I’m very disappointed in my experience, especially after spending $30, and will not be ordering again.

I've been looking for pad woon sen for the last 9 months and Thai top ten has, without a doub, the BEST woon sen I've ever tasted. The curry sauce with the pot stickers also goes unfathomably crazy!! New favorite restaurant in Richmond.

Picked up dinner from here for some company we had over from Rhode Island. So easy to order online, ready at the estimated time, and all the food was so delicious!! We got the spring rolls, noodles of the drunk w/ chicken, pad see ew w/ tofu, chicken pho, and chicken pad Thai. All dishes were excellent! 🙌🏻 Our guests from RI loved it!! Would totally recommend if you’re craving Thai food!

This is the only Thai restaurant I’ve encountered so far that really stuck to their “Thai hot” spice level. I was humbled and in pain but also impressed that they went that far. The food here is always so well spiced and the portions are huge for the price!

Popped in here before a VCU game. Had delicious entrees. The drunken noodles are some of the best we have had in Richmond. Basil fried rice was delicious. The beef pho broth is complex and well spiced. Not the typical clear broth of other Asian restaurants. Definitely will become a regular dining experience for us.

I order pineapple fried rice with chicken And added extra shrimp. Never got the shrimp extra shrimp and they didn't put any vegetables only got 3 shrimp with my dinner . I call told them about it they said they couldn't do anything about it. I'll never order from them .

Delivering for Grubhub brought me into this Gem of a place. I walked in and noticed a gentleman obviously in need of some additional help/little extra loving enjoying a bowl of soup. I smiled and greeted him and proceeded to the counter for my customers order. I was immediately greeted with a smile by Sarah! What a sweet soul! I picked up my order and asked her if he dined there often. She told me “yes, he dines here almost daily and we cover his meals” WHAT A CLASS ACT?!

You just don’t see businesses like this anymore. Most of them treat the less fortunate/homeless like they are less than and as promised Sarah, here is my raving review and genuine THANK YOU for being so kind to not only that gentleman but also to me.

Consistently great food, especially the Pad Thai. Prices are reasonable and service is friendly. It's on campus so street parking is hit or miss.

First time ordering from this restaurant last night. I got the pineapple fried rice. It could have been seasoned better and have fresh pineapples. Half way through eating there was a strand of black hair in my food. After that I was done and just threw it away. I was hoping my experience would have been better. I've been looking for a nice Thai food spot.

I've ordered delivery from Thai Top Ten maybe 30 times over the last few years, and the food is always brought piping hot, and quickly.

If you're vegan, they have great options, including tofu and mock duck (try it, it's great!). They have great pho, curry, stir frys, noodles, and specialty selections. As well, you can even order your food to the exact spiciness you'd like, from mild to absolutely thai hot (stick to American hot unless you're very adventurous).
Even the appetizers have a great and varied selection.

As well, the delivery is done in-house, so you're not paying for Grubhub or Ubereats markups. I appreciate that a lot, and the guy who delivers for them (there's only ever been one guy), is always a delight to see. Though perhaps I'm bias, every time I see him, he's bringing me delicious food!

I'm moving closer to their downtown location soon, and I'm genuinely excited that such a gem of a place will be in walking distance of my home. I'll definitely be one of their regulars, and you should too.

Yummy! Nowhere near as spicy as they say they are (on signs). I wouldn't recommend mild spice unless you like things essentially without flavor. Medium spice and up are the way to go. Kids are serving you, so you may need to walk up for a few things. I plan to dine here again. Spent $30 with tip. Bought: two entrees with water. Atmosphere is nice and comfortable. Very calm. Food comes hot! :)

Always super quiet dining in. Great beer selection. The menu is a bit overwhelming but if you eat Thai often you'll know what to get. Some of the flavors are a bit muted which is why I took away a star. Staff is always super cool.

The massaman fried rice is awesome and you cant get it at any other Thai place in richmond (as far as I know, and I love all Thai in rva) so go try it! Also the dumplings that come in curry are a great deal, perfection.

