Authentic Thai Culinary Haven in Woodburn!

Our journey from California led us to the Thai Woodburn Food Cart in Oregon, and what a culinary adventure it was! From the tantalizing Pad Thai to the aromatic curries and the exquisite Thai Woodburn noodle dish, every bite was a burst of authentic Thai flavors. The mango sticky rice, with its perfect balance of sweetness, transported us back to the streets of Thailand.

Having traveled to Thailand ourselves, we can attest to the premium quality and authenticity of the food prepared here. It's evident that the owner pours her heart and soul into each dish, ensuring they're made with love and using only the freshest ingredients.

Despite the drive from downtown Portland to Woodburn, the experience was well worth it, especially on a rainy day when a hot noodle soup warmed both body and soul. The staff's attentive and caring nature added to the vibrant vibe of the place, making it a must-visit destination for anyone craving authentic Thai cuisine. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing! The food is super aromatic, flavourful, and colorful. The drunken noodles are so delicious, and the Thai Coffee hits the spot everytime as well! Their Basil fried rice, and Thai tea is always quite delightful. The service is always great! 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Thai food was made with care. Fresh. Ordered Pud See Ew (sp?). Customer service was prompt and friendly. Noodles were made well, not lumped together when you take a bite like some Thai places. Been on holiday to Thailand, and I would say this is a good place in the area to visit. It is a food truck, with a few other options nearby. No sitting or limited seats. You may want to sit in your car or take it with you, if it's rainy.

I ordered chicken pad Thai, chicken pineapple curry, beef drunken noodles and mango sticky rice and it was all extremely delicious. I’ve been here many times before but today it just hit different. The pad Thai was phenomenal and the sticky rice was the perfect desert for the finish. Service was great and pretty quick. Definitely recommend

I am absolutely in love with this place! Each dish has its own flavor and it is very conveniently located inside the mall. I like how they have different levels of spiciness and you get to pick how you want the dish in that sense. The curry is my absolute favorite. All of the curries have different flavor but a good strong taste. They also give you your food in to-go containers so that way if you don’t finish you can take it with you. Prices are reasonable and affordable. Staff is very friendly and very supportive and suggestive with trying the dishes. They checked to make sure that you like the dish or if they need to make adjustments.

I'd argue that this place serves the best food in Woodburn. I was skeptical when reading other reviews, but this place has earned the high praise it's receiving.

If you are not yet familiar with the Thai Woodburn food truck, I wouldn't be too surprised. It's the best kept secret in the Portland/Salem area. How these wonderful ladies haven't been featured at the national level for their incredible cooking is beyond my comprehension. In my mind, they are miles ahead of even the highest rated establishments in Portland. Their dishes are fresh, robust, and most importantly, consistent. In two years, despite ordering at least once per week, they have NEVER needed to remake a dish for me. It's amazing. Try one of their next-level takes on classic Thai fried rice. You will not be disappointed.

I have eaten ALOT of Thai food— in Thailand and here in the US. This is some of the best Thai food I have ever tasted! The seasonings are soooo delicious, and the food combos and textures are to die for! I seriously could move to Woodburn just to eat here daily!

Good food, Gluten free if requested, decent options, spicy green bean dish was a bit heavy handed on the lemongrass, but I’ll definitely order again.

Since moving to woodburn, there isn't much variety of foods. All I see are Mexican restaurants that all serve the same foods that all taste the same. It was refreshing to see this place in a sea of Hispanic foods. I love spicy, and bold flavors, and this wasn't a disappointment. I got the drunken noodles, and it hit the spot! I will definitely be back to try more off their menu!

If you are craving superb Thai cuisine in Woodburn, this is the place. Full stop. The food and staff of this food truck are absolutely out of this world. You simply cannot get this quality of food at these prices anywhere else in Portland, Salem, or the surrounding areas. The owner and staff are friendly, real human beings that care about their product and their customers, and never cease to surprise and delight me. Thank you Thai Woodburn for helping me get through my work week with a happy tummy.

