Best food and phenomenal customer service on an already very late night ever!!! My daughter and I stopped in and it was 20 minutes till closing. I hate to be that person that causes an entire restaurant to have to stay late and ask the lady that greeted us when they closed. We almost left seeing as how it was so close to closing time but she insisted that they were happy to feed us. I ordered the Mongolian Beef and it was amazing. My daughter ordered her usual same dish and we both sat eating with satisfying “mmmmsss” and “oh my, this is so good” comments every other bite.
The owner came back and spent several minutes talking with us making us feel so warm and welcomed and such a late night already. This will be on our places to dine every time we travel towards Mount Juliet now!!!

My boyfriend and I went around 3 PM and the place was very quiet. Our server was nice and gave us plenty of time to look over the menus before making our selections. We ordered jasmine tea and it came in the cutest tea pot! Although the food was good, the servings were on the smaller side and were a bit pricey. We had a good experience but will consider other restaurants before visiting again.

We always get Hunter when we come.....Hes a great kid and does a good job! The owner is always friendly and nice ....which makes it that kinda place you definitely want to come.back to! Mongolian beef is always my go to!

Have to change my review from a couple of years ago from a 2 to a 5. We ate lunch there yesterday and it was really good! The hot and sour soup and house salad were very good and large quantity. We ordered the Spicy Sesame Beef with steamed rice and a side of lo mein. It was delicious ! I love their sushi and they have quite a variety to choose from. My favorite is the Honada roll. Our server Mark, did a marvelous job and was very attentive. We will be back!

I have been coming here for almost 15 years and have never left a google review. This place is great, the food is awesome and the manager or owner Susan is such a kind soul and she employs some good and great folks. Please give them the benefit of the doubt, the bartender has been there a decade and works hard.

We have never had a great meal at Fulin’s but I convinced my wife to go with me and give it one by more try.

We arrived at about 8:30pm.
There were two at the bar and two booths occupied.

After a minute we were approached by a male in a black t-shirt.

Instinctively I said “two.”

He took us to a booth immediately inside the restaurant and to the right of the door.

I guess that this was the best they had available since there would now be three occupied booths.

The vinyl on the seat was torn or cut and the surface of the table top was gross, very sticky.

He set the menus and silverware sets on the table and walked away.

He is either a mute or elected to not speak.

Really, am I going to give money to have this dining experience?

Nah.

We left.

There must be other options in Mt. Juliet.

I took my Father in Law here for Father's Day. The waiter was great (Mark). But the entire meal the bar tender was pouring himself drinks and using horribly inappropriate language while trying to hit on a girl that was sitting at the bar very blatantly.

I tried this restaurant years ago. The service was bad, but I still tipped the waitress well. I found out later that the waitress added on $20 more dollars to the tip. I called the restaurant to complain and requested my money back. It was a matter of principle. The owner refused and was rude. I thought I would never go back. Today, I was craving Mongolian beef and this restaurant was the closest. I thought I would try it again and had the food delivered. I regret this decision! The food was horrible. The beef was low quality and difficult to chew. The sauce was like dish water. The noodles made me gag. Right now, I am laying down and feeling sick to my stomach. Do yourself a favor by not eating the food from this restaurant. Horrible !!!!!!!

The food wasn’t horrible, but the atmosphere was horrendous. We had a younger kid as a waiter who appeared to be the only one waiting table's. Around the same time we came inside, he had a very large table that was ready for their checks. He had already came over and got our drink orders so it wasn’t a huge deal. The issue was the bartender who started yelling at the kid for not coming over and serving us, we informed the bartender he had already gotten our drinks it wasn’t a huge deal. When the waiter came back over I asked if he could ask the bartender if they had Moscow mules as it appeared they have a full bar. The waiter ask the bartender who once again starts yelling at the waiter saying they don’t have ginger beer. (It’s not the kids fault I asked for that drink). As the waiter walks the ten feet back to our table from the bar, the bartender continues to yell and make nasty remarks about how Moscow mules are gross, etc etc. He was just being incredibly rude. A woman then came in and sat at the bar where the bartender continued to berate and argue with her the entire time she was there, to the point when she was leaving a “regular” informed the other lady that was just how he was and apologized for his behavior. A customer apologized to another customer over the bartenders behavior, that’s wild all in its own. As soon as the lady left, the bartender and the regular customer started making fun of the lady. Anyways, if you want to deal with a rude bartender, this is the place for you.

