Excellent customer service. Our waitress was wonderful. The pho was amazing according to my boyfriend. The tofu panang curry and tofu pad thai are both good, although the tofu pad Thai tasted differently than some of the other places I frequently go. It's not my favorite out of other local spots for this dish, but the panang was amazing. They made it without fish sauce for me. Will definitely return to try other dishes. Very fresh, very fast, very friendly.

Will not recommend this place. Egg rolls were frozen inside, they did replace them for new better cooked but the mango rice was awful hard. And old taste, the green curry tasted rancid and not fresh. The place looks clean but not a smell of fresh food at all.

A very good restaurant with outstanding food and exceptional service. The female co-owner / server is very friendly and goes all out to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. The food portions are big and are delicious.

I’ve been eating at E-San for about 13 years now and it’s still my favorite Thai restaurant in NWA. Portions are generous, drive thru is available for convenience, and the food is always hot and made quickly. My favorites include the fresh spring rolls dipped in peanut sauce, pad see-ew, and chicken green curry (without eggplant and mushrooms). I’ve been ordering those dishes for years and they never disappoint. The only suggestion I’d give is to
Spiciness of the dish does seem to differ based on who’s cooking that day, so I always order the heat level conservatively so it’s still enjoyable. E-San is a hidden gem!

I am sorry but the reviews are way off.

1. Floors, chairs, doors are filthy.
2. Thai food is my favorite. I have eaten Thai food all over the country and this doesn't even come close. The flavors are off and nothing tasted fresh.

I have yet to find real authentic Thai food here in NWA.

The food is so good here! I absolutely love the fried spring rolls, pad woonsen and pad thai!! Try them a little spicy and as vegetable only and you won’t be disappointed. Delicious food and fish tanks to watch while you wait and talk with the other people you bring here to try the food after the first visit lol. It’s somewhere I bring everyone who is visiting to get them to try it too and they always rave about it while we’re eating. Seriously, so flavorful and good!

Delicious Laotian pho

I've eaten here for over 12 years and it's always been my favorite. I finally got my husband hooked a couple years ago and now we find ourselves eating here all the time! Quick take out, Large portions, and the best fried spring rolls, fried rice and pad thai in NWA!!

The Pad Thai is amazing, cute little place

I did take away and it was all still hot when I got home, packaged very well. Pad Thai with veggies was delicious and the Pho was yummy, could have been more seasoned but very beefy and fresh bean sprouts and onion. Very friendly and kind service

Called in my order ahead of time and arrived about 5mins later and it was ready for me. They're customer service is top notch, they were so friendly and kind, i ordered the chicken fried rice with the level 5 spice, they used thai chili (bird's eye pepper), it is very spicy which I liked! The lady made sure I left with a coke which was very nice of her! I ended up dining in and the lady talked with me and was very friendly. 5 stars for sure!

The location looks a little iffy, but inside is very clean and comfortable. The owners/cooks are the nicest people and the food is honestly the best Thai I've ever had. The red curry is an absolute favorite and the pad Thai and the woon sen was amazing!! Definitely give them a try.

I have had Thai food all over the U.S., E’San Restaurant is SO DELICIOUS and ranks top #1. If you want authentic and tasty Thai food it’s a MUST HAVE!!! Recommend: appetizer, fried spring rolls, entree’- red chicken curry (one star spicy), followed by the coconut mango sticky rice for dessert!!! Five star foods here!!!

I would have never expected to find such legit thai food in Arkansas and the portions are huge.

Super good food! Incredible service! We had a family member in town and wanted to try this place out and none of us were disappointed in the least. I did expect the food and service to be good (after reading reviews here) but I definitely didn't expect it to be THAT good - we were super impressed! The lady managing the orders was so nice and so helpful to give advice and suggestions regarding our kids' choices and if they might prefer one menu item over another and regarding the spiciness level. She let us know if some of the menu choices weren't as fresh as as they could be, so she could recommend us to try their food at its best/freshest. Our youngest son (who got the fried rice with pork) said he thinks it's the best tasting food he's ever eaten.

Between all of us, we got the fried rice with pork, "Yum" with pork, the pad thai, the pho, and a green curry with chicken, plus the fried dumplings appetizer. I actually tried all of it and it was all so good, but the green curry was my favorite - so good and flavorful! I also appreciated how the fried rice was similar to the Chinese standard, but tasted "fresher" or "lighter" and had additional flavors that I assume were Thai influences - very very good. My pad thai was also excellent though less nuanced in flavors than some of the other dishes. They have 5 "extra" spicyness levels. All of the food had a bit of spice to it, so if you like "some spicy", then leave it as is and don't ask to add any spice. I like things really spicy and got the level 4 (for my pad thai) and felt like it was perfect and I still broke out in a bit of a sweat from the spicyness.