Not sure what you want? The Tom Yum Fried Rice is a MUST TRY for anyone who enjoys the sour and spicy soup by the same name. The level of flavor in this dish is just phenomenal. 11/10.

Over salted and greasy food. On top of it they charged me $4 dollars extra for extra chicken, greatly overpriced

ThaiWoodburn is definitely worth the popular wait. The ladies are all so welcoming and the food is delicious. I have yet to try any bad Dishes and I've tried then all.. my go to is always Seafood Drunken Noodles.

The food is always amazing, I've had just about everything on the menu and it all tastes great. Fresh food and great quality from a small food cart for take out only! My personal favorite is the Drunken Yakisoba noodles, it's a Thai Woodurn specialty!!

Super disappointed. It's Tuesday, the sign as well as Google says they're open today but that they're closed this Wednesday-Sunday. They aren't open, no signs of being open. Just super disappointing.

I have been coming here for over two years and it is my favorite food truck to date. I love my food trucks and this one is the best near Woodburn by far. The food is authentic and tastes super homemade. Ever since moving to Oregon, I haven't found a better Thai restaurant or Thai food truck PERIOD! If you are wanting Thai food that is authentic, then definitely come here. Sue is a master chef of Thai food and I love all of the ladies who work there. They all serve you the best they can! I will never stop coming here and I highly recommend this place!

My husband and I tried out this spot shortly after they opened and we love it!! Their food is always delicious. My husband usually goes to pick it up and he says the ladies that work their are very professional and friendly. It’s our favorite food spot in town for sure!

This was, unexpectedly, some of the most delicious Thai food I ever had. I ordered the crispy rolls, coconut shrimp, and drunken noodles with seafood. The crispy rolls were insanely crunchy and fresh and were probably the best crispy rolls I've ever had. Every item I ordered was packed with flavor and given in generous portions. I will definitely be getting my Thai food here from now on.

Great service and the staff are very friendly & awesome people that treat you like family. They have plenty of good food & great portions. As a truck driver I get it to go for a few meals on the road. I will get it when I can. I live in Missouri and worth the trip to the NW. Just no tractor trailer parking except on the street if it's not to busy. A fortune cookie be a nice Idea with a meal.

The service here is fast and friendly. The food is lovely, and it's perfect for a quick call-in order for lunch on a work day. Thai Iced coffee was just a smidge more sweet than I'm used to, as compared to Thai iced coffee I've had at other places, but it accented the spicy food I ordered well, and it was hard to put down.
The spice levels here are true to your choice(1-5), and they can pack a lot of heat in if you're into that.
I would highly reccomend trying various dishes here. It's the only Thai place in Woodburn right now that I know of, and you won't be disappointed if you give it a try.

Nice greeting even called close to closing time. Pad Thai, Pad See Ew/Mao dishes take better than many Thai restaurants in Seattle. Price is a bargain compares to Seattle too.

I used to live in Thailand in this place taste authentically delicious!! My husband picked up the food and said the two ladies working there were extremely nice. They gave us a free drink with our order in an extra spring roll. We'll be going back!

I am a frequent visitor to the Industrial Ave food cart area in Woodburn. For a long time, it's been mostly Mexican food, but Thai Woodburn recently added some much needed variety into the mix. Today I tried the Pad Thai (mild) and the spicy wings. Both were fantastic. The pad thai was fresh and herbaceous. The chicken was perfectly cooked and moist. The spicy wings were some of the best chicken wings I have had in a long time. Perfect spice level and crispy with tender, moist chicken. The wait was a little long but well worth it for the fresh food. While I waited I had a pleasant conversation with the owner and was served a free Thai tea that was delicious. Overall, I almost couldn't believe the quality of the food from that little food cart. If you are ever near Woodburn, it is worth stopping by Industrial Ave just to see what they have to offer. I think Thai Woodburn is my new favorite overall choice.
