Lemongrass Thai Kitchen is without a doubt the best Thai food I have ever had. The flavors were incredible, everything was cooked fresh to order, and the staff was so nice and helpful. We will happily be back very soon, that’s for sure!! We got the Lemongrass Sampler to start, it came with Thai Spring Rolls, Krab Rangoon, Tofu Lovers, and shrimp Tempura (The picture was taken about halfway through devouring because we forgot). Next we each got a soup, Tom Yum Goong and Tom Kha Kai which the ingredients tasted so incredibly hot and fresh. Finally for our entrees we got the Lemongrass Signature Curry which contained shrimp, squid, and scallops along with fresh vegetables and that was delicious; as well as the battered and fried Snapper Panang curry which was truly one the best dishes I have ever had in my entire life. Not only was the flavor incredible, the dish itself is huge, I definitely have lots of leftovers which I’m ecstatic about! The only the we are sad about is that we filled up on all that food and weren’t able to get dessert but we will try again next time!!

Visited Lemongrass Thai Kitchen recently and was thoroughly impressed with the authenticity and generous portions of the food. We indulged in the lemongrass soup, a tangy and aromatic start to our meal. The beef salad was perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of heat and zest, and the duck was cooked to perfection, with crispy skin and tender meat that practically melted in our mouths. The flavors were genuinely Thai, making for an enjoyable culinary journey.

However, our experience did take a slight dip towards the end when we were asked to pay without being offered dessert, which felt a bit rushed and put a damper on the otherwise lovely dining experience. Despite this, the quality and authenticity of the food at Lemongrass Thai Kitchen are undeniable. It's a place I'd recommend to anyone craving Thai cuisine, with the hope that the service pacing improves to allow diners a chance to fully enjoy their meal, including dessert.

Let's start with parking which is of no fault by the restaurant, but on this Saturday night before Thanksgiving I had to pack in the rear. It was a short walk. Everything else was AMAZING!

This restaurant only opened this past April 2023. Was searching for our 2 local Thai restaurant times and to see which was less busy when I found Lemongrass Thai Kitchen. It was much closer to my home and had 4.8 stars!

At 6:30 my wife and I were seated immediately although they were pretty busy. I should note at 7:30pm the restaurant only had patrons at 2 other tables. For appetizers we ordered Tom Yum soup for me, Calamari and spring rolls for the both of us.

Main course I was convinced to try Lemongrass Signature Curry and my wife ordered the Volcano with shrimp. Both were outstanding and not the "convenient Thai" dishes that are common at most Thai restaurants. For dessert we had the banana ala mode.

Everything tasted outstanding and the food was plentiful. You know what? I'm getting hungry thinking about the food that I'm going to place an order after writing this review - currently they don't offer delivery at the moment. And you have to call to place an order.

What was just as great as the food was the service! We had at I think 5 different "attendants" at our table making sure we had anything we needed - calling them servers is probably an insult. Food came out probably less than 10 minutes after ordering.

I've eaten at MANY Thai restaurants near military bases from east and west coasts, in Asia and in Europe. Lemongrass Thai Kitchen is right up there in the top five. I'm going to add that I will definitely be a repeat customer!

We also had spring rolls for starters and Yellow Curry with Chicken. So good! They have such a good menu that we're looking forward to coming back to try more dishes.

Best Thai in town!

Food tastes good and decent but had a very bad experience with one of the staff members(not sure about her name) who came to take payment. She don’t want to accept the customized tip and she was demanding the tip which is 18% in a very rude and aggressive manner.

1st time trying Lemongrass. I must say I will be back for sure. The food was very good and plenty of it.

The food was delicious! 3 of us dined in and we all agreed our appetizers and entrees were delicious. We had satay chicken, steamed dumplings, spring rolls, Basil rice with chicken, beef and shrimp, Basil fried rice with chicken and Pad Se-ew with shrimp. Service was great and friendly! A definite favorite Thai spot.

Another great experience! Had the TomYum Noodle Soup. Amazing. Great and prompt service. Just gets better every time. 🙂

Great tasting Panang Curry. Simple, with good flavors. The space inside is a little small, so it can quickly get loud; however, the outside seating was perfect on a sunny day.

The people here are so caring. I come with my grandparents all the time and they get them little gifts for the holidays which shows how much they really care about their customers. The food here never disappoints and always taste amazing.

I tried the take away for the first time last night, and it was amazing! Ready so quickly and delicious options.

I’ve had lemongrass a few times and have loved it every time! When dining in, the service is great! Our server, Carina, as well as the rest of the staff did a wonderful job and made our experience 10/10. Recently, I got take out and the food was just as delicious. I highly recommend for both dine in and take out. Great option you can’t find anywhere else in Oviedo!

