If you’ve ever been to Block 9, you already know—everything on the menu is a banger. I mean, I could close my eyes, randomly point at something, and still walk away happy. The Bangkok fried rice? Perfection. The chicken or shrimp Pad Thai? Flawless. The Tom Yum soup? A spicy, soul-healing miracle. The basil chicken? Exactly what basil chicken should be. And don’t even get me started on the many curries—adorable, delicious, and just the right amount of kick. What I love most? It’s NOT some generic chain restaurant. There’s no cookie-cutter, mass-produced nonsense here—just fresh, flavorful dishes that make me question why I ever bother cooking at home. The staff? Absolute gems. They’re always so nice and helpful, like they genuinely care about my dining experience (and not just about getting me out the door so they can flip a table). They make you feel welcome, like you’re part of an exclusive club where the only rule is eat good food and be happy. Would I recommend Block 9? Absolutely. Would I be slightly jealous if you go without me? Also yes. But that’s okay—just save me a seat and a bowl of curry.
The wife and our girls love to go shop for home decor at Hobby Lobby. After shopping, they wanted to have a lunch meal with rice, and this restaurant happened to be right next door. The atmosphere is nice and clean. During our visit, the restaurant is not too busy. You will order and pay for your food first, and they'll bring it to your table when it's ready. Service was quick, and the food was good. It's a bit on a pricey end, but we still enjoyed our meal.
Soooooooo delicious!!!!!!! Everything here is delicious!!! It's so interesting how just a couple of years ago, this place was a patch of desert and now is a full-blown shopping center that has absolutely everything and now this perfect Thai place. After a long walk shopping I stopped here to eat and was so surprised. The service was excellent, their food is fresh, made to order and perfect, the staff were nice and the decor really transport you to Thailand. Really great place!!! I also saw a lot of orders being picked up. So probably is on Uber eats and Grubhub.
I ordered take out so service & atmosphere are not rated. I was very disappointed with the food, especially for the premium price. As examples the Stir-Fried Vegetables was $15 but only half was vegetables and the other half inexpensive rice. The description does not mention rice so it is deceptive to put half of the dish as rice. The chicken satay cost $11 and there were only 4 small skewers which means they cost $2.75 each! This is very expensive for only 4 skewers. Everything else was premium priced, but only "average" tasting and only minimal quantities for the price. I do not plan on going back and want to warn others who look at their good rating to reconsider as it is a terrible value.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Block 9 Thai Street Eats, and it was nothing short of a culinary journey. From the moment I stepped in, the vibrant interior, reminiscent of Thailand’s bustling street food scene, set the stage for what was to be an exceptional meal.
The highlight for me was undoubtedly the Pad Thai. It had the perfect balance of sweet, sour, and umami flavors, wrapped in a delightful texture that only authentic Thai cooking can achieve. The garlic rice was aromatic and flavorful, serving as the perfect base to complement the rich tastes of the main dishes.
The egg rolls were crispy and delightful, and the drunken noodles packed just the right amount of spice to satisfy those who enjoy a bit of heat. Both dishes were exemplary of genuine Thai flavor.
Adding to the charm of Block 9 is its private outdoor patio. It's a serene getaway where you can enjoy your meal accompanied by soothing music, which enhances the overall dining experience.
For anyone craving Thai cuisine with an authentic street food twist, Block 9 Thai Street Eats is a must-visit. Whether it’s for a quick meal or a leisurely dinner, you’ll leave with a taste of Thailand lingering on your palate.
Huge value for money. Soft light great music. Amazing shrimp pad thai. Fried rice was unfortunately bland and super plain. Panang curry was amazing. Wish they had padded chairs and booths. Huge nice outdoor seating area all shaded. Loved the hibiscus lemonade. Lots of families and couples.

Just an FYI, you have to go to the front cashier station to put in your order. Then they will give you a number and you can wait at your table. Also, to go containers are at the left side by the main entrance. Food was good, not best of best but ok. Service was only given when they came to drop off our plates after that nothing. Overall our experience was neutral.
Best Thai Food I've ever had, and they are very accommodating! I have a gluten allergy, and they made my drunken noodles gluten free.
Stopped for a fast lunch but was surprised by the great food! Highly recommended.
Love Thai food and have a high bar. This place was great. Super accommodating service (I'm a high protein guy) and amazing food. Highly recommend the pad Thai and especially the basil chicken.
Very good food. Friendly service.
If you love Nittaya’s Kitchen then you’ll love their fast-casual Block 9. They serve up their famous spinach salad which is a must have. Don’t worry, it isn’t an actual salad. It’s a bunch of spinach dipped into tempura batter, fried to crisp golden brown, and served with a vinegary sauce that ties it all together. My wife love to order that and drunken noodles and split it. We leave full and with leftovers. If you’ve never been YOU MUST TRY.
