The food was ok. I wouldn’t call it traditional Thai food though if that is what you are looking for. Our Pad Thai had green beans and carrots in it along with non traditional noodles. Overall it was an ok meal. Just not what we were expecting.

I have ate at almost all of the Thai restraunts up here and they are the best and so affordable. You wont be disappointed. My favorite dish is the yellow curry. The flavor is amazing and all the veggies that are in the sauce over brown or white rice is addicting. I have to eat here atleast once a week! And my favorite drink is the Thai jasmine infused green tea. I will include pics asap. They are also some of the nicest people. Come and see for yourself. They also will serve for to go orders even large orders. So you can take your meal and have a picnic somewhere beautiful as you will see in my pics. They also have wonderful prices. Come in and suppport these guys youll love every bite!!,!!!!

The service and atmosphere were what you would expect - small, strip mall Thai place - but the Yellow Curry was On Point. Came to the table quickly, was fresh and well portioned. The chicken portion was larger than expected. The curry (level 2) was exactly the spice level I was expecting and there was just enough coconut milk to give the creamy curry a sweet finish. It is my new go to place. Adding pics of menu because the ones I saw here were apparently old and prices were higher than depicted on Google menu pics.

I have only ordered food from this restaurant to be delivered which you have to go through doordash, and I have stopped using doordash due to numerous problems. When I started ordering here a year ago, the food was incredible. It has definitely gone down in quality since then.

It took me a while to try this place because it's tucked back in the shopping center. Big mistake, I REALLY LIKE THE FOOD AND STAFF. Best tai tea with or without boba. Note that the coconut mango rice is almost twice the price of other places in town, not a good sale on that one. I have tried multiple items on the menu and so far have liked everything. Give them a try - see what you think 😃 A little pricey, hince the three stars

I eat spicy all the time. The 3 brings some heat. The 4 burned my lips but I ate every bite. The curries are amazing!

Wonderful experience. Food was great as was service. We were there on a Wednesday night and were surprised at how many dinners there were. After we finished our meal we understood the place’s popularity. I often avoid Thai food because I hate the taste and smell of fish sauce. I’m not entirely clear if they never use fish sauce or if they just left it off per my request, but despite not having this typically integral ingredient, the food was great and didn’t suffer from its loss. We had spring rolls, curry and a noodle dish. Will definitely be going back. Service was great with staff very attentive. Also be aware that although some restaurants are namby pamby on their spice levels this one is serious. My husband will be downgrading his requested “4” next time.

As a first generation born Thai American, I’m disappointed when I’ve asked for no sugar in my dishes here, and extra spicy. In Thailand, we don’t add sugar to our dishes, only to cut salt. Three times now we’ve received an overload of sugar, despite asking for No Sugar, and it’s not even close to spicy. I miss Thai House Cafe, truly authentic. I’ll be cooking authentic Thai from home.

I ordered my food with No Spices nothing Hot period.
The waitress said okay, but English is not their First Language.
The waitress brought me spicy food.
She refused to replace the order with one without spicy ingredients 😕

We had chicken and shrimp yellow curry and tofu massaman curry- the food was delicious! However, we got it to go and the packaging was terrible. 3 of the lids broke and one of the curries had completely fallen through the other, so we lost half a curry and had a huge mess.

I’m a Thai snob. I love chais yellow curry with veggies level 3 is on point. The chicken basil level 3 was fantastic as well. I haven’t eaten inside the restaurant but it’s very cute. I recommend this spot to any Thai lover! So glad I found these guys .

The food here was really good. Service was good as well. They could spice the ambiance up a little, but really, it's the food that counts and this was GOOD! Will go back.

Good healthy choices

Just had amazing Massamam Curry. Excellent with a nice amount of veggies. My go to Thai restaurant. Casual, good seating, easy parking. Highly recommend. The business moved out of the food court years ago.

Food was good but service terrible the lady took me an order not very nice. What a shame I like the food but maybe not go back because of her.

We went to eat, but didn’t stay, so this is not a review of the food. We walked in and there was a very strong perfume smell that we both noticed right away. It didn’t dissipate after being seated, then I realized it was a room “freshener” of some sort to cover the extremely strong cigarette smell. We couldn’t stay because we were getting sick to our stomachs.

Great authentic Thai food. I think lots of tourists just go downtown to eat. Those places are not that good, they don't feel like they have to try. I Used to Love Tara Thai & didn't mind spending a little more. It's gone downhill. This place is much better and it's cheaper. Not to mention the staff is more professional & caring.

The food and service are reliably good. My husband loves their Pad Thai and Thai iced Tea. My son is crazy about the Bangkok Fried Rice. Definitely worth checking out.

Fantastic Thai and great service

We ordered the Pad Thai and massaman curry. Both were fantastic! I wish I had taken pictures. The Pad Thai had a really nice tamarind background that made it very unique and yummy.

It was more than we could eat. So, we took some back to our hotel. They literally gave us an extra order of rice and didn’t even charge us since we had already paid.

Super little place! I’d go here once a week if I lived in town.

Previously would have given this place 5 stars, it’s still good, but it seems as though some things have changed. My fried rice used to come with a broth and that was why I loved their fried rice, but the last few times hasn’t come with it and then it’s more just average. The staff is always friendly, I like supporting this place, and still enjoy the food it just isn’t the as good as it once was hopefully it will be again one day!

This place is the pinnacle of Thai food in Prescott. I’ve had every Thai spot around except the one in Chino and Chais Thai is by far the best. They’re a little more expensive but it’s worth it most of the time

Yummy Thai food.

