Pattaya Thai is a family-owned and operated restaurant that has been serving authentic Thai cuisine in Arkansas since 2009. We first started in Springdale, AR and expanded to Rogers, AR. We made this location our permanent home 4 years later when we sold the Springdale location. We use fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional recipes to create dishes that are both delicious and authentic. At Pattaya Thai Restaurant, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible dining experience. We offer a warm and inviting atmosphere, friendly and attentive service, and of course, delicious food.
History of our operation:
Pattaya in Springdale, AR from 2009 to 2019 (Sold the business)
Pattaya in Rogers, AR from 2015 to current
Unfortunately, contrary to all the reviews here, we had nothing but a disappointing experience. The atmosphere looks great, but the food is vastly different from most of the Thai restaurants. Even a medium spicy fried rice was hardly spicy. They just had rice mixed with soy sauce.
Went for Sunday lunch, massaman curry with chicken, house salad and crispy spring rolls. It was just okay. The curry was not broken, so the proper technique was absent there. It was a little too sweet, potatoes were not peeled. It also was not hot enough temperature wise. The salad was okay, the dressing was good. Spring rolls were also just okay, not much flavor honestly. We probably wouldnβt go back, the service was attentive but not exactly friendly- no response to multiple βthank youβsβ.
Food wasn't bad, servers were good about keeping drinks topped off.
The most notable part of the experience was how much pressure there was to leave 25 minutes before closing time. Someone at our table had a tiny bit of food on their plate and was asked 4 times in the span of 10 minutes if they wanted a to-go box or if they were done yet, with the first time being around 8:35 pm. It was comical.
Great Thai restaurant. The staff were super friendly and our drinks were never even close to empty.
I got the peppered steak special, which was pretty solid. A bit heavy on the bell peppers for my liking but that's just my preference. I also tried the crab wontons and they were fantastic.
I have ordered from here several times, but unfortunately I will no longer be supporting them. They have terrible customer service and donβt accept blame when an issue is brought up with them. They are rude to their customers on the phone and wonβt offer help.
This was the worst experience I had ever had with a restaurant and staff, they sent the wrong order on a delivery to us and admitted over the phone they still had the correct order and proceeded to tell us to figure it out on our own and placed blame on everyone else except themselves and called us back proceeding to be rude and blame us over the phone, never once tried to reslove issue even after we offered to come and pick it up, yall are just awful pls donβt waste your time, eat somewhere else they do not care for the customer.

This USE to be a 5 βοΈ review!
Something changed, and my last three attempts to get delivered what was once my favorite dish, all failed.
Food is not the same, sadly!
Delicious. Authentic.
Delicious every time. Drive through makes take out convenient!
A dollar for cilantro that for a plate that already had cilantro
Rude and Bad customer service I came in with my shopping bag from
Akins market to the restaurant .I am comuter. The manager, she was rude and disrespectful she told me donβt bring your food and eat here I found her rude and disrespectful when I came there to eat I never felt bad and discriminated against in my life it was bad experience never again I will go there I felt discriminated and humiliated based on my race and background being a doctor who was in town I thought I am dealing with evil people with no respect the food had no taste and was way overpriced
Very American Thai food place. Not bad at all.
Maybe other food items are good. Did a take out of drunken noodles and it was chewy. Ate the chicken, eggs, bell pepper threw the rest

Wasn't bad just average. High price for amounts of protein. 5 .oz was told they weigh it.
Very good. Love the spice levels
Got the chicken pad Thai with a 3 spicy. It came with thick egg noodles instead of the thin noodles. Every other time I have had pad thai it was with thin noodles, but I absolutely loved it with the thicker ones. Probably the best pad Thai I have ever had in my life, no joke. I also love Thai food and have tried dozens of places in NWA. Can not recommend this place enough and thank you so much for the delicious meal.
Food was pretty good. Atmosphere is kind of like a diner.
This place is the best Thai restaurant in NWA. The curry, pad thai, everything is so delicious!
Food is great
Best mango sticky rice, curries great, tangerine chicken, and more all good.
The Thai fried rice was really good and the portion was massive !!. Another plus is the restaurant is clean !
The best Panang curry Iβve ever tasted.
Fresh spring rolls and dumplings are amazing. Always good food here.
We get takeout a LOT from here β food is great but man there is a disgruntled man working the window who almost has us wanting to look elsewhere. Sorry for being an inconvenience my dude π
The food was not very good. Worse was that I felt terrible afterwards! Ruined my whole afternoon. Really regret going.