We liked this place. We ordered the Drunken Noodles with ground chicken and it was very delicious. Also, we ordered the Green Curry with chicken. This dish was good, but too spicy for our taste. I wish they had asked me for a spice level from 1 - 10. The side of brown rice was very small and cost extra. We had to order an extra side of rice to go with our dish.
The seats had no cushion so it was a bit hard to sit for long. They have a nice patio which looks like it will be nice now that the weather is good. I would like to return here and try some other items, but will order take-out next time.
This place never disappoints. I highly recommend 👌
possibly a take out place
I thought it's just another thai restaurant but it turned out to be very tasty and authentic! Highly recommend it!
Great new Thai place! We grabbed take-out. That were Beef Penang curry, chicken fried rice, beef pad see eww and coconut shrimp. The flavors were on point. We will come back again to try other items. Keep up the great work!
Food is delicious and the atmosphere is amazing!
Ordered Chicken Pad Thai, generous portion and very tasty, I wish there was more egg in the dish. Had it prepared with medium spice, they also give you a spice packet (I had takeout) in case you need more of a kick. Served with fresh lime wedges, it was bright and spicy and I loved it! Pass on the Thai donuts, they were not good. They looked and tasted like lumps of unsweetened and over fried dough, powered sugar and a good dipping sauce was nowhere to be found.

Good food, one problem. We weren't checked up at all if we needed more water. Girlfriend and i waited almost 30 minutes and we were the only ones inside the restaurant at the time. I had to go up to them just to ask if I could pay and get a to go box.
Great Thai food! The yellow curry and tom kha soup were excellent.
We saw this new restaurant as we were walking into Hobby Lobby. So we thought we would give it a try. I ordered coconut soup with chicken. It was ok with the maybe 5 little pieces of chicken. Too much broth not enough substance for price. My husband ordered the pork fried rice because he does not like chicken. He was served chicken fried rice. Since the manager/ server never came back, my husband had to get up and find someone. She said she have to talk to the manager. So the manager /server over and said you ordered chicken fried rice rudely. My husband responded no pork fried rice. Server took fried rice. Another server came out and the manager checked it and it was still chicken fried rice. So on the third attempt they brought out what "appeared" to be pork fried rice. In reality it was the same bowl of chicken fried rice with a few pieces of pork on top to disguise it. Never the less he ate some and took the rest home. Never the less no tip was left! Prices too high for quality!

Food was fresh and delicious, large portions and great price!
We started eating at Block 9 Thai, long before they came to Henderson. Everything that we have ever ordered has been excellent. The service is great. The portion size is ample.
This location has a quaint outdoor patio, warm in the summer, but nice to be outside. I have eaten here with friends and family and have tried lots of dishes, my absolute favorite is the Panang Curry with pork. Also a special treat is the spinach salad, the dressing is yummy and a fun way to enjoy tempura spinach.
We really love their food, glad that they opened a space in Henderson.
I been on Summerlin location and
Is Great but I come to this location is beautiful and great service and great food also I know the guy he work at the summerlin location and he remembers me thanks Omar for the great service and awesome food. Beautiful place… can wait to come back ..
Good Thai food and atmosphere. Great decor.
ordered online via their website. quick and easy. food was delicious
I absolutely love this place! The food is amazing! The restaurant is adorable and the owners/staff are very attentive!
This was my first visit to the restaurant but it won't be the last. We were promptly greeted and assisted with our order. My son and I both had beef panang and it was excellent! The staff checked back multiple times to make sure our order was okay. If you like Thai food don't hesitate to visit.
Excellent experience with this Block 9 location. I placed an online order and had some special request I put in. I was immediately contacted by the restaurant to clarify my request, because they wanted to make sure my order was right. I was very impressed and appreciated the extra effort.
I took my food to-go. The restaurant is new and very nice inside. Very modern and clean. My order was ready upon my arrival.
The food was excellent. The portion size was perfect, and the special requests were honored. I'll be ordering from this location again.
Amazing Pad Thai and easily the best Tom Yum Soup in Henderson. Glad I found this place.
Four friends and I ate at Block 9 Thai Street Eats/Henderson today. 6/26/24
The food was excellent; the lunch special is reasonably priced. I recommend this restaurant!
I’m so happy they have this new location! I would always have to drive to Summerlin. My favorite dish is the Chicken Pad Thai! I’ve tried CPT at other Thai restaurants but nothing comes close to Block 9. Sooooo freaking good! Highly recommend.
The food is awesome but the portion size is quite small compared to other Thai restaurants.
After carefully considering the numerous 5-star review comments and the impressive 4.9 overall star rating, I decided to give Block9 Thai street restaurant a chance. Opting for takeout, I eagerly awaited my order. However, upon tasting the food, I found the pork to be dry and difficult to chew. The jasmine rice also lacked moisture. Additionally, I noticed that the food portion size was considerably smaller compared to other Thai restaurants in the neighborhood. Regrettably, my experience left me feeling quite disappointed. In terms of consumer value, when compared to other Thai restaurants in the area, this establishment fell short. It is important to note that these observations are solely based on my personal experience.
