My hubby and I have been ordering from here for over a year. We love the Pad Thai, the cashew nut sturdy with chicken, the red curry, the spring rolls (also the dip that comes with the spring rolls). Is always been good. The spiciness levels are a little inconsistent sometimes, but they accommodate my requests for no mushrooms or green onions every time, and there’s ample amount of chicken! Highly recommend.
After 45 minutes wait which I didn’t mind, I ordered several dish and I spent over $100 took my food and drove 7 minutes to my house, the food was cold and not tasty at all. I know they busy and felt like they just slap the food together just to get rid of you. I will stay with simply Thai in Tukwila which has never disappointed me.
WORST CURRY EVER. Everything else was pretty great. Spicy 3 is like a 1 at most Thai Places. Staff was great, take out only, fast and friendly workers. No Joke… the Green Curry was an absolute shame.
I wish I had a pic of just the curry, it was plain white, zero flavor or spice.
My first time that I ordered delivery. Everything came perfectly fine. Pad Thai is still steaming hot also Pad won sen!. The delivery guy was very nice and prompt! My favourite Thai restaurant in my area!!! So glad that I live close by. Definitely my go to restaurant!! Thank you!!
They have a restaurant but do not allow dine in it’s all takeout only. I ordered the Panag curry with tofu and the chicken pad Thai. The food was packaged really well to ensure nothing was spilled. I’m rating service 5/5 based on how they packaged the food and how they took the order. I’m giving atmosphere 2 bc we’ll you can’t sit there so I can’t give them a 5. It’s a small restaurant in a plaza. Food was 4/5. My panag curry was flavored very well I got a spice level 2 which was moderately spiced and they gave plenty of tofu I wish there was more bell pepper in the curry. It was 80% just tofu and curry with random bits of bell pepper. My husband got the chicken pad Thai to which he said was decent. You do get large portions! All in all get the panang but skip the pad Thai.
Delicious food. Pad Thai was perfect! Good spice levels, I could taste the ingredients and not just sweet sauces. Yellow curry was also very good. I like that the curries do not automatically come with rice, that way you can better control the rice to curry ratio.
Will be back!
Wonderful little place with great portion sizes. The pad kee mao is incredible, and if you add extra noodles you get about 3 servings!

I came here when they first opened years ago and it was really good! Just ordered tonight and the food was not great. Just eh. Disappointing.

Consistently fast and big portions

Good food, dine in would be nice
Tried crispy garlic chicken and pad see ew. Garlic chicken is really really good. Big portions for both
Best fried rice I have ever had i got the krungthep fried rice medium spice level and the Thai iced tea it was so good nothing will every beat the food I had here
Great food and amazing service
Loved it! I got the pad thai and it was great. Wish I lived closer!

Will be back!
The food was delicious! I'll buy it again!😊
Reliably great food, always. Even a gluten free option for my must have calamari.
Actually spicy food that's flavorful with big portions
I ordered CurryFriedRice/Yellow curry 2weeks back. Quick response and delicious food. Large portion too. Highly recommend it for quality food. will order again. Thank you for the excellent service.
Moving and sad to go 😭 best take out Thai in Burien, very convenient, 15 minutes and you get ur food, HUGE portions, tasty food, family owned and worked I think?, our order was always the same and everything was always excellent!
Thanks everyone for all the good food and may this business be here for many generation more!
Food is always good
over all the food is too sweet. less sugar please
It’s gets meh ratings from king county. Good, or just okay.

Good sized portions, we had the spring rolls, (excellent), beef Pad Kee Mao, (very good) Crispy Garlic Chicken, (very good) and Red Curry Tofu, (just OK, due to lack of seasoning) 1st Avenue is to go only.
Good food, but lacks portions especially the crispy garlic chicken. It’s just mostly batter and barely chicken
Delicious!!
They only do pickup orders now but the food is delicious. I really wish they would put duck back on the menu.
Love this place - pad Thai is excellent!!
