thai restaurant and this is the best of the best. There's also lots of room inside, creating a comfortable and spacious feeling. Soft jazz style popular music helps create a great atmosphere for dining. Nang and her sister, the owners, serve you with genuine love for you the customer while exibiting true appreciation for your patronage. We stopped at Thai Spice on impulse as we often do while traveling. I'll be back for sure. This is my first but not last time eating at Thai Spice.

Paid $57 for one order of Mongolian beef, one order of house fried rice and, one order of teriyaki chicken to go.
The Mongolian beef was the smallest portion I've ever received from any Oriental restaurant.

Wonderful lunch specials!

I got the Fried rice basil with chicken dish to go and it was very very small. It had one sprig of basil laid on it, not cooked in it. Very very little chicken just a few shreds and overall it tastes bland as could be. I didn't taste any seasoning what's so ever. Maybe some salt. I was blown away after reading the reviews and comments about this place. Maybe the dine in experience is better? The meal was 13$ and I left a 5$ tip and for 18$ I got maybe 2-3 cups of rice.

Food needs sone work, but staff was very kind and friendly.

Food was mediocre, didn’t have enough flavor. I expected Thai people to be making my food but they weren’t Thai so maybe that’s why the flavor wasn’t there. Food looked nothing like the pictures on the menu or the ones I saw on reviews though. Service was even worst, server was constantly talking to employees in the back and didn’t even grab us water until after I asked.

Enjoyed the food a lot and we got the items to be made vegan. Definitely would recommend rhis place if you live nearby or passing through.

My wife and I paid our first visit to your restaurant on Friday, Aug 11, 2023. We selected the Teriyaki chicken and Avocado Shrimp house specials. We were very pleased with those dishes and we recommend anyone to visit your establishment. The flavors were unbelievable. You make Cloverdale proud.

Their Korean fried chicken wings are great and definitely worth getting on the menu. Also recommend their lunch specials.

We went to Thai Spice on a Sunday around 2pm.
The food was definitely made fresh on the spot. Our kids had orange chicken that was fresh, crispy and tasty, like the other food, made on the spot.

The wife and I used to love eating here. Recently the food has really went down in quality. We usually order take out and don’t mind the prices but recently the food has not been the same. Customer service is great but the food is not up to par definitely not worth those high prices they charge. We won’t be going back but hopefully in the future we will be willing to give them another try.

my family and I absolutely loved it!
I suggest the pumpkin curry (huge portion) and the pork fried rice!
Their potstickers are crunchy and so yummy.
I’m also very fond of their chili sauces that they serve with the food!

Unassuming restaurant in a strip mall, however the food and service were excellent! I ordered the Evil Jungle Curry with Chicken and extra veggies. They only charged me an extra dollar for the veggies and the dish was perfectly spiced. Adrianna was my server, she was kind and professional and answered all my menu question. Best Thai food in the area hands down. I will be ordering takeout from here as well moving forward, definitely a local favorite :)

Recently Thai Spice came under new ownership. While the menu has changed, the food is still very good. For lunch they offer a "combination" menu which allows you to try smaller portions of their main dishes or you can order a dish off the lunch menu; it comes with soup and salad. The dinner menu is quite extensive.
The dishes are fresh and have a wonderful combination of flavors. Service was excellent as well.

I am so impressed that I had to do something I have never done before and add a review for this restaurant! I ordered shrimp chow mein and it is so good!! I will be bringing my family back to eat here as I could taste the chef's love for cooking in every bite. Amazing food and I look forward to coming back for many years.

Nice staff but the food was like the Sysco of Thai food. The shrimp fresh roll was a giant burrito of iceberg lettuce. The chicken satay was rubbery and tasted weird.

I'm ashamed to admit we were headed for the nearby McDonalds when we saw Thai Spice and gave it a try. The noodle soup was excellent and I only regret that I couldn't sample everything on the menu. I had the good fortune to discover Thai food back in 1970 when I was on R&R in Bangkok from Vietnam. I can tell you that Thai Spice is authentic Thai food. They have take-out too. I'm definitely going back.

Was feeling under the weather yesterday so wanted to have some healthy food delivered. Everything was delicious! Had soup, cucumber salad, eggplant, spring rolls. People usually get lost finding my house but not the girl from Thai Spice. And she was very friendly.
