Simplicity at its finest
Love this place! Recently tried the Chicken Curry Noodles and it was amazing! Every time I eat here it’s like having a home cooked meal. Definitely my favorite thai food spot in Burbank and the staff is always super welcoming and friendly. Love their breakfast burrito too! I only wish it was available all day.
All I can say is…WOW. I absolutely love this place. Their food never ceases to amaze me and their Green Curry Dumplings? I wish I could go there everyday just for the dumplings as they are so flavorful and just pure deliciousness. Their prices are great and their staff is very nice as well. Their only drawback is the limited seating.
This is the Thai SPOT, amazing food with well developed flavors and a large menu to come back again and again. The service was super fast, and super kind. We were in a rush for a flight and the waiter made sure everything we needed came super quick. It was everything you could want!
Tom soup was decent $12 for a small bowl with shrimp and the shrimp tasted freezer burnt.
Noodles $18 were very oily and tasted below average, again shrimp is tiny and had no taste.
Service was great, but the food is nothing special. I will not be back.
The food is a bit pricey but the service and atmosphere is great. The staff is always attentive and friendly. The servings of food are not as big as other Thai restaurants but the food is very good.
Went there on a Sunday for lunch. I’m not sure if they have parking but there is plenty of street parking available. They have dine-in and dine-out. I got the Passion Fruit Iced Tea as a beverage and for lunch I ordered Pad See You (drunken noodles) as well as the Chicken Curry Noodles (khoa soi). The drink was refreshing, Pad See You was delicious but my God the Chicken Curry Noodles was spectacular! So so tasty! I asked for mild spice, it was enough heat to add to the flavor but not too much that just straight up burns you. This was one of the best curry’s I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back for that dish.
Cute little Thai place with a simple menu has a loyal following. We were here on a Sunday to get takeout and there’s not a lot of parking available.
The lunch specials come with salad and a small egg roll and available on weekends. The pad thai noodles was flavorful and well-balanced, not as sweet as the run of the mill versions. Khao Soi’s portion was big. The much special orange chicken (not sure if it’s the same as the not-so-ordinary orange chicken or not) was the same as what you would get elsewhere.
Came during advertised open hours .. and they’re not open!
The food is a bit pricey but the service and atmosphere is great. The staff is always attentive and friendly. The servings of food are not as big as other Thai restaurants but the food is very good.
Very eccletic Thai, authentic food, they do not add additional MDG, no additional sugars, just let's the flavors of the seasonings to come out. Love it here everytime.
Made me fall in love with Thai food. Authentic and so tasty!
Solid food if they would actually start making the meal before you arrive for a pickup order. I have ordered from this restaurant more than a dozen times. It seems they never even start the dish you order until you arrive to pick it up. This is if you order via phone or via delivery app. This might be my last time.

Very good service and very good food.
LOVELY staff. food was excellent! great Thai home-cooking. genuinely loved it and I’m picky!

Very tasty! And wonderful service.
The food is average, but portions are good. Restrooms are disgusting, makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like... They offer an I.A.T.S.E. discount, which is very admirable, considering it's location near the studio center. It's the ONLY place I've ever come across that offers that discount!
The chicken satay was good and the other people in my party seemed to enjoy their dishes. Waitress forgot to serve the draft beer I ordered. After she was reminded, and brought it, it was warm. The inside is a dump. Stock area and dining room are one and the same.
Can I leave 6 stars? I don't leave many reviews. This dinner reminded me how much i like eating. Literally .... do not skip on this place.
There is absolutely nothing this restaurant could do better. An excellent experience through and through. Best Thai in LA
Small Thai restaurant with great traditional dishes, beer and wine at very reasonable prices. You'll have to find street parking but it's worth it. Service was great too!
Ordered food via DoorDash. I ordered the drunken noodles with shrimp and the mango sticky rice. My food was very flavorful and still steaming when I received it! My shrimp and chicken were perfectly cooked and the sweet rice was very tasty! Everything was made to order and you could tell! Will definitely be ordering again!
Très très bon restaurant.
Serveur parfait, gentil et souriant
A wonderful local gem!! This lovely restaurant does a wonderful job with very little. The restaurant is cozy and decorated in a lovely way. The staff is very friendly and the food is absolutely delicious! Although the menu is limited, you’ll find the popular Thai dishes as well as some very creative takes. For breakfast with a Thai twist, and try the garlic toast and the roti! They’re spectacular!