Roasted basil duck - As a duck fan it was just ok. Nothing to brag about. I think it should be more food for the price and after taxes it a whole $2 more. So like $18. Served with white rice and of course it'll be extra for fried rice . I just gave 3 stars just to be nice . To be honest nothing really had flavor but the duck was cooked well

This pho healed every problem I didn't even know I had. Came in for takeout with horrible sinus pressure snd a huge headache. Got back home and within 30 minutes I was feeling almost back to normal. 10/10. They also thought of everything. I was worried it wouldn’t come with like the little extra things but it did!!! So good. So glad it’s only 2 blocks away from my dorm. My new sick food

During dinner rush on a Saturday when other wait times in the area were crazy we decided to try this place. I’m sure our experience here was so much better than what we would have had if we were seated at ocharleys next door! My fiancé had not had much exposure to Thai food and I’m so glad we picked Thai top ten to be his introduction. We ordered satay, drunken noodles, and chicken pad Thai and shared everything - have never had satay that delicious and juicy. Their peanut sauce is amazing and the cucumber salad even better. The noodles were huge portions and among the best I’ve ever had as well. Spicy beef, tender chicken. Fresh food! Service was friendly and reasonably fast! Thank you for making delicious food!

I got the Lemongrass noodle soup, American Hot + Scallops. My partner got Spicy Shrimp fried rice in Thai Hot.

"American hot" is pretty damn spicy. Food tastes yummy. I'll be getting medium Spicy next time, though!

I went here last night (5/20) and and ordered Pad See Eiw. I was in the Richmond area and went back home. I noticed there was no egg in my Pad See Eiw and that it was flavorless. I called the restaurant the next day and after complaining, he told me there is nothing he could do about it because they aren’t getting much business and have bills to pay. I am a student , I have bills to pay and I am working on a student budget! I don’t understand how my order gets messed up and I am told this?? The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the cashier was a sweetheart!

I recently visited Thai top ten and let me just say, YUM! Price was very generous and the quality of the food was excellent. I am so happy thai top is back to their A-game. Kudos to the only server working so diligently and kindly! I will definitely be coming back.

This place was 2-3$ cheaper than other Thai places and the portions were large. I got the Panang Curry and it was delicious and pleasantly spicy (I got the mild level of spice). Also the delivery was 10 minutes faster than the indicated delivery time. Will definitely get food from here again.

Cheap yes, good no. I love Thai, love love love it. However, it was very basic and bland. I asked for medium.. (sign said it ran hot.) might as well have been a 1 on the scale. I’m sorry, but if you want pad Thai. Don’t go here. It’s also on the slimmer side of things versus seasoned.

I love little holes in the wall and this one will definitely get a return visit. The servers were really nice and the food was really good! It is hard to spot because there's a tree in front of it, but it definitely deserves recognition. I highly recommend eating here!

So many different yet popular options to choose from and the prices are very surprising. The best part is they have a spice level to most of their food and all their levels perfectly cater to an individual persons preference.

I went here for the first time today. I've gone too VCU for years but never been. I got the Masama Curry Fried Rice, Mild with tofu and it was so good! The food was greasy but very flavorful and filling. I'm definitely planning on making it a regular lunch spot because I was so impressed. The servers also didn't mind explaining the dishes and allergen concerns which put me at ease. The Masama curry comes with peanuts but I was told they make the food in small batches so my food wouldn't have any on it. According to my stomach, this was true and there were no nuts in it, which is always a plus when you cant afford an epi pen

Curry fried rice is best

Thai food that will hit the spot every time. Except on Sunday's when they are closed and you are hungover and all you want is some yummy Thai but instead you get yummy depression and you have to go to Elephant Thai.

There quality is dropping drastically. I ordered Tom ka soup w/ shrimp ($4.95) and Red Curry fried rice w/ chicken. Soup was watery no taste with 4 mushrooms cut in half with giant pieces of tomatoes and 3 pieces of shrimp. Fried rice was mushy and just wired. They get 2 stars for quantity though.
