They served it in a fairly small bowl, about the size of a cereal bowl. I think if they had put it in a little bit larger bowl, there would have been room for more sauce, which is the star of the dish. 4 stars for that. Excellent service.

We also got Gyoza it was fresh flavorful and cooked perfectly. Lastly we ordered Yellow Curry with beef it came out piping hot you can tell it is made fresh. Small Thai restaurant in the middle of a strip mall! 🛍️ They have a good sized menu, large portions,🍜 and a clean dining room.
We had ordered some crispy shrimp 🍤 skewers and they came out undercooked 🙊 Our server was very nice and she fixed it right away, made some fresh, and those came out great! 👍 The hot tea wasn’t strong and needed more tea leaves. 🫖 Dessert 🍨 was delicious 😋 Overall, not a bad experience.

We came to AZ from WA to see my grandparents and I was so excited to see a Thai place near our hotel. We had the Pineapple Curry, the Ultimate Noodle, and the potstickers along with Thai tea. We loved it all. The medium for the spice level was perfect, the tea was smooth and perfect. We will make it a mission to eat here every time we come to visit. I cannot recommend it enough.

Yuma Thia is a great little spot for Thia food. 💯 Recommend the gyoza pot stickers. They had the perfect flaky crust with a great crunch. The sweet in sour is made in house and is the best I've ever had.
For the entre I ordered a combination fried rice which was cooked great.
Atmos was quite and had a light melodic music playing with basic seating in a small room.
-1 ⭐ for the wait but it's a small operation with only one server that I noticed at the time in mid evening.

I’ve gone to this place for 6-7 years, used to be my favorite but became so inconsistent. I’ll order the same thing most times, and it can either be good or a complete flop. Pad thai comes out super sweet and gross, and curry will come out crazy salty some days. It’s not worth risking it since the prices are quite high.

Went and had a forgettable lunch today. Had their drunken noodle dish. Bland with too much oil. VERY little chicken added.
They added tomato and mushrooms to the dish as well. Don't get me wrong, I love tomatoes and mushrooms, but I have NEVER had tomato or mushrooms added to drunken/spicy noodles in over 30 years of ordering it. The acidic tomatoes gave the dish a weird flavor. Waitress never once stopped to check in on us and my water glass was empty. When she brought the bill she noticed it.
She asked if I would like some more water, and I said yes.
She comes and tops off the glass with room temperature water!?!
I wont return.

Good food. As good as most I've had in Phuket or Bankok. Totally authentic, too, as the chef is simply making her own good old home cooking. Order one star heat lower than your usual, tho, as it's pretty "spicy"--my 2 here was like a 4 is at my fav Thai place back home.
UPDATE: Both of us ordered Pad Ke Mao, tho with different spice levels & veggie substitutions. Both were quite well prepared, but, . . . were quite bland and rather TASTELESS, with no discernible spice level and literally no sauce or gravy on/in either dish. When we told the waitress, she brought Hoisin sauce for my wife's dish, and soy sauce for mine. That helped some, but left us both uncertain that we shall ever return.

The food is good and the restaurant is nice but it is rather small and during busy times wait times are longer and things like spice trays and serving equipment are inconsistent and sometimes unavailable. Our waitress was inexperienced and forgot to light the soup pot flame to keep it warm, also there were no spice trays left therefore I did not have a normal selection of available spices. Also the ladle was too big for the pot so self serving was a challenge. I would go back so this is not meant to be a criticism but rather an opportunity for improvement on their part.

I got the lunch menu, item mixed vegetables with rice. It had absolutely no taste. It looks like they boiled the chicken and veggies and put it on your plate, plain with no taste. I did not like the taste of it since it has no flavor at all.

HUGE RAVE!!! They are super short staffed at the moment and the place was packed. To-go orders were out the door, phone was ringing off the hook.... The few employees working both had nothing but smiles on their faces and were extremely polite, courteous and kind. The food was amazing, hot and fresh. Fantastic experience as always from these guys. You guys are crushin it. Highly recommend this place for your Thai food craving.

My Wife and I have been frequenting this establishment since moving to Yuma in late 2016. Although it may have changed ownership since then, the food is just as savory as it was in the early days. My wife and I are huge foodies and travel alot. As a result, I wont say we have a refined palate :P but we are incredibly selective when it comes to Thai Food. Yuma Thai delivers on this front. I know it is hard to believe but this place has some of the best dishes I have tasted coming from Philadelphia, New York, Chicago, Atlanta, San Diego, and Phoenix. The restaurant itself is rather small and sometimes understaffed, but the wait is worth it. Their Ultimate Fried Rice especially is by far the best dish I have had in a while. This place is one of Yuma’s hidden gems.

This little Foothills strip mall gem is a great surprise! Go & try them out!! We've ordered many things & not one disappointed. Three of the 4 of us actually lived in Thailand for part of a year. If we think its great Stateside Thai, maybe you will too! It is เอร็ดอร่อย!

Yuma's best place to eat. The seasonings taste just right. I love the way they packed my TO GO order. After 40 minutes drive home, the food still hot like they just come from the kitchen.

Service was really bad, it took an hour before we actually started eating. Then the food was brought out and one person in our party didn’t get their food for anther 5 min. After which they did not bring out our rice or tea. We had to ask for that and only one out of the two were brought out. So we had to wait again for the other rice. I will not be going back here, over priced and horrible service.

This has to be one of theee best restaurants in the Yuma and foothills area. The soup they give you in the beginning is phenomenal. The pad Thai with tofu is my favorite! My husband gets the chowmein with everything and they are serious about their spice 🔥 and their sticky rice with mango dessert is to die for.

Best Thai food in Yuma. All the curry dishes are great and the Pad Thai s amazing. You can pick your spiciness level 1-5, I've only been brave enough to go 3 and it's a pretty good spice without ruining your day.

Horrendously over priced. A $70.00 dinner, in Yuma with no drinks? Thats crazy for some hot curry and some rice. Also was promised my meal at 4:00pm and it wasnt ready untill 4:28. Do better.

I live here part time In the winter. Last year I ate at this restaurant at least twice a week. I Loved it! This year the food is decent but the serving sizes are much smaller than last year. They also “up charge” for Shrimp on almost every menu item. Last night I paid an up charge of 4.00 for a total of 4 small shrimp on my Pad Thai. For 20.00 a dish I expect a bit more. Still good, but far from the place that it was last year before change of ownership. If you are feeling the same way, I found the old owners. They are running a Thai restaurant in the strip mall by Walmart on 32 Street.

Very busy- food was fresh and medium hot. CARRYOUT BUSY. One waitress. Slow to take order. Problem seems to be in kitchen. Food was good, but brocolli wasn't cooked or hot,or warm, this was a disappointment. Love broccoli. Will try again in 2 weeks. But the winter visitors are back in droves. Here is when we Yumans buckle down and wait "em" out.