Be sure to check your food if you’re getting take out. The first time I got food here, it was great. But it seems like they are inconsistent because the next time I got takeout, the food tasted differently. The pad thai I got was dry, missing egg and peanuts, and seemed spicier and than the first time I got it. The summer roll is great.

Edit: both my orders were takeout. First time the pad Thai was great, second time was not. There was absolutely no pieces of egg in my second order. And a reply to the owner, not including peanuts on a pad Thai is ridiculous. People know what pad Thai is, how about tell your employees to ask if a customer wants peanuts when they order pad Thai.

This is my new favorite local restaurant here in Oviedo. Pretty much everything on the menu (besides seafood dishes) can be made vegan. Prices are reasonable and the portions are really good. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Food is too notch. Highly recommend.

Excellent restaurant. When Thai basil closed down, I wondered if there was anything as good as them in Seminole county. That question has now been answered. They can customize any dish to your dietary needs and the taste is excellent. They are great at catering to vegetarians or pescatarians.

Lemongrass Thai Kitchen was my first experience with Thai cuisine and it was AMAZING! I ordered the Thai Iced Tea and the Lemongrass Sampler and devoured them! So, so delicious! The service was wonderful with such kind people working there. I seriously can’t wait to go back!

Been there twice and the food never disappoints! The soft shell crab speciality with the yellow curry was incredible. Comes with 2 beautiful soft shell crabs, veggies and rice.

Food is perfect! I had the scallops Praram and the scallops were large, fresh and cooked perfectly. The vegetables included carrot, broccoli, snow peas and cabbage, all covered in an amazing peanut sauce with a side of jasmine rice.

The place did get busy quickly. There was extra seating outside.

I can't believe it took me this long to try this restaurant. Holy Smokes. This may have been the best Pad Thai and Red curry I have had. The place is clean. Staff are friendly and service is great. There was steady stream of to go orders. Now that I have eaten, it obvious. Finally an amazing restaurant in Oviedo.
I was also pleased to find out since everything is made to order there are many things that can be made Gluten free. Just have to lets the waitress know. Definitely going back!!

Busy and friendly atmosphere.

This is my third time having food here. I food is tasty and fresh and I like it. The young boy who was our server is very sweet and efficient but I don't like the lady who works there. She claims to be the owner. She is very unpleasant and rude and makes me uncomfortable. For that reason, I don't plan on going there again.

Always a great spot for Thai food in Oviedo! I haven't tried a single dish that I haven't enjoyed. I particularly like their papaya salad, panang duck, and appetizer sampler. I actually no longer live in town but always make a point to stop a couple times when I'm visiting.

We stopped here for the first time and were very impressed!! The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious! We had the Roasted Duck in Basil sauce and Basil sauce chicken. We ordered Thai spicy level of heat and loved it! Beware, it is very spicy!! The sauce was so good, my wife actually took it home after she cleaned her plate!!!

My birthday buddy and I ate here for our annual birthday brunch. The service was fantastic and fast, and the food was spectacular. Everything was so fresh. We both had the lemongrass soup and the sampler. The soup was delicious, I could have drank a whole gallon of it, Lol!😁 I am not a tofu fan, but the fried tofu was pretty tasty, and the texture was okay. I ate everything on the plate. After we were done, the waitress surprised us with this fried banana dessert. We were not expecting this at all, but she heard it was our birthday, and she graciously presented us with this yummy dessert. 😋 I was very impressed and would highly recommend 👌🏽

My husband and I have been dying to try this place for months and it was worth the wait. We walked in around 8:15pm and were fed and walked out right before they closed. The service was quick and attentive, the servers were also very kind. AND the food was so fresh and flavorful. Normally to get decent Thai food you have to go to Atleast Orlando or winter park but now I can have legit Thai food right in my area. The establishment is also clean and the interior decor is nice too. Love this place and definitely will be going back soon!!!! Recommendations: I’m a soup person, and their Tom Yum Gai was to die for. If you can handle it, Thai hot is the way too but it is hot. But it’s so good and such a rich flavorful spice. Really hits in this cold weather, or honestly at any time. Perfect portion size too as someone who loves to eat a decent amount of soup.

Panang Curry- my husband ordered this and I had to try. SO comforting and flavorful, and rich and creamy. The spices were on point. And the portion size was perfect.

He was the most genuine, kind, and engaging server we have EVER had. Seriously, he was awesome. And it was busy! He also made great food recommendations. All our dishes were so delicious! I’ve now had the drunken noodles, the pad Thai, and few different curry dishes. They’re all just soo tasty!