Food! Service! Atmosphere all awesome!! Love this place WOW!! Will be coming back for all the amazing food!! Thank you Block 9!!
Love this place! Drunken noodle Thai hot is my go to. Awesome outdoor seating for nice days. Service is top notch. This place is a great find.
Downed the Pad Thai so quick I didn’t get a pic. The lunch special was a good value for such a delicious meal. The patio has a great atmosphere and service was exceptional. Easy to order up front and employees were friendly checking on me to see if I was satisfied. Would highly recommend! Wish I was in town longer to try other dishes.

I stumbled upon this place purely by coincidence while searching for restaurants in this plaza, and since I saw it, it caught my attention. I had the opportunity to go, and it's a very interesting place. It seems small but is quite large and has a unique operation. I'm not accustomed to such, but I liked it. The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, and the place is very nice. The food is excellent, and I would definitely go back. The only thing I didn't like much was the heavy use of recyclables; it's one of the peculiarities of the place. It looks quite nice, and you wouldn't imagine you'd be eating in these things, and it feels almost like fast food Thai food, but still, the food is very good, and it's just a detail that I didn't like. Overall, a very good place, recommended to go at least once.
Checked this place out for lunch. EXCELLENT food and service. Pad see Iew (combo) was perfect, lots of meat and flavor. Our daughter loved their potstickers and chicken fried rice. Good selection of beer as well. Definitely a gem here and we will return!
I've been waiting for this place to open since I saw their sign, and the wait was worth it! The food is amazing, and my hubby and I love their outdoor space; it's a gorgeous, modern atrium with comfortable seating and lots of shade😌 Everyone is warm and inviting; they even remembered me and my hubs when we came in today to eat! We order different things when we come, and each dish slaps; get their papaya salad, tofu fries (WHAT WITCHCRAFT MAKES THEM SO CRISPY?!) and the penang curry, they do not disappoint🥘 Have room for dessert? THE THAI DOUGHNUTS THO😩😍 They are fresh-fried, brought to you piping hot with this buttery, silky caramel sauce that is just amazing—worth making room for!
We did take out tonight for dinner at the block nine thai street eats in Henderson.
The restaurant was decorated really nicely and it just opened
The staff was friendlee and created this right away
Only took about ten or fifteen minutes and we were ready to go with our take home food
The flavor of the food was very good and it did not feel or taste greasy at all
It was plenty of food for us and we had leftovers
It's a great restaurant and I hope they do well in this location
Lovely new place. Greeted at the door by friendly staff. Food is wonderful. Art and style is top notch. Highly reccomend.
Definitely my new favorite Thai restaurant in Henderson. Quality ingredients, fresh vegetables, really cool in-store vibe, and awesome customer service. it’s my second time here and I get the drunken noodles and egg rolls. Top tier experience and food for sure. I also enjoy the sustainable packaging. Cheers.
Very welcoming team and delicious food. Really enjoyed the drunken noodles!
Second location of Block 9 Thai Street Eats that recently opened. Charming interior, the food is deceptively simple, meaning delicious! I like that you can choose your heat level for the food, they give you dried pepper to add to your meal to make it more or less spicy!
After you read through their menu (includes lunch specials), you go up to the counter in the back and order. Very straightforward, and good options for vegetarians and vegans. The staff at Block 9 are very nice, they check to make sure everything is good when you get your meals and can recommend choices if you can't decide. Definitely good for small parties, as the place is cozy. Or takeout if you have bigger groups to feed.
We went here tonight based on a review I read. I am so glad we did. The lady at the front(I believe she was the owner) was so very welcoming and asked every table personally if they liked their food. The place is nice looking and very clean. We got the Garlic Pork, Chicken Fried Rice, and Pad See Lew. Everything was soooo tasty! The pork was tender, the chicken was good, and the shrimp was fantastic. I can't wait to return!!!!! Give this place a try. You won't regret it.
What an absolute slam dunk for the Henderson area. The staff is friendly, the vibe is relaxed and casual, and their dishes have a depth of flavor and freshness that is, for lack of better words, intoxicating. It's only been two days and I already want to go back for more. Definitely worth a shot!
Darling place! Just opened a week ago! Very hospitable...great food! Loved this bistro style place. They have a cute outside patio with bistro lights that I'm looking forward to trying. It was just too chilly tonight! I'm glad we have this addition to the neighborhood! Right between Hobby Lobby & Dollar Store off of St Rose Pkwy! Check out the lunch specials!
I ordered the pad Thai, soooo good! It was delicious and fresh! And the customer service was great. Wonderful place, I will come again and eat inside:)