This is take out only. It is my favorite Thai restaurant in Burien. I always order the pumpkin curry. Love it over rice. Noodles, chicken, and meat options are all great. We haven’t been disappointed yet. We always try to order something new along with our favorites.
Everything was awesome but just a take out so atmosphere is based off grabbing take out and going. The resturant was welcoming, interaction with staff pleasant and food was awesome. It was also packed so nicely with no spillage even drinks. I was very disappointed at another thai resturant I tried near by but this resturant did not disappoint. The only issue was the directions from google maps but will definitely go back and order again. I ordered the yellow curry, chicken satay and fresh spring rolls and all were awesome and so fresh.
This place used to be my absolute favorite Thai restaurant, but something has changed; we'd get the crispy garlic chicken every time, but the last few times it has had so much fish sauce that it tastes more of fish than chicken. We ordered it twice more giving them the benefit of the doubt, hoping it was a fluke, but evidently not. They used to have really good peanut sauce, but now it tastes like nothing more than coconut milk and peanut butter. Twice now we have received dishes that were substantially spicier than the level of heat we ordered, to the point where someone who loves spicy food found it inedible. They were good and remade the food at no charge the first time, but we didn't bother the second time as we really didn't want to go back out to pick it up. It's sad, but I just don't think we'll come back any more.
Good food but weird experience.
Great packing for sure but felt the pad seew didn't have enough flavor like I'm used to. Small portion for $16 Dollars though
Excelente comida y excelente atención
Take-out only despite sign below name which says Dine In or Take Out.
This has been our go to Thai restaurant. Sometimes we overdo it and take a break but always go back because their food has always been very good. This time as usual the fresh rolls were great. The curry fried rice and Mongolian beef were too salty. We had to cook rice to mix with both to cut the salt. The point of ordering out is not to have to cook. I'm not saying we'll never go back, just cautioning people who are sensitive to saltiness to maybe mention it when you order. Gave 3 stars becsuse the fresh rolls and service was good. Parking is a little limited during dinner hours but a place will generally open in good time. Their is a ramp for those not able to use stairs.
Delicious food and excellent service!
Inaccurate description no dine in drove so far through traffic
Ordered thru door dash. Delivered and was missing the crispy garlic chicken. Ugh
Called resuraunt and they said they would credit the order.
Not impressed at all by this place. Although it had fairly good reviews on google it did not live up to the hype. Watery and bland yellow curry was one of the dishes we tried. Was not impressed. Also tried the swimming angle for dinner. Was not impressed. Grey chicken pieces on top of wilted bed of spinach. Did I already say not impressed? I’m all for the small businesses in my area but some just have to try a little harder to get the return customer. Don’t think I’ll be back.
Bland and undercooked, this time, wrong order.....and 2* was super spicy, and tolerate heat.
Consistently good noodles. Signature and Pad Thai.
This will be my new go to takeout restaurant. I am semi new to the area and this place is D E L I C I O U S!!! I got the pork pad thai and the chicken curry fried rice and both were large portions, not skimpy on the meat or veggies, well seasoned, not great, and super spicy (i asked for 5 stars) like i like it. It was quick and reasonably priced. I will be back.
Food quality is always amazing, the ladies who work the front are super sweet and attentive. I hope they open dine-in again one day. It’s just not the same experience always getting take out.
Pickup only but the portions were hugeeeee for the price and it really tasted like authentic thai cuisine. My favorites were the Pad Thai, Curry fried rice, Green curry, and Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles).
Inconsistent but this is one of the best Thai spots in Burien. They have delicious dishes, a really big menu. We love the garlic chicken and the curries are light and lovely but still pack a big flavor punch. They do delivery on door dash, or you can pick up at the restaurant. I recommend ordering online ahead of time. They say the wait times are about a half an hour and they mean it. It’s much easier to order ahead online and then pick up, I noticed those customers were moving through a lot quicker than calling in and waiting in the parking lot. Awesome Restaurant in Burien! No dine in at this time.