I ordered some Pad Thai on a weeknight for pickup. It was ready quickly, in only 15 minutes. When I walked into the restaurant, it smelled amazing! The staff is so friendly and the food is delicious. I will definitely be returning to try other items on the menu.

I have yet to be let down by anything I’ve ordered here. Tonight we had takeout and everything was amazingly flavored as usual. Yellow Curry, Tom Kha Kai (coconut chicken soup), duck noodle soup, spring rolls, steamed dumplings and crab rangoon. I hardly ever order and am usually disappointed by crab rangoon at other restaurants, due to the small ratio of filling to wonton, but not in this case. There was a lot of delicious filling (which reminded me of an old Oviedo staple carrying “seafood puffs” that were sooo good! I’m very glad we ordered them.

I was warmly greeted, quickly seated. I had my mind blown by the flavors, food presentation and customer service! The cucumber salad was served in a flavor packed dressing that was so good I ate it with a spoon. The ENORMOUS Garlic & Basil Snapper was served on top of perfectly al dente veggies that were infused with eye-rolling good THAI sauce. My leftovers made for a great lunch today. I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

I have gone for take out twice. they take a long time to bring out the food. It is well worth it. the food is delicious. the curry is never water down or lacking in the protein of choice. The appetizer platter was delightful. There is a couch where you can wait for your food and the place is nicely decorated. there are also tables outside perfect for this fall weather. I definitely recommend.

The Lemongrass Curry is by far the best Thai Curry in the United States. Paired with the Chu Mai Dumplings and a cold Singha beer it can't be beat. Service is excellent and the price is very fair.

This is a great Thai place. Inside, it has a modern-grass look, and comfortable seating (they also have outdoor seating as well). The menu has a decent amount of options, like Tropical Fried Rice or Fried Tofu. It's a great place to take children as well.

I loved every single dining experience I’ve had here. My favorite thing to get here is their 3 flavor fish and krab rangoon. The service is great and the ambience of the place is nice. I cannot praise their food to my friends enough. It’s a place I always recommend to anybody in the area.

Best Thai in Oviedo! Couldn’t be happier we have this around the corner from us. This is our second time here. First time, my husband ordered me a soup when I had the flu and this is our second experience and we decided to dine it and really enjoyed everything! Will definitely be back.

Amazing. One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to, and the prices are completely worth it given the quality and service. Will be here again later this week.

After weeks of searching for good thai food around orlando, I’ve finally found it. I went for the food (which was delicious and just exploded with flavor) but I stayed for the inviting ambience. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll bring my family next time!

Visited Lemongrass recently and was pleasantly surprised, with a large selection of different dishes, fast service, and a clean establishment. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for some good food.

The staff was very polite and efficient. My order was made incorrectly and the server was happy to take it back to the kitchen to be made how I wanted it. It tasted amazing. Overall, I would definitely come again!

Lemon grass was a dope establishment and the service was amazing.

My workplace recently ordered lunch from this restaurant and we were SO pleased with the food and superb customer service!! All of the food was delicious and seasoned well and the Tom Kha Kai soup was the best I've ever had! Lots of vegetables and wonderful coconut-lime flavor!! I'm addicted to it! I'm so glad this restaurant opened so close to where I work. :-)

A wonderful, new place. Their foods are beautifully prepared, exciting because they are a little exotic, and better versions of many dishes I was already familiar with. They serve sake, cold and warm. I would like to come back over and over again to try all those good-looking menu items.

The Pad Thai is some of the best that I've ever eaten, and I highly recommend the Lemongrass Sampler if you like to try a variety of appetizers. The portions are good, and the prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting, and the servers are always attentive and knowledgeable. I will definitely return again and again!

Best Thai 🇹🇭restaurant of all Orlando area! I’m so glad this authentic and locally owned place opened in my Oviedo neighborhood! The owner is the sweetest person I’ve met, the food 🍜 is delicious and very authentic (and I’ve been in Thailand 3 times) and the best price in town! Highly recommend!!! 🌟

My husband and I just moved to the nearby area and decided to visit this gem of a restaurant! The food is flavorful and always comes out piping hot. Their thai tea and thai coffee are excellent. Their spring rolls and dumplings are delectable. Their phad se-ew with chicken is perhaps some of the best we’ve had in Orlando. Don’t forget to save room for dessert because their mango sticky rice is also amazing. We’ve definitely found our new thai place!

Update: I wanted to order here again but just saw they got a C rating from dept of agriculture on 8/15/23 😭

So glad to have really great tasting Thai cuisine in the area!! I usually get the pad pak and drunken noodle. Tonight I ordered the drunken fried rice with chicken and it was delicious with the medium spice.

