Gavin our server was prompt to get our order 30 before closing and has great customer service… food was OP! I’ve been craving green curry and Thai tea and they totally delivered. Thanks for giving us great food and service for first time customers. I totally recommend!

The food is excellent! I had a slight issue with my order the night previously, but the manager immediately contacted me and resolved it! Customer service is what its all about, and she did and amazing job of it. This restaurant has been the neighborhood go-to, and it will remain so. Thank you Thai Chili 2 Go!

AWESOME!! We came when they first opened and have to say, for what we usually order at a thai restaurant, we werent impressed. BUT NOW!! Whoever the cook is...10+ stars!! The food is amazing!! We've been in at least once a week since we discovered it! I hope the chef stays...we love his cooking!!

Containers actually filled all the way to the top, everything that was supposed to be crispy as definitely crispy and the spice level was exact!
I will never order from the other location again. This one in Gilbert (Higley and Chandler HTS) is hands down the best!

It was so delicious well cooked perfectly flavor and so nice . Air conditioning is cold and was a nice lunch. The people were super friendly and went out of there way to make us satisfied. Went in on Sunday at 2pm and left stuffed. I ate the whole bowl before getting up and it was some of the best spicy basil I ever had. Keep up the good work your young man at the register was polite and receptive. Definitely be back to this location in the future

HERE IS A PIC OF A CHICKEN FRIED RICE WITH ONLY PIECE THAT I FOUND AND I HAD TO GO DIGGING! THAT TELLS YOU RIGHT THERE THAT THEY CHOP UP THEIR MEAT INTO TINY PIECES AND LOAD UP ON RICE. NOT COOL AT ALL!

The fried rice is my absolute favorite!! I can't find this flavor anywhere else. It's always fresh and delicious. Service is fast too!

Overall great food and staff. I was coming home from the airport and stopped in to grab something to go, not realizing they were closing in the next 5 min. They were very kind and didn’t express frustration in anyway, even though I’m sure they were feeling agitated. Great restaurant.

All employees were not kind or engaging. Acted like we were bothering them by coming in. In fact when we walked to the counter, an employee said are you here for pick up or dine in, we said dine in and she just turned around and left... Food was inedible. Orders the spring rolls, tasted like grease. I ordered the drunken noodles with chicken. Chicken was burnt, to the point that everything tastes burnt . My husband's pad se eww had all totally raw broccoli. We just threw it out and left. Won't be back. Maybe they should hire some people who actually want to work there and care about the business.

Bruh… ok what the heck i got there and they gave me a wait time of about 10 min which i figured is average for thai chili and then i finally get my filled to the brim bowl and its all like half cooked noodles and i can crunch into the vegetables too. As a customer and for feedback id take more priority in the quality rather than the quantity. Also if im gonna wait 7 minutes past the given wait time at least let me know its not gonna be done well or just take your time so i know in advance its not gonna be like the other locations. Also do not order anything with veggies or noodles if u do not want this to happen… take it from me

Wanted to try a new Thai place as the one I go to is 30+ minutes away. This was a TOTAL waste of $47. Two orders. One medium, One Hot... Both watery and FLAVORLESS. Not even a hint of spice to either. They filled one container with nothing but broth and the other with very little "broth". Like we even got skimped on the portions. Not at all impressed!!

I am not sure what happened to this place as we used to get take out from here periodically when we first moved. We love Thai food and this was a solid spot on the go. We ordered today and WOW was it below anything we have ever had. We were hoping it was maybe the first thing we tried but sadly each one was as flavorless and major letdown. The pad Thai, the fried rice and the other entrees we got were awful. I don’t think I’ve ever said that about an order of food but after spending $90 on something like that it’s tough not too. I really hope others have a better experience but for us, we will no longer be ordering from here.

Extremely frustrating experience. Store did not even start on my order when the app said ready for pickup… and seems like they know of a print issue that causes this multiple times and still did not take action to fix it. Had to wait to get the order ready then while guests are waiting at home.

Very disappointed tonight. Went to Chandler heights/higley location at 5:00 to find door locked and hours said they were open till 9. I went to my car and then saw a few workers inside cleaning. I called my family to see what else they wanted me to pick up and then decided I’d call since it appeared one of the workers had put a ticket up. No answer on phone after several minutes of it saying I was next in line. Another lady walked up and realized door was locked. She looked inside window and then stepped to side and got on her phone. Several minutes later a worker came and unlocked the door. I then went and asked if they were open and they said yes. No reason why door was locked… I then waited 32 minutes for my order. Most of my order was sitting there ready for almost 10 min getting cold while rest was cooked. When we got it home the Thai fried rice with chicken we ordered was only three quarters full. Rest was fine except dumplings were soggy. Very disappointed in service and quality of food tonight.