The food was great, because I have a restriction on my eating. I chose this place due to the vegetables and rice noodles. Drive thru is only taking online orders..... Order online then pickup
Eaten here or taken carryout from here many times. Always good service and tasty food.
They have the best pad-thai I ever eaten

We love going here for dinner! The food is so good, the staff are always really friendly and the service is great!
The atmosphere smelt delicious and it's very friendly love it
Every single thing is so good. My favorites are the Thai violet, green and red curries, and pad Thai. Best Thai coffee and tea around town too.
DELICIOUS!!!!
Service was amazing! Food was on point!
Great food. Flavorful and absolutely delicious. Fast and courteous service. Very clean establishment. My son and I dine there very often.
First time there and it was really good. Great service friendly place
Incredible food and great customer service all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
Great choice for Thai, service was excellent and food was great!
No way to go wrong in this place everything is excellent
I love the Portion sizes at Pattaya the plates are big for a small price, being able to choose my favourite protein in any of they're famous dishes keeps me coming back every week!
One of my favorite restaurants in NWA. The staff is always very friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the food is excellent. I've never had a meal that I didn't like.
8/10
Amazing Thai food in Rogers, AR
Don't let the looks put you off. Amazing food and quick service. Quite a hidden gem!
The food is fantastic! A little high priced compared to other similar restaurants but they never miss when it comes to having flavorful and delicious meals.
Quick service with good food quality
Friendly fast and very good food.
Food is salty
I just moved back to NW Arkansas a few weeks ago. Same delicious food, friendly staff, super fast service!
This is THE place to get Thai food around here. We eat the fried spring rolls every time, they're a must. Can recommend the Thai basil fried rice, any of the curry dishes, and the curry chicken dumplings for sure. We love the people and the service there. We usually eat in the restaurant but take out is easy with their online ordering and drive through window.
Very good! Next time imma try something spicier too!
I visited today was a great Pad Combo delicious and chicken dumplings as well!
The food was okay. The pad thai doesn't have much flavor. Definitely need to try more to give a better review. Overall the environment is a good place to relax
The Pad Thai was great. The Employees were very helpful and very friendly. I'll be going back.
Favorite Thai place in NWA I drive from Bella vista here to get my take out. Definitely recommend: theyβre also very good about allergies, very knowledgeable and attentive!
Not worth it. I spent $37 yesterday on a doordash pickup order. (only because my company gave me a $25 credit I had to use through DoorDash) Ordered panang chicken curry at the highest spice level, and fresh spring rolls. The amount and quality of the curry did not justify $22 (added "extra" chicken). Didn't see any thai peppers that were supposed to be added. the spring rolls tasted old, like the lettuce was dried out. I've never dined in before, so hopefully it was just a bad experience forced on me because they make less money by using DoorDash service, which is why I used pick up and instead delivery, hoping it would be a better deal for them.
Excellent service and food!
Never ate thai but it was delicious
People are here very rude.
And food is frozen, stale and not at all feels like we are having Thai food.
And it doesnβt even deserve one start for this family restaurant. Big scammers on the name of Thai food.
and not at all tasty Not at all welcoming especially one of the lady staff. Treated customers very unwelcoming.
Delicious food! Fast too!
First time leaving review because this is so good. I ordered green curry, and it brings me back to Bangkok. This restaurant makes my day.
This place is AMAZING! Everything on the menu is delicious! And the staff builds a personal connection with you! They have some really caring and sweet people that work there. If you love great food and positive energy, I highly recommend Pattaya!
Great portions, great food
Wow good everything!
I love this place! Service is fast and efficient. The food is amazing with really great flavor. I love how the family works as a team and they all make sure you have a good time. Love supporting this place.
We had tried their 2 appetizers (Fresh Spring Rolls & Homemade Chicken Dumplings), Green Curry w/chicken and Stir Fry Clear Noodles with chicken and shrimp. We totally enjoyed our shared meals.
Food was great and the waitress was very nice just wish they would put the price on the menu and portion size otherwise great food.
The best Thai in Rogers. Always fast, friendly service. Pad thai is excellent.
Great food
Of the several times I have been, including pick up, the food has always been hot, fresh, and delicious. And the service has also been unwaiveringly great. I enjoy the quiet and peaceful atmosphere that is common place, so the only thing I would add/change is some culturally appropriate music and do away with the sports on the tvs, but that is completely a personal preference. I will continue to go here and recommend it to others. I would also like to add that their Lad Na is my favorite in the area.