Food: I hadn’t been to this place in a few years because of some bad experiences with the food. I decided to stop in today while I was shopping nearby and ordered the rainbow roll. I loved it! They got it out super fast and I love the portions of their sushi as well. It’s 8 pieces which is standard but they are very big pieces.
Service: the place wasn’t busy at all so service was very fast. I only took a star away because I could hear some conversations from the staff that was unprofessional.
Atmosphere: the atmosphere was pretty horrible. I went to the bathroom and right outside of it there is no light, so it felt like I was in a dark alley about to get kidnapped. When I went inside the bathroom, it smelled SO bad like pure toilet water. There was a mysterious bucket of water and a plant on the diaper changing area which would be quite inconvenient for moms. There was also an outlet that either was burnt, or had black mold growing out of it. Either way that seemed pretty dangerous. Why was there even an outlet next to the toilet ? Anyways, the place desperately needed to be clean. When I was sat at my table there was old rice or something on my chair where it was half cleaned. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like.
- so, all in all I probably won’t go back due to how unclean the place is. If they could invest in upgrading the place I might would try it again.

The food is very tasty here. I recommend everyone to come with their families to Fulin’s. The service isn’t too bad, pretty fast. I recommend the sushi also, they have many options and the ingredients are fresh!

I ordered the Pad Thai, and it was the worst noodles I’ve ever had. It tasted weird and sour.

This restaurant tops all other of the Asian Fusion genre in the area. Especially after the management change in 2020, the food, service, and ambiance all upgraded to the next level. I highly recommend the General's Chicken or any of the chicken dishes, really. The servers treated me with kindness and generosity, and the charismatic owner makes me feel like family!

This was very disappointing, the food was hot and average at most. The restaurant and restrooms were filthy. The restaurant is in need of much cleaning and many repairs. This one time was enough for me.

Ordered through Uber Eats, order was canceled by Fulins due to not serving anymore tonight. The food was then sent, I explained what happened and now I've been charged even though they canceled the order, not me. It's $106 [of food I didn

We have this place 4 chances the rice is always old and dried out. Taste like plastic. The chicken is okay no matter the flavor it's mush and chewy. We won't waste our time or money here again. Sad to say panda is much much better.

Nope! I should have known from the bartender's disinterest that this going to be bad. My mistake. Update your website. Educate your servers. And honestly, get a dust mop.

Good value /quality portion for the price. Lots of meat and good vegetables in the entree - could only eat half.
Didn't particularly like the sauce but was cooked well enough and ingredients quality enough still enjoyable.

Best Asian cuisine around. The food is phenomenal. The taste and presentation are hands down "THE TOPS" the area restaurants. I've been to this location several times already and have never had a bad experience. It may be pricey by some folks' standards, but you get what you pay for with the dine in experience.

Atmosphere was lacking but server for lunch yesterday was lovely & very attentive. Fried rice & pork egg roll were bland but broccoli beef & orange chicken lunch specials were delicious.

The vegan options are amazing. Our server was well informed about vegan options (and, more importantly, knowing what wasn't vegan.) We almost ordered something that we assumed was vegan and she alerted us to the fact that it wasn't vegan. The food was delicious.

Beat our expectations!

This is my second time at this restaurant except I was at another location on my other visit. The food was good the atmosphere was good my server was good I believe her name was passion. If you've never tried an Asian cuisine I suggest you give this a try it was very tasting and enjoyable. I ordered the soup with all the meat and seafood in it and it actually cleared my throat. So there you have it that keeps you from getting sick as well give it a try

Either my taste requirements have changed and improved, or the food quality in this establishment has declined. I have many fond memories of this restaurant but my recent visit has been a disappointment.

First (I am not a world-renowned chef), the food tastes like it came from an insta-pot and not freshly made in a wok.

When we complained about the "fried rice" being lukewarm, the server stated that there was no way of warming it up and insisted that we eat the white rice. Either way, the final meal was lukewarm, and the main dish "Mongolian Beef" was not in very good or hot either.

Unfortunately, the meat was not of the best quality, and I would say that overall, the meal was not worth the cost.