Beef curry really good. Brown rice so tasty. Not hard
Great food! I have been twice already and will be back! Small seating area so come early or plan to wait for a table.
Love this spot- and the one on Melrose!
We have ordered Summer Buffalo (both take out and dine in) for over 3 years - excellent food, kind staff, and outdoor seating all make this place a family fave!
I always loved summer Buffalo, its my daughter's favorite Thai restaurant... but recently they have reduced the quality in to go boxes thats a bit disappointing 😕

Can't go wrong with a giant plate of pad thai noodles!
Excellent food abd service and pet friendly
Always consisteny fantastic food and service. Best dumplings I’ve ever had!
A true gem this place doesn’t need any explanation! Legit Thai best Thai in Burbank
The food at this little restaurant is great. The crispy fried dumplings were perfect, and the Grapow Gai with fried egg is one of my all-time favorite dishes, and you can't find it in many other Thai restaurants. Always satisfied and never disappointed!
Very welcoming host. I walked in 12 minutes before closing and I was greeting with a smile and did not feel obligated to hurry. Though I tried to make a choice sooner rather than later. My first time here in any case, it was a very pleasant place and can’t wait to try the food!
Nice small place. Staff are polite. The food was delicious and presentable. So why 5 stars? Well, we ordered green curry with Chicken and they served green curry with Tofu - but before we can even say anything they apologized and replaced it on a priority...
I've tried many different Thai places in the valley, and in my personal opinion, this place is one of the better ones I've tried. Everyone there is really nice, I personally loved the authentic, style/vibes of the place, and the food is REALLY good. I got the Panang Curry on my visit there yesterday 10/10. But I'm sure every dish on their menu is just as good.
Good food, better service, small place!
Best food~~~
This is a wonderful, relaxed spot to enjoy a fresh lunch with great portion sizes. I ordered the lunch special of green curry with a thai iced tea, and my husband ordered the lunch special of chicken pad thai. Both were amazing! The food all tasted freshly prepared, was at an amazing price point, and the waitress was attentive.
Delicious!!
The best Thai food I’ve had in the states. Great food, value, and the service is friendly.
The food is fresh, hot and well prepared.
Waiting time is low.
Happy to visit regularly.
Great service and great food.
And draft Beer
Good lunch pick.
I got food poisoning here a few years back and haven't been able to eat Thai curry since. My wife still loves this place though, so I'll give it a few points.
Will never dine here again. The waitress with the blue and black hair was extremely disrespectful to us tonight despite being returning customers.I was out with my boyfriend and his friend tonight and we decided to eat at this place we’ve been to many times. We would always leave tips and the last time we left a $15 dollar tip on a 30$ order, but this time once we were getting the check she stood over us and said,”You didn’t tip last time I hope you know how to do it.” And “Do you even know how to tip” and waited for my boyfriend and his friend to tip. We all found it very disrespectful that she was standing over and watching us. It’s very unfortunate because we’ve been there many times and loved the food but our entire experience was ruined by the actions of this waitress.
It may look small (it is) but the taste of the food vastly outsizes the cramped quarters. One of the best Thai restaurants in SoCal.
Overpriced, underwhelming "Thai" dishes. We got the Salmon Salad with Mango "Salsa" which consisted of a small box of greens, burnt and tough salmon and puny pieces of mango. The orange chicken was exactly like Panda Express orange chicken except twice as high in cost, and the sticky rice dessert is literally just mango sticky rice, same price but without the mango. What is this place lol and why does it have such good ratings?
Had the crispy egg rolls and yellow curry over noodles with beef. Very good!
This is an amazing restaurant. Quality food to a degree that surpasses many others. The pitay (I hope I spelled it correctly) is an absolute must have for an appetizer. Id so highly recommend the garlic pork tacos. You cannot go wrong with such fantastic food. Total hole in the wall that should be visited by all!
Chicken Dumplings in green curry sauce and Grapow Chicken wings were super delicious. These are their must try items. The orange chicken was definitely different from other places and was alright.
The only drawback for this place is, it’s very small and hardly any indoor seating. The food is amazing though :)
Super friendly service and the prices here can’t be beat.