Update: They deliver on DoorDash now. It’s been pretty inconsistent. I order the eggplant sautee entree three times a month and it’s always different and never has enough sauce to cover my rice !
My sister ordered takeout for us last night and there was a hair in our food. Super disappointed as this is our go-to Thai spot. 🤢
Best Thai food in Burien. I always get the Pad Thai, Crispy Garlic chicken and a Thai iced tea. They stopped doing dine in service when COVID happened and it looks like they are keeping it take out only for the foreseeable future. Fine with me! This place is 2 minutes from my house.
I had not been here in awhile because it seemed like the quality of the food fell off a bit over the last couple of years. I gave it a shot again last week and it was fantastic! We had chicken phad thai, curry fried rice w/ prawns, and of course the crispy garlic chicken!! Absolutely night and day from the last few times I’ve been. I hope they continue to make great food and as always, the service was amazing.
One of the best thai restaurants in Seattle which is pretty hard to find. I have tried many thai places and they are one of the best. I love the Pad Woon Sen, peanut sauce, and they make their own excellent crab ragoon.
Sometimes I don't feel like driving to the U district but I found a great alternative.
This was a take out order. My interaction on both the phone and in person for the pick up was seamless and professional. The food was authentic and definitely to my standard. The woman greeting me and handing me my order had a warm friendly smile for me. Genuine. I was thanked for choosing their establishment. Parking was ample. Easy access to this business . I live in Seattle and frequent Thai Siam. I was visiting family in Burien and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this meal. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
I've had the crispy garlic chicken, pad Thai, crab fried rice, and Tom yum soup from here and so far it has all be incredibly good.
What can I say? It is my favorite 😍 Thai place in the Seattle area and luckily for me, just a 5-minute drive away. They only have a take out option at this time. I have visited at least 40 times if not more. It is my to go place for dinner a few times a month. Fried rice, Pad Thai, Tom yum, papaya salad, curries and garlic crispy chicken are all perfect. Come by and see for yourself!
Small portions for cost.
we love this place for the smoky wok flavor and the authentic taste. We have been ordering the pad thai and curries for several years and really enjoy them. Sadly the fried chicken has become all breading and literally no actual meat. If anyone there is reading this, could you please put the meat back in?
Excellent authentic Thai restaurant in terms of flavor and spiciness level. When I asked for Thai spicy level 5+ (and yes, I can handle that level of spiciness), they followed that with no issue and it was simply AWESOME!! I highly recommend the restaurant and the menu for anybody!
This is the BEST Tom Yum and Tom Kha I’ve had in Seattle. Everything else is really good too!
Jein and Summer were very kind. They fixed my order after some of the seafood was not the most fresh. They made me a new Vegan Pad Thai and it was great. Integrity is everything when it comes to business.
Lady with purple hairs has worst customer service. We came there and requested menu and she just got rude and pointed towards table. On inquiring about different items, she made faces and was arrogant in her tone.
How is it even possible to be this much better than everyone else. So damned good, solid prices, great service. Love Krungthep!
Tofu pad see ew and chicken pad thai were really good! take-out only for now, but they're super fast!
Food is average.
Customer service was terrible. I was told my food would be ready in 25 minutes, however my food was not ready until over an hour. They did not communicate time wait when i arrived.... im assuming because they forgot my order and had to start from the begining.
Super affordable and delicious thai food with quality ingredients! It's my new go-to for Thai. Whenever I order it only takes 10-15 minutes for 2-3 entrees to be ready. I love their pad thai and crispy garlic chicken but I alwasy go with the "not spicy" option because the spicy options are too hot for me (I like spicy stuff like hot wings but that's about my limit haha). I would definitely recommend this place!
I come here for beef pad kee mao it's on point everytime. Chefs kisss
I normally don’t really like Thai food. Almost always it is my last choice for eating out, and i’ve tried tons of different thai places in seattle including bai tong. HOLY MOLY this place is the BEST thai food in washington state. Everything on their menu is delicious. I had never had a Thai food that I really liked until i tried this. I’ve had the mama noodles (my personal favorite) the phad thai is incredible, the fresh rolls are yummy, and the garlic chicken is to die for. also really love the wings and thai iced tea. I cannot say enough good things about the food here, seriously incredible and the portions are MASSIVE. 10 stars!!! 🫶 Also their spice levels are on point, spicy but still with a delicious flavor.