If you choose to pick up your order, check it before leaving. Food is good but inconsistent; sometimes too spicy or other times flavorless. Unfortunately, they got rid of the egg rolls! Today I ordered drunken noodles and all the vegetables that they list on the menu weren’t in there.

I just arrived in Gilbert after an amazing hike in the San Tan park.

I had a great time at their locations on Camelback Phoenix and Scottsdale road, N. Scottsdale; so I was happy to find this one in Gilbert in the shopping center at E. Chandler Ave & Riggs.

Service by Manager Ray again?was outstanding as well as server Gavin.

My Pad Siew(lean beef, broccoli, egg, rice noodles, special sauce was the the best of that dish I ever had at such a reasonable price of only $11.

My chicken nuggets were even better than most wingshops.

Place is very clean and service very fast.

Thai chili 2 Go retains my title as best Thai chain in Arizona.

Ordered pineapple fried rice with chicken. Spring rolls. No chicken in the fried rice and the spring rolls were just inside no sign of a vegetable. First tome and last to visit that place

I ordered ahead online and arrived when it was said to be done. They said they were waiting for 1 item, pad thai. It has now been over 30 minutes. Seriously the worst experience, why offer online ordering or time estimates? Still waiting.

Food is consistently good. The Yellow Curry and Thai Fried Rice are my go to orders.

My only warning is to check your order before you leave if you online order and pick it up yourself. Last time they messed up my wife's order and even though we were told we'd get a refund, we never received it.

Got two splinters in my tongue from gallangal root in their Penang Curry! I was excited to see this restaurant open in our neighborhood and when we got a coupon we decided to try it. Unfortunately after a few bites, I wound up with two very painful splinters in my tongue, which looked like cactus needles. After I dug them out, with tears in my eyes, I showed the manager and she immediately said "oh, those are from the galangal root that we use." She apologized profusely and then said she wanted to make it right, but instead of offering me some alternate dish with noodles or something, she made me another curry. The one I ordered first was mild, but the one they gave me to replace it was extra spicy. I was honestly too afraid to eat it because my tongue was painful, burning and swollen. I contacted customer service via email, but they never responded. I feel lucky that these thorns didn't get stuck in my throat or esophagus and that I didn't have to go to the doctor or Hospital. We won't be returning. Everything was overpriced anyway and skimpy on the meat.

This place is an absolute rip-off. Just paid $13 for an order of panang and what I got was a bowl full of green peppers, sauce, and 5 tiny pieces of chicken. Absolute joke.

Online order was scheduled to take nearly an hour. Now 20 mins late and the dining area has 4 other disgruntled takeout customers waiting. Failing.

UPDATE : things have improved here. Organization and timing seems much better. Their response to COVID was sincere.

I've been on hold for 30 minutes on 2 phones trying to order food. Finally sent 2 employees to order/pick up. I know there is online ordering but it doesn't always work. Great food, but ordering system has a lot of room for improvement.

Best Thai food in the southeast valley. I have never had a bad food experience ever and the new location at Higley and baseline is the bomb!

We used to love going here when they first opened, but the last few times the quality seems to have dropped. We ordered the pad siew and dumplings tonight. Dumplings were good! But the beef pad siew had no sauce on it at all. No taste on the noodles, meat or broccoli. I also asked for extra meat and it did not seem like they added more. Severely disappointed and sad. Pad siew was my fav and now I can’t look at it the same way. I don’t know who is preparing the meats, but they need to be trained to marinate and cook with the correct sauces.

No one answers the phone + this location isn’t on the app.

I hope you didn’t plan on anyone every answering your phone call. Ginger garden down the street does. Both have been tested and Thai Chili never fails to disappoint.

In addition to this what’s really cool about this place, is they put a message on the review asking for you to email them with problems and they would like to work with you to resolve them but they actually never respond to you. That said, as you look at all of the reviews that say please reach out to me at blah blah blah they are also probably not responding to those people as well.

PRICE FOR A BOWL OF BEEF AND NOODLE IS $13.00. Fifteen when you add tax. That is so over priced. Managment is very rude. Portion size has gotten smaller even with a price increase. NO OTHER RESTAURANT CHARGES EXTRA FOR BEEF!!!!! Ridiculous.

First time my food was burned as shown in the picture, it tastes awful, I wanted to give it another chance and second time I asked for no egg and it had extra, I mean extra egg and half of the container was broccoli, third time and last time because I will never go back to that place, I asked for no egg and no broccoli and the noddles were very minimal, less than half of the container was filled. The plate is $11. I understand if I ask for more meat/protein it’s more expensive but noddles??? I asked why the plate was filled only half and they said because everything is by portion, then if it’s by portion why they are not deducting the money for egg and broccoli??? Again I wasn’t asking for more meat but noddles.
I try to support small businesses and i buy food out every now and then but I will never go back to this place.