Great service. Great food.
Delicious food! Very fresh, and well seasoned. Pad Thai was delicious and so were the dumplings, spring rolls, and house salad! Definitely will be back!
The food is amazing and I never get glutened here. They also remember your order and it is so relaxed and chill
The first time I ate here. I knew I would be back. I've been twice now at different times, and everything was great. Fair price.
Delicious food and friendly staff, we'll definitely be back!
Consistent food
If you're looking for healing, fresh food with flavor, this is your place. Tom Yum soup broth was the best I've had in a while! We also ordered chicken satay, fresh spring rolls and those were delicious too! My sister ordered the coconut based soup and also loved it.
The not so good part - younger waitress was interrupted by the next table next door midway through taking our order and was a little short with us several times. Thankfully someone else took over for her, maybe they saw our disappointed faces. We had driven across the country for the 2024 eclipse event so we were pretty tired, thirsty and hungry.
Luckily the overall experience was good after they switched the waitress. I prefer someone who has empathy and manners. Maybe I'm just old fashioned. The younger generation doesn't seem to care or have proper manners or lack empathy to serve people, especially tired and hungry travelers like us.
Have loved their food for years!
Love the food but very pricey
The Thai restaurant was very delicious. I ordered it through their app. And then you can pick it up through the drive-thru don't even have to get out of your car to go get your food. Which is always very appreciated. The staff was very friendly at the window. I highly recommend.
This was our first visit to Rogers and first to this restaurant. Family owned and family recipes. The food and service were both great!! Highly recommend. I think I could go there 20 times and be able to try stretching different each visit. We'll definitely be back out next time through town.
Great Thai restaurant. The staff were super friendly and our drinks were never even close to empty.
I got the peppered steak special, which was pretty solid. A bit heavy on the bell peppers for my liking but that's just my preference. I also tried the crab wontons and they were fantastic.
Havenβt even left yet and wanted to give credit where itβs due. Food was hot and fresh and service was phenomenal! Definitely worth a visit!
Clean, great service, the food was phenomenal!! I will be back
Straight cheeks donβt know why itβs rated so high
Fresh ingredients, delicious meals!
I honestly have gone here like 4 times and have ordered different plates and they were all very delicious! Service was fast and friendly. I will update with photos on my next visit. Must try for sure if you are in the area.
The food is hot, fresh and great.
Had the pepper steak and the coconut tapioca. Was delicious π
This was my first time trying Thai food. I had Pad Thai, and it was delicious!
I tried this restaurant for the first time, and I am very impressed, the service was amazing, and our food was ready super fast, and our drinks were never empty. The food was delicious, and had really good portion sizes, and their crab wontons were amazing! 10/10 in my book, and I would definitely eat there again.
The staff was really friendly. Food was great.
The staff is very friendly and attentive and always remember their clients.
Every dish I have tried is excellent, but I recommend their yellow curry and Pho particularly.
Pad Thai was excellent!
If i wasn't so broke, i would eat this place out of business. Volcano chicken (maxy spice option). The employees are kind and fast.
First time eating here. I live in Winslow but came to appointments up here with my Daughter in law. What an amazing place. Loved the food so good. Service was great staff was kind and friendly. Give this place a try, you wonβt be disappointed. So glad we chose this place.

The food is incredible and so is the service.
Super friendly staff and the food was great!
The waitress did an outstanding job. She was not Tie. But she knew all the items we asked about. She was great
Excellent Experience! A+
Food is wonderful, flavorful and fresh! Staff is friendly and engaging. Love this place 5 Stars! βββββ
It surprises me that this restaurant is not packed with people all the time, it is by far the best Thai place in NW Arkansas. My favorites are the drunken noodles and the friend rice. Try this place out, it will not disappoint!
Best fried rice in all of NWA. Nothing comes close. My wife loves the drunken noodles. This is our go to restaurant.
Slam dunk for Thai in the area! Got it to go, and it was so fresh that it must be a hit in-person, too. Spice scale is bonkers (5 = middle), but they were on the side, which we appreciated. Enjoyed the value for the meal. Maybe not the right thing to take to the office, given the strong garlic and spice aromas, but worth a visit.
My husband and I just ate there tonight. The food was nothing like we had there. It tasted weird. I have thrown up three times and my husband has had the βotherβ. BEWARE. JS.