Garlic chicken is delicious. The lobby is closed for dine in.
One of my favorite Thai places in the greater seattle-ish area. Awesome peanut sauce.
Currently not serving in the dining room, but when we said we were going to eat in our car they let us steal a table. Always very nice servers.
i never leave reviews but this is the best thai food i’ve ever had. i’ve had lots of thai food and this takes the cake for the price. the portions are SOLID the price isn’t astronomical and the food is SO GOOD. i order from here all the time. the fried tofu is some of the best i’ve had, lots of places make it too bland but this fried tofu is perfect. i love y’all.
I'm upset that I've been here almost 7 years and just found out about this place. It is so good! This is for sure new Thai spot, the Thai Tea is very good too.
Been going here for a year now. Best Thai food I've had and portions are very good at a good price.
Take out only, but great food and friendly people
It was our first time trying their food and we very much enjoyed it. Good curry and crispy garlic chicken. The Crab Rangoon was so good that we went back for more the next day.
Excellent service and delicious food!
I placed a large order for a work event, and it was an absolute hit! Very good pricing for the quantity and quality of food. The staff and owner made it very easy for my group to decide how much food to buy for the amount of people we were trying to feed. I would order again in a heartbeat! Thanks!
Holy moly. I’ve been looking for a truly authentic, more savory than sweet Thai restaurant for so long! I didn’t expect it to come via DoorDash, that’s for sure. If it was this crackin thru delivery, I can’t WAIT to come and eat on site!
We got pad kee mao, crab rangoons, crispy garlic chicken, and papaya salad (and yes I realize half of that isn’t authentic Thai - I had all but given up on finding real deal food anywhere near seattle).
I am SO EXCITED! We’ll be seeing you soon!
Basil fried rice and pad thai were good but the crispy garlic chicken was fatty and had a large amount of fried bits of batter with no chicken. The spring rolls were cold. I prefer Teak House in Normandy Park.
Grabbed some Thai food to-go after getting an oil change next door. Wasn't really expecting much but wow, best pad-thai I've had in a long time.
Food had very good flavor and fresh, but curry didn’t come w any rice and soup had no noodle side as I’d expected.
I used to love this place, but as of November 2022, they still do not offer dine-in services and their prices are not on par with a hole in the wall take out place
Best thai food I've had in the area! I had the basil fried rice and pumpkin curry. The fried rice was amazing, I will definitely be getting it again! The staff was super nice and the hostess was very efficient in getting me my to-go order. Thank you so much!
Food is excellent! the wait is a little long, but worth it.
Type of place that asks you to wait a minute for 20minutes. Will never pick up from here again. Rude service.
Really good. Some of the best Thai food I’ve had so far in the area. I will definitely be going back.
My go to Thai place, great food all the options. They do get very busy so sometimes theres a wait but its worth it. As of now take out only
Very nice people and the food is great! I like that there's no dine in. Maybe it's just me but I think the food quality is worse when dine in and take out are both served. Better than Thai you up, the staff is rude there and the food is always the same spicy no matter what you tell them. Thus place puts your food in large containers so your pad thai isn't a brick.
Walked in to place an order and was ignored. They would rather answer phone than take order from customer standing in front of them. (They assumed I already ordered and had my $) Major fail. First and last time there.
Everything is perfect!
Great food but charging extra for steamed rice with curry dishes that need rice is like charging for a bun when you order a Hamburger. Come on Krungthep! You could be a 5 star restaurant imo but little things like this make me frown. :(
Had Pad Kee Mao, Crispy Garlic Tofu, Crab Fried Rice, and spring rolls. Loved every dish, would come again for sure
Seriously update your page! Take out only when you get there.😡
black rice pudding crab fried rice oh yeah
really great food
I came to this place on the reviews and I was not disappointed. Unfortunately, due to labor shortages they are not taking any dine in customers but I managed to get an order to go and ate it in the car outside.