I must have caught them on a bad evening (a Wednesday) because their orange chicken was slow to come out, not at all hot, dried out & tasteless. At least my beer was cold. And the server polite.
I got beef panaang and quite enjoyed it.
Best Thai food in Burbank imo. I live in Pasadena and I make the drive just for this place
Got take out from this place a few times and it’s always been top tier thai food- love the salmon curry noodle dish in particular
Wonderful Thai place. Lovely restaurant design. Great at accommodating gluten allergies.
Smallish menu, but that may be why what they do offer is so good.
This was a pleasent surprise, the place serves Thai food and it's wonderful. I had a two course meal a fresh salad with a delicious dressing followed by a tofu curry that I regret not taking a picture of, the taste is one of the best I have had. The street side tables are perfect for two and the service was fantastic. Loved it and highly recommended this place. I Will be back soon..
Update,; I often visit the car wash across the street and the Summer Buffalo turned out to be the perfect place to get a great meal while I watched the car.
Just let car wash folks know your going so they pull your car to the side in case like me you love the food and they finish first.
Great service, every single time. The food is consistently well-prepared and delicious with seemingly high quality ingredients. Will keep coming here for sure.
Summer Buffalo is the first Thai restaurant I've ever visited and I'm so glad I did! I ordered the Tom Ka soup and Drunken Noodles both of which were amazing and packed with so much flavor. The Tom Ka soup comes in a creamy coconut broth with chives, ginger and thick chunks of mushroom and chicken, it's to die for! The drunken noodles were thick, and chewy with great texture and the savory taste of freshly diced peppers, perfectly cooked chicken and the perfect mix of spices. If you're looking for authentic Thai food, then this should be the spot for you!
Stopped by after a long drive. Curry was great and exactly what I needed. Definitely will go again.
LOVE getting this via delivery!!! Their Crispy Fried Egg Rolls are crave worthy!!! We have gotten them almost every Saturday for months and they are consistent in their quality and how damn delicious they are!!! We’ve tried a variety from their menu and have our favorite items but worth trying a little of everything to find what you like best. Go spicy!
Great location and set up. Gentleman that attended to my take out order was friendly. I ordered the summer rice, came out quickly and for the price, portions were fair and it was tasty. I requested it spicy, medium level, hardly any heat but a hint and I don't have a high spice tolerance. Overall would go back.
Deep fried rolls were very greasy and didn't have shiitake mushrooms as the menu had said.
Summer salad was pretty good. Fresh vegetables and nice peanut sauce dressing. Not sure what I was supposed to do with that ball of fried noodles on the top.
Noodles were a nice texture but way too salty. Beef was very dry.
Roti was overpriced at $7 (price not listed on the specials board)
Service was next to non-existent.
Amazing food! I wish I was there now. Such a cute little place.
Buen lugar be gusto la comida
There food is so delicious. Thank you to the Raza that cooks the food. You guys are essential!!
Cute little Thai place with a simple menu has a loyal following. We were here on a Sunday to get takeout and there’s not a lot of parking available.

Beef curry was great 👍
Fun Thai food place with some outdoor seating. It seems to have all the solid standards you'd expect at a Thai restaurant. Definitely give it a go!
Ate outside excellent Thai food!
Went there on a Sunday for lunch. I’m not sure if they have parking but there is plenty of street parking available. They have dine-in and dine-out. Will definitely be back for that dish.
I'll make this quick and simple as we gotta get that Thai Iced Tea cravings situated.
I have never been to the physical place, so I can't tell you about its parking situation.
Their food is great ✅ HOWEVER, I stopped ordering from them years ago.
Why? Because there was a staple in my food. It got stuck in my gum. I called them and they didn't so anything.
Took me a minute to take it out of my gum. 🤦♂️
Again, food is great, but be careful. 👀
Disappointed to say the least. Food quality went down 👎
The food, service, and the prices are all good. Nice atmosphere. In town from Chicago and wanted Thai. I was not disappointed. Go see for yourself
Great food. Food is always fresh. Good service. Highly recommend. Affordable.
Hidden gem in Burbank. Absolutely delicious
This place is very solid. Fastball down the middle, easily top three thai restaurants in the valley. Flavors are very American-palate friendly. Panang curry is a must-try, as is the Isaan Sausage. Personally, I would get the Drunken Noodles over the Pad-See-Ew. Looking forward to trying more of their dishes.