So glad to have this place so close to home. Will definitely be back again. Today I Had the Drunken noodle lunch dish, cooked medium spicy. It was so fresh and yummy. Also pictured is the chicken with mixed vegetables lunch.

I love thai food and have tried many places. this place- curry and noodles have been fresh.Order was always taken correctly and taste is fantastic.

They seem newer and the vibe of the restaurant is great. Lady on the phone is always polite.

Food is average, nothing to really stand out. Some items weren't as good as other Thai places.

Younger servers seem unhappy, unresponsive, and not friendly at all. We didn't like that our server came with a device to pay our bill and just stood there while we input tips and payment. There's no privacy or professionalism when your server is standing overseeing everything you input! We've Never had that happen before elsewhere.

The food makes up for any flaw you might find. Absolutely amazing dishes! Photos posted were taken after I started eating. Lol- sorry!!! Portions are perfect!

This place e is close to our house, we like to eat Thai food and enjoy the flavors and ethnic dishes they offer. The majority of the times they don't have air conditioning and the place gets very worm and sometimes uncomfortable. Noone likes to eat while sweating due to trapped hot air. They need to understand that we are having a heat wave and the temperatures are not cooperating, therefore not having air-conditioned space is equal to remain close or put of business. Their own staff was braking sweet all over their faces. Very bad business practice.

What an absolute delight this Thai place was. The food was amazing and by far the best Thai place i've eaten in east orlando / Oviedo area. I highly recommend it. We sat outside and it was very nice. The inside was full and the outside too. So you know the place has amazing food. I had the duck panang curry and it was so flavorful. The owner stopped by and spoke with my wife and I for a few minutes and she was a delight. This will become a regular place I eat out now. Great food, great owner, clean place. What more can you ask for.

Food is always beyond impressive. They spend lots of time and energy prepping the food while closed just so it can taste amazing and fresh when you order. Would 10/10 recommend.

Good food great service great drinks and desserts too I love chicken satay Krab Rangoon then thai tea also drunk noodles with chicken or garlic pepper add chicken with pnuts and pepper flakes oh love sweet sauce and put sauce and the sweet spicy wings love ice cream and sticky rice delish donuts too wish they fry banana and had coconut ice cream

We eat Thai often and have our favorite places. We heard that Lemongrass Thai was good so we decided to check it out. IT WAS DELICIOUS! The service was friendly and efficient and the food was so very good! We all ordered different dishes and tried each one and there was not a "less than" one in the bunch! I am excited to add Lemongrass to our options for good Thai food!

Owner just opened this spot but it's a great new restaurant with great atmosphere and service. I liked the snapper a lot and they have mango coconut sticky rice 😁 which is great

My friend has been raving about this place and today I finally got to try it. Everything was delicious-not too heavy on the sauces and a good amount of heat. The timing on greeting, ordering, and the food arriving was right on point. Give this new Oviedo gem a shot! 😊

This was much classier than I expected for a Saturday afternoon stop for errands. While I still felt comfortable, it would be a great date. Our servers were attentive, the food was delicious. I will definitely 100% be back.

Lobster pad Thai was delicious and a good portion.
Wait time wasn't too bad for a Friday evening as the turnover is fairly quick when we were there.
Staff is friendly and attentive.
Orders came out in a decent amount of time. I think we were all eating in under 20 minutes.
Prices vary depending on what you order.
Of course lobster was a little more vs chicken.
The place is kind of wide open with tables along the wall and a few in the back.
Parking can be a challenge in the strip mall area but we were lucky to get a spot near the entrance. The stars were aligned that night!

Amazing food! By far, the best Thai restaurant in Central Florida, and frankly, the best Thai I've had outside of Thailand itself! Thank you for opening up a restaurant in Oviedo.

Food reminded me of food in Thailand and a must. I’ll be eating there again and again.

Amazing, simply amazing. The Tofu Lover starter dish set the meal off to an amazing start. We also had the spring roll and the dumplings (great googlely-mooglely) and one entree Pad Se We. I highly recommend you get a bunch of dishes and split it to try as many dishes as you can. We will be back.

Just had lunch with my friend and we really enjoyed our dishes. My Pad Thai with Tofu was excellent and so was the rest of the food. Service was excellent!🤩Loved this Restaurant!!! I want to come back❤️

I love to recommend this new Oviedo Restaurant! The owner delivers the food personally, all made to order fresh. The ambience is really nice -- not so loud. The food is fantastic! Healthy and tasty.

We had the best meal here. My wife and I had date night and wanted to try this new place. Staff was super friendly. The food was excellent. The place is neat and clean. My red snapper dish was fantastic and I can’t wait to go back again.