While I was waiting there were plenty of Uber eats people coming in and out so this place still makes pretty good business despite not being open indoors.
Ordered fresh spring rolls and drunken noodles and they were both tasty and the portions were serious. I would definitely come here again if I'm in the area, with the hope that they open up inside.
no one is there to answer the phones. online system for orders does not work.
I've been recommended to come here a lot, but I've eaten here twice (dinner) and it's disappointing. Sticky rice is rock hard and inedible, the veggies in the curry undercooked (potatoes ew), and the crispy chicken is all breading and no chicken. I don't get the draw. I'll eat here if someone else is paying. Might try lunchtime, maybe it's a specific cook that makes the good stuff
Just, yes. All of it, yes.
Just take out for now. Tasty and generous pad Thai. Will come back when in the neighborhood!
The crispy garlic chicken and pad Thai with tofu is wonderful! Consistent flavor every time.
Really great tonight.
What happened to this place? The blandest thai food I've ever had in my life, and I've been eating Thai food for more than 30 years. I ordered four dishes. The pad Thai was relatively standard, but the curry, chicken thai basil, and fried rice were virtually flavorless. The fried rice also had the texture of fresh steamed rice (mushy).
This was never great restaurant but burien doesn't have a great Thai restaurant so it sufficed when I didn't feel like driving to Renton. Well after the last meal I bought I'll never go here again. Super disappointing.
Food was one star (it wasn't gross tasting just flavorless), but the people were friendly, the wait wasn't long, the portions were fair as is the price when compared to some other places.
The food is amazing! I never leave reviews but I had too since my while family had nothing but great things to say. The food was tasty, cooked well, and very flavorful!
We ordered Pad See Ew 5 star spicy with chicken (as per usual) as well as the fresh rolls, to go. Easy order online with no transaction fee for doing so. This is the best peanut sauce and fresh rolls I’ve had in a long time! The noodles were appropriate spicy level, gave us good amounts of chicken and wasn’t too greasy. This is the best Thai food we have had in the area, it will be our go to place from now on.
Everything I’ve ever had here is amazing. It’s hard to order Pad Thai anywhere else now because they’ve set the bar so high. It’s my go-to recommendation when someone asks if I know where to get some good Thai food.
This acute food poisoning episode occurred pre-Covid. My friend and I ordered some dishes for dinner at Krungthep Thai in Burien; one of them was wide Thai noodles.
The noodles tasted bad, we could tell immediately they were leftover or worse, leftover of leftover. We had only a little bit without making a complaint.
A few minutes into eating, we both felt sick and prepared to leave. By the time we paid our bill, I had a hard time standing up, felt nauseated and sweating. We managed to walk to the car ( which was close to the door), I threw up and I kept throwing up a couple more times that night.
These noodles had to be highly contaminated as typically food poisoning does not happen so fast.
Food was hot tasty and plentiful. One disappointment: they neglected to ask me how spicy I wanted it and it turns out it was no spice. Thai food should be spicy.
Delicious and authentic Thai food, they been there a minite and have the formula locked in.
We had the #1and 4. Both tasted great. The service was super fast.
Pad kee mao is really good.
cant get order thru phone keep busy
We love the Pumpkin Curry with soft tofu its extremely flavorful and reheats very well. We usually get it level 5 spicy and although its perfect for us, its more like a level 3.5 if we are using a 1-5 scale, but spice is definitely a personal perspective thing. We have tried other noodle dishes but their soups and curry are always our favorites.
Not very flavorful. Pretty gross. I've had better Thai pizza
Crispy Garlic Chicken was great, but the red curry lacked flavor. Also I ordered 3 stars and could barely taste any spice
I've ordered the garlic spicy chicken medium spicy and it's THE BEST cooked chicken ever! Forget Jollibee's, KFC, Popeyes, chick Fila, burger King's cha'king anywhere else that sales cooked chicken. THIS IS THE SPOT
Super yummy and spicy for those who like Thai food. I had a Tom Yum dish to take out. Got home and the food was still hot and fresh to eat. The texture of the curry soup was super nice. I would recommend this place if you’re in this area.