The food is good, and I will come back to try more

I went to the Mount Juliet/Providence Fulin's and loved it! The service was great from my boi Asaad, he was always there when I needed something, and apparently the only server. Though it wasn't super busy, he still absolutely killed it! However pleasant the experience was though, there were a few drawbacks;

1. The bathroom was in a bit of a disorder, the faucet was dripping with only an overflowed bucket to catch the water, and the towel dispenser was hooked in only on one side so it was unstable.

2. There were several places on the walls where the wallpaper was coming off or just peeling.

The only reason I say these things is for management to look over and make a change for more "picky" customers that would give a bad review for those few drawbacks. I personally enjoyed my visit and was unaffected by these things.

We ordered chicken with broccoli was old and dry. Cocktail drink was pretty bad but staffs were very friendly and has nice place.

Food was mediochre. Cocktail was fine. Waitress was indifferent. Restaurant was dirty and either the filthy carpet or our booth (or both) smelled like animal urine. Will not return.

Too Expensive. Food was not very good.

Service was good. Good for families. Very friendly staff but food is so so. I was starving so ate most of what we ordered but don’t know if I’d go back if I’m in the mood for Asian. Definitely not my go to here. (Still on the search for that)

Nice place but when your in a power wheelchair with another person that is also in a wheelchair they could have sat us somewhere instead of between 2 booths and I had to turn sideways to eat.. They were empty except for 1 other couple.. Definitely not on my list of going bk to eat... Food and service were excellent tho...

Convenient location in the middle of the Providence shopping center, near the movie theater. I have eaten at Fulin's ever since they opened years ago. Quality dishes from a pan-Asian menu. Even if you have had a dish somewhere else, try it at Fulin's. My favorites are the hot & sour Chinese soup, the Korean beef, and the Chinese twice-cooked pork. They make a big variety of fresh sushi dishes, also. And, plum wine.... 😉

Fulins is our "Anniversary" place to go out to eat. You have to Love Sushi!! It is the best. They also have Asian dinners, Japanese and Chinese

The staff were super nice the food was just not good at all. I have never sent back food but when we went here it was just inedible it was almost like they microwaved it.

Good Chinese. Triple Crown chef's specialty is served in a wonton bowl on a bed of lettuce. Strange choice and hard to mix with rice. Otherwise, a great local spot.

9.8.22 6pm. Service was good, very friendly and fast. I ordered the Pad Thai. Not sure what kind of sauce they used, but it was not Pad Thai. It was a really dark red and tangy sauce. Almost like it was mixed with barbeque sauce. And, it was drenched in it. Even the noodles were wrong for Pad Thai, they used the wide egg noodles. So, service was good but the Pad Thai was horrible.

Solid mixed Asian food joint. A little on the pricy side, but food was executed well. Crispy fried items (Rangoon's, spider roll, sesame beef) were light and crispy.

Andres was great. Very helpful and well mannered. Definitely recommend the lettuce wraps and dumplings. We will definitely be back even though it is a little bit of a drive.

Food and service is spectacular. Fulins Platter, Godzilla Roll & Fuji Apple Saki is my goto. But everything is amazing!

Based on our order, although the wonton soup broth was very tasty, the noodles were dry and tough. Fulin's own fried rice, worst I've ever eaten. Dry rice, meat, chicken, and fried egg strips dried out completely. The few shrimp that were added in were very good. Quite dissapointed.

I'm sure it helps bring in new customers that would not necessarily notice the location. Its near the movie theater at Providence. The rice tasted like it had been in the refrigerator all night and you had warmed it up halfway in the microwave. The Mongolian beef had absolutely zero sauce on it just dry beef and an entire onion. Some of the worst Food I've had from any Chinese place and that's saying a lot

Wonderful dining experience. Hot delicious meal on a cold windy evening in Mt Juliet, Tennessee. Service was excellent. My selection was General Tso Shrimp with veggies my friend ordered Beef and Broccoli with fried rice. Both meal were hot, fresh and very filling. My favorite part of my meal was the hot tea it really warmed me up made me feel very cozy. Fulin's offers a extensive menu everyone will find your favorite. Great dining experience.

Delicious Asian food in a comfortable, stylish atmosphere. Highly recommend the Godzilla roll! The Thai coconut soup was very good, too. All the food ordered was hot, delicious and delivered quickly.

Nice little place. I got the Crunch Roll and miso soup and was pleasantly surprised at how good everything was. The crunch roll was very fresh and I heard no complaints from the others at my table, so I'd consider it a success. I'll be going here again for sure!