Good thai. Accommodating staff.
The taste was delicious and the guy who helped us out was super nice. It’s not often you get good customer service in LA this place definitely deserves five stars. Also he gave us free Thai iced tea!
And if you haven’t tried the wings here please come here now and try them they are amazing!
I got the The Not-So-Ordinary Orange Chicken
Chicken and it was absolutely delicious! I would recommend to anyone who wants to try Thai food!
Simply the best Thai food in Burbank. Lunch special is where it's at, orange chicken or pad Thai are my go to favorites. Cute place for a date night or just big enough for four friends to share a table or maybe 6-8 if you took one side of the indoor seating. Ten out of ten.
Seamless online ordering and takeout process. Pad Thai was delicious loved that it included shrimp and chicken. Egg rolls were unique with sauce that gave you just the right amount of kick. Ultimately a great food coma.
Went for lunch. The services is very good and the environment is good. The food was okay. My dish was salty and the chicken overcooked. I went with my coworkers and the opinion was divided. Half of them liked their dishes and half of us not that much. I can't recommend this places. I may give it another try.
Delicious food. I like the Burbank location best. I wish I were within 2 miles so they would deliver.
Food was excellent! Dumplings were in a garlic sauce that was very tasty - it was served as a soup so different than you normally find dumplings. If you ask for spicy, it is hot!
New favorite thai spot! My girlfriend and I were highly impressed!
Everything was amazing. Highly recommended by my whole family. It is an adorable little restaurant with great service and even better food.
One of my favorites! I order to-go a lot, but they also have a lovely vibe in the restaurant. Lots of Thai classics done with fresh tasty ingredients.
Excellent tasting food!
Not much seating so expect a bit of a wait if you go right at lunchtime but it's definitely worth visiting. Reasonable prices and the food is absolutely fresh and delicious. I always get the hot and sour soup which is to the limit of hot and sour and leaves me craving more.
Very good place for lunch
Great Thai food, great prices.
Food delicious
Good service and great food!
Terrible service. Don’t order take-out, the quality is much lower, the portions are much smaller.
Good food and very quaint spot!
Delicious Thai food, beautifully presented, attentive service and great prices. Loved it!
Amazing food
Delish!
Their food is great but the portions are very small, especially for the price.
Great Tai experience, get the dumplings and try the lunch specials. Great service as well, good space for a small group.
I used to absolutely love this place. My favorite Thai restaurant in Burbank. Recently the past few times I have eaten here I have left disappointed and feeling sick. The food was dry, bland, and left me with a horrible stomach ache. I am very sadden by the loss of a once great Thai restaurant in Burbank.
One of the best Thai food in town. The pad see yoo is delicious.
Fresh food delicious
Awesome staff
Makes you feel like you are at home.
Their Curry is great for a cold rainy day 👌
it was ok but some stuff was too oily for me.
Best Tai food ever.
Good but it is small so lunch can take longer than I would like, also can be hard to get a table if you don't show up early, you may have to sit at the counter.
Best Thai in Burbank!
Very nice little place. Small but great menu. Quick, polite, friendly waitstaff. Food was good too. And inexpensive.
If they expand their menu, I would go 5 stars.
Amazing food for a really great price- very cozy spot
The exterior/interior is beautifully decorated, and the food is decently priced for the quality of food prepared! I'm vegetarian and I always order the Tom Kha with tofu. Wonderful flavors!!!
This is a great place to eat in Burbank, especially for lunch. I have not had one dish I don't like. Bon Apetite
The food is good. The chicken is generally dry but OK. The curries are excellent. Its a tiny cozy, local place that's not too fancy. You go here to have reasonably priced and reasonably tasty Thai food. You don't go here for the comfort or ambiance.
Best
Dont let the looks disappoint you. The food is straight up amazing and extremely tasty. The atmosphere is cozy. The staff are super friendly. Its a must go if you like Thai Food.
Nice thaifood I have had so far.
Really really amazing fresh taste. Our party of five were all raving about each dish.
Really authentic Thai place. this is coming from someone who grew up in Hong Kong and has been to Thailand multiple times. Not a lot of seating, so come early!
Cute place with reasonable lunch specials.