First time eating here and the food is so good! The picture I have is after I dove into it for a bit, so keep that in mind. I got the glass noodles but my husband got the stir fry cashew. I was almost jealous of his plate until I started eating mine. Definitely worth getting out of the house for.
Alex is a awesome guy!!
We loved the Pad Thai and crab rangoons!
Food taste like straight dog food and smelled awful and the eggs looked so gross took 1 bite and just almost felt like throwing up
Delicious coconut soup and great service!
Have an edit. Haven't been in a couple months. Came and got the yellow curry again. While the taste is amazing the quantity for the price is very underwhelming. Got 2 orders for my wife and I. $32 and a small portion. A cup of rice is probably .15 and that's all you're gonna receive. So if you aren't hungry and want amazing food that's your go to. If you are hungry better come and get a double order.
5* Had yellow curry and it was amazing. The servings are a bit small. More bang for your buck at Thai kitchen. But still a very good meal. It's always good. Get the 4 hot and it's perfect.
Nice food and nice service
Not sure why the good ratings. I ordered Pad Thai medium hot. It was very greasy and no spice. Didnβt deliver any napkins or utensils either, which pissed me off the most.
Fantastic food - able to eat AND have leftovers. The staff is so nice and helpful. We got the garlic stir fry with beef and the ginger stir fry with chicken. Get the egg rolls for an app! Staff came by multiple times to ask how the food was, if the spice levels were good, and even wrapped our food so it wouldnβt spill in the car! We will be back for sure.
Great food and friendship service. I eat Thai food everywhere I go in the world and the Pineapple Fried Rice here is SOLID!
Fantastic food! Was very impressed! The staff was very accommodating as well. This was the 1st time I've ever had Thai food and would definitely recommend!
Our server told me that my dish was gluten free. The food was good, but wasn't gluten free. A few hours later I had several gluten symptoms . I will try it again.
I will start this review by saying that I have eaten here many times in the past and it usually has been a good experience each time for the most part. I Made a to go order and picked it up today and was extremely disappointed with the food. The 2 dishes I ordered where the massaman curry with chicken and the volcano chicken. They asked which spice level I wanted for each dish, I asked for 4 out of 5 stars for the curry and a 3 for the volcano chicken. I will start with the massaman, it had absolutely no level of spice at all. I could see a 4 was written on the container so they did take my order correctly, but the spice level tasted like barely 1 star at most. The rest of the massaman was ok but the portion was very small for the price, so that was also disappointing. Then there was the volcano chicken.. the description on the menu read "hand breaded crispy chicken with minced bell peppers, onions and garlic sauce" nothing about this was accurate. The first thing I noticed was how mushy the chicken was in the sauce with no peppers or onions. The sauce had absolutely no slice to it and was very very sweet and it had an orange/tangerine flavor. Those few things were bad enough but it was excited to at least try the chicken.. disappointed again. Every piece of chicken was so chewy and I wasn't able to eat a single piece entirely without having to spit it out because of how how chewy it was. I could tell it was very over cooked/fried. All around just a really disappointing experience and I will very likely never eat here again. Not worth the $40 I spent there today.
EDIT: Ownerβs thuggish attitude is enough to never eat here regardless of anything!Food was extremely bland, cooked quickly and sloppily , and the quality of vegetables and meat was not good. Price was exorbitant for such a subpar meal. First and last time here.
They are pricey. Sometimes, the dishes are not consistent in price or how they are made. The food is authentic and very yummy. It is a great place whenever you are craving a favorite thia food dish! The packaging leaks because the sauce is thin.
It was a joy to eat here I spent time in Thailand in the 70's during my time in the military. And when we ate here it brought back so many wonderful memories. While talking to a waitress who was from Thailand I remembered some of the Thai language and was able to talk with her. So thanks for wonderful food and talk. Will be back.
Pattaya means "family". Actually it doesn't however that's how you will feel each time you dine at Pattaya. This is the place where you can feel confident to try new things. Appetizers: fresh spring rolls or dumplings with yellow curry are a must. Red Curry with chicken, garlic broccoli with beef, and pad thai with any protein all all delicious! Spice level can also be adjusted if you love heat or want to go mild.
Food was great tasting, but their "hot" dishes don't seem that spicy. It could've been influenced by some that can't handle spice, but I say be bold and bring it! Service was excellent, as they were all working together for the needs of the customer, instead of solely relying on the server; thank you!
Chicken was not crispy, gave me food poisoning
Wonderful place. Insanely nice people, wonderful service, awesome food, great portions and prices.