I ordered Very Spicy, but it was No Spice until I added the little container of red pepper flakes. Also I ordered satay for my 2 year old and they were very pink on the inside until I put them in the air fryer for 8 minutes, which is just wild. I don’t have a pic because I immediately began cooking them upon opening.
Great food.
I like their food but I don't like their take out containers. Some days they use paper containers, then it's all right. But when they use Styrofoam container for oily hot temperature food like pad thai noodles, I can taste the melted styrofoam in their food. Many restaurants up in Seattle had discontinued using this kind of container, I hope Krungthep Thai Cuisine improves their standard as well.
Love this place! So good 👍 getting take out again and again 😘
This is by far one of my favorite thai restaurants out there. The food is delicious, they serve mango sticky rice AND the staff are friendly . I travel about 20 mins just to get food from here.
Best Thai in Burien. Hands down.
Super delicious
Great food and reasonable prices :)
My favorite Thai restaurant in Burien. Decent prices and excellent food.
I love this place. I consistently get really good food, fixed how I ordered it, even if I add extra stuff and at whatever spice level I ask for. I've been coming here for over 2 years now. They used to sometimes have a really long wait for food before covid made it take out only and I didn't care, it is so good. They're nice, and usually a little busy so have some patience. I'm not sure if they do dine in again since reopening.of state but their take out is awesome. I have never had a bad meal or a problem with my order in over 2 years. The parking lot is a bit tight to navigate especially when busy but there are spots at the businesses next to it around dinner hours so I've never had an issue.
Very good traditional pad thai and thai teas.
Delicious.Best Thai food around!
The food was good, but they use styrofoam to-go boxes. I won't be returning until compostable to-go containers are available.
Hands down best Thai food I've ever had. Never disappoints. Try the crab wontons and pad see ew if you love yourself.
We've been to Thailand several times and love the food so much. This is the best Thai food we've found in the Seattle area. It has the most authentic flavors. We tried the Garlic Chicken, shrimp Pad Thai, the crab and cream cheese puffs with steamed jasmine rice. Such lovely flavors, and the food was hot and fresh when we got it home. Next time, we'll try the curry. It's also reasonably priced, and they are efficient. Food was packaged and ready to go when I arrived to collect.
Outstanding quality. Interesting interpretations of dishes not usually associated as "Thai": I love the chicken wings.
We've never been to the restaurant but ordered off the website many times. Always good!
Been here (for take out) a few times now, and every time it's been on-point delicious! Highly recommend the crispy chicken, pad se ew noodles, pad thai, panang curry, and fried rice - but those are just our usuals...can't wait to go back!
Best thai food I’ve had in a long time. Great flavor in every dish.
Gone here for years now. Great food and friendly service. Best larb around in my opinion.
Best Thai food in town. Variety, menu, and service — 5 stars all day !!
Delicious pho!
Good food I tried the yellow curry which was good.
The crispy garlic chicken is so good. Honestly everything on their menu has been amazing. Especially their pad Thai. Their peanut sauce is also amazing
My wife ate lunch here all the time when she worked close by. Even now we still come here when we can. The beef larb (2 stars spicy) is delicious.
They acted like i was below them . The host was the rudest i've ever experienced. She actually tried to talk me out of oredering saying it will be at least 50 mimutes and complained about beeing busy to me as if i was a nuisance for ordering food . Im a cancer patient, father of 4 so sometimes i need a cooked meal. This meal was disgusting. The crispy duck was soggy. The noodles were stuck together like a pile of glue and no flavor....0...this experience was horrible. Dont waste your time or money on these rude people. Very disapointing.
Super awesome food always, topped off with this A+ Covid-safe pick up set up.
Love this place! Can't wait to eat inside again!