One of the best parts of the meal was the GIGANTIC portion sizes. What's great about that is TONS of leftovers. Our son ordered the half order of fried rice but they made the whole order (for the whole order price), so we had plenty to take home. And the lady running it (i.e. sort of like a waitress, but more than that) was so friendly and so happy that we enjoyed the food, and she wanted to make sure she cooked extra food to give us with our leftovers we were taking home. So she convinced my wife to accept an extra large container of steamed rice, and she gave our relative a whole extra thing of noodles and sprouts to take with the rest of her pho, and she gave us a container of their homemade chili powder - ALL of this extra was just free. And for some reason they gave us the appetizer (fried dumplings complimentary). We've definitely got a whole extra meal worth of it in our fridge right now.

You really can't beat the value for the price, or the friendliness, or the flavor. All in all, an excellent dining experience, and for sure the next time we eat thai food, it's going to be here.

During a MTB trip to Bentonville/Springdale this week, I had the pleasure of taking food out of E-San. I should've gotten the Vietnamese lady's name because she was out-of-this-world sweet and friendly. The masaman curry chicken was good, the Vietnamese spring rolls were excellent but everything was overshadowed by this sweet lady.

Delish food and extremely friendly service! It felt like eating at home. The chilli oil here is soooo good! Extremely spicy but cannot stop eating it.

Authentic Thai for NWA! Speedy service, prices are a little high but portions are large. Thai tea was awesome.

Get over the exterior and decor and you will find excellent Thai food.
Classics Pad Thai, Garlic fried rice, and Red curry (Gaeng Peth) are top notch.
Lunch prices are a bit high ($12 for a lunch entree) but serving sizes are very generous.
Spice levels - Low/mild/medium/hot/Thai Hot
Mild was very flavorful and was plenty for me.

Wonderful, food was great and fresh. They cater a huge order for us and everything was delicious worth every penny. I have cater from here three times since finding the place so 5 star because their taste still haven't changed and very consistent and they are still good. Thai and Lao foods that are worth the prices.

The food is so fresh and the service is amazing! I been here a couple of times through the years, but the last 2 weeks I’ve been here once a week and ordering to go orders. They make sure everything you need is included, and all has been just right.

Their spring rolls are very big and very good. I’ve had Thai food in other places in Springdale and I have to say this place has the best spring rolls and their food taste very fresh compared to others.

I don't normally leave reviews, but our experience here was so good! I had the pad see ew with tofu and my friend had the panang curry with tofu. Both were delicious. My 2 year old daughter was with us, and the proprietor must've noticed she was getting a bit antsy and put children's music/videos up on their TV (there was only one other person dining besides us)! The food was great, and a restaurant welcoming and understanding of young children made it even better. It was our first time here, and I will be back 😊

Never have bad experience with this place and it's staff. Always friendly and quick in filling your orders. Love their variety of menu that range from Asian style foods to Islands style menu.

Waitress was very attentive and made sure we understood exactly what we were ordering aligned to what we were looking forward to eating. The servings were substantial and satisfyingly tasteful. Good portions of meat and fresh vegetables with distinct flavoring for each dish. We ordered a Level 5 - spicy which was a perfect nose-running hot. We ordered the Green Curry Level 5 and a large rice noodle dish with chicken (Number 25 on the menu) Level 4.

I never had Thai food before today. The food was fabulous! I didn’t know rice grew purple! Make sure to save room for the mango rice dessert. The staff was wonderful & so friendly! Angie wouldn’t let us leave until the rain let up since she felt it was unsafe. It’s was like being with friends. I live in Minnesota, but this will be a MUST stop whenever I am in the area.

I used to live in Thailand and their food is pretty darn close to original. The temple rubbings are very authentic.

As of July 2019, this place is closed. Drove there and sign on windows says the building is condemned!

As per prior visits the food was excellent. The service was prompt on our arrival and friendly. However our entrees arrived about five minutes between each other. Odd for eating with friends but we made the most of it. Price very acceptable, $50 fed four adults with tip included! Will definitely return again. This place remains my favorite Thai restaurant in NWA. No other place even compares and their prices are unbeatable. I will continue to come here as a repeat customer due to the quality of their food. If you like pad thai, pad see-ew, curry... this is your place.

Red Curry is my go to, with the Fried Spring rolls. My wife and I split this and love it. I’m 250lbs, and it’s enough. Other reviews aren’t kidding about portion size. I almost don’t want to mention it so it doesn’t change.

Anyways, check the spice corner for goodies. The dry chili spice is amazing.

This place is super popular, the food is super good and known as “the best.” And here’s a secret: on the weekends, after they close, when the wind blows from the north and the moon is full...legend has it they flip floppin’ kick out the jams

I came by here at 9:03pm after they had closed, and a lady opened the door and insisted I come inside, I’ve NEVER had that happen before. And the green curry was great for a good price. I’d definitely recommend to a friend.

Wow. Excellent Thai food with generous portions. Had the Tomkha, Pad Thai, and a basil dish and all were superb. Less of a deal if traveling but a STEAL if you can take your leftovers with you. Basically 2 meals for 1.

My new favorite place for Thai. Prices are low, portions are huge. Flavor is great. I get the Pad Thai medium hot (4) and always have some left for lunch the next day. Prices are very reasonable (actually the cheapest I have found in Springdale), its about 8.00 for a huge plate of food.

The only place we go for Thai food. Try the fresh spring rolls; you won't be disappointed. Green curry will do your mouth right.