Ordered their tom kha soup. It was average. Parts seemed like they came out of a can-peas and carrots, so a little disappointing. Still great flavor, maybe they ran out of veggies that day. Also, noteworthy, the soup was supposed to have mushrooms. I found only 1 mushroom, bummer. Maybe try what else they have!

I love this place so much. Very friendly staff and delicious food. I visit Prescott a few times a year and every time I do, I eat here! Great vegetarian options and very reasonable prices. Huge portions as well. Can't wait to eat here again!

Great Thai food (certainly in the top-3 in the Quad City area), friendly and very quick service. It's expensive, but no more so than any other Thai restaurant (except for Thaifoon which is probably the cheapest in town). Their spring rolls (fried) are some of the very best I've had anywhere in the world.

Just excellent!! Some of the best in town, as good as Thaifoon. Will be leaving a very happy tip when I come back!

Pretty good food, portions are large though!! They had a mix-up with the order but fixed it quickly and more than made up for it.

The food was not cooked all the way through the spring rolls were frozen in the middle and my son ordered orange chicken several of the pieces were pink inside as well as the dipping sauce being horrible.will never go back here

Shrimp friend rice was yummy, but shrimp was cold..service wasn’t too good! Felt rushed out, every 5 minutes the waitress asked if we needed a box and gave us to go cups.. she also forgot our salads and brought them to us halfway through the meal stating she forgot them!

I was at the mall the first time I saw this place. I got a fresh roll and soup. I’m a big foodie and they did not disappoint me!! The food is incredible. I go and get my fresh roll fix quite a bit. Just amazing.

Pad thai is the best you'll find in the state of Arizona. I like pretty spicy food in general, and level 3 is excellent if you like spicy. My wife got level 2 and I would suggest that for most people. Unfortunately my photo was taken after I got about half way through I realized I needed to make a review after about 20 bites or so. Please enjoy!

I got pad Thai with spicy level four and it was phenomenal every bite. Highly recommend to anyone who likes Thai food. Sheri is a great server and host and we appreciated her warm personality while we were eating. Thanks for a wonderful date night dinner out.

Lunch here is at least two bucks more than at any other Thai restaurant in the area. And the entrees are made with GROUND MEAT -- ground chicken, pork, beef. The service is erratic, sometimes good, sometimes non-existent and the pretty, young Thai girls (one has to suspect human trafficking, because they bring no special expertise or language skills to their work) get orders wrong, even with hand-held point-of-sale ordering gizmos. As it turns out, the food is actually pretty good (if you like ground meat) and the restaurant is bright and comfortable.

OMG!! Amazing! We tried Chai''s Thai because I had a Thai craving and the other Thai place in town was closed... their loss, I'm a convert! Tom Yum soup 5 stars, red curry 5 stars, chu chee fish 5 stars, Thai ice tea 10 stars! 4 spicy was not as much as I thought but super yummy and there is always chili paste. Great service, very friendly. Will be back!

This is the first Thai restaurant I have tried in Prescott as I was very partial to my favorite Thai place in Glendale, but their food is amazing and I would recommend it to anybody!

We were visiting from Germany/California going to Grand Canyon. Stopped in Prescott on the way. If there is 10 stars I would give it 10. I can’t say enough about this place. The service, the food, is like being in my mother’s kitchen/home. We felt so w/ Thai family and I am a foodie person. I will not go out for Thai food unless it has authentic dishes that only my mother makes. This restaurant has all the dishes that my mother as well as my grandmothers would make. Dishes that you can’t get in most of the restaurants. I love the spicy papaya salad, Larb, Beef salad, Chai’s steamed fish, sticky rice. These are few and many more. When I go home to see my parents I always asked for these dishes. If you want authentic food, Chai’s Thai is the place to go.

Food taste great fresh and all I ordered the special duck and noodles any wife had chicken take out of course and when we got home and opened the take out we noticed 70% veggies 25%noodles and 5%meet and the meals set us back a whopping $32.50..........should've took the hint by the restaurant being empty. Never again.

Usually they are my go to place for Thia food. Unfortunately, I came in today and i was very disappointed. Took about 5 minutes to get seated which for how busy they were, I'll give them a break but after getting seated and sitting there for a good 15 to 20 minutes wand seeing other customers that came in after us, get their drinks and appetizer before we are ever get acknowledged at our booth, that was the last straw. The food was great when they were at the mall. Hopefully the next time, the service will be better.

My daughter and I tried the new location today for lunch. The food was hot and in good consistency. We ordered, pad thai, no spice for my daughter, Pineapple fried rice, tom yum in coconut sauce, and shrimp blanket (egg roll shrimp) I only give 4 stars because of the server assigned to us has a very long hair that is braided lose, it almost touches the food while she's serving us. The other server is in pony tail but still some hanging in the side face. I'm very critical with female servers and the hairs going to the food. I cook at home and always put my hair up (secured) so that it won't go to the ingredients or to the food I'm cooking. I was gonna tell the server about it but the place is starting to get busy and it's only 2 server that time. I don't want to spook other customer. I will give them another chance because I love Thai Food and supporting local business. Also, they just open so I'm giving them a chance to read this.

Always enjoy their food. They are consistent. They use fresh vegetables and the entree is always seasoned perfectly. Their prices are fair and portions are large. The staff is always helpful and polite. They are closed on Sundays.

Usually I would give it five stars but the night I went there, the panang curry was much too salty.

I've eaten here 2 times and each time was delicious. The veggies are fresh and crisp and the sauces tasty. I got pork in 1 dish and chicken in the other and both could have been seasoned and cooked less dry but overall pretty pleased.

I was told by my customers that this was the place to go. By far the best Thai food we have ever had. The portions were enormous and we had left overs. The prices can't be beat! So happy I was told about this place. It's located in the Gateway Mall food court. You will not be disappointed!
