Stopped in around 4:30 pm on a Wednesday afternoon. No one was dining in so I decided to. I ordered the fried spring rolls with chicken and plum sauce and Thai fried rice with beef. Both were delious! Lunch came to $19.50. The dining area was clean and my waitress was pleasant.

Lindo y tranquilo lugar. Lo único ha mejorar, es que te traen todo junto, la entrada y el plato principal con solo 5 minutos de diferencia, es como si te apuraran y no puedes disfrutar de tus platillos, además de que la mesa queda demasiado cargada de platos. Wow, so glad we found this place! We love Thai and this is by far the best in East county that we've had.

My favorite place to go to in El Cajon. The Pad See Yew is so yummy and the Tom kha is less expensive than other places and tastes so good. Also, I've gone multiple times throughout the month, and the cashiers are always really nice! Definitely recommend!!

Outstanding food, we had one of the curry lunch specials. Came with a salad which was also outstanding, very fresh! Outstanding service, which is a rarity! Love that we finally have a good Thai sit down restaurant again close to home and don't have to drive into the city, fight traffic and parking. Definitely will be our new "go to" when we want Thai food, they have take out as well.

This place is cozy and small with good food. The portions are small, so you'll not be at risk of getting fat. Enjoy!

Only ordered delivery MANY times, my partner picked up once. Food is fresher than other nearby thai places, which I believe is why they're a bit pricier than other local spots. Food is packaged well, and like I said tastes fresh from their rice to their meats and veggies.

I've seen reviews about authenticity here, specially from non-Asians and yes I said it. If you really want authentic, I do suggest tuk tuk thai in City Heights and I bet they wouldn't like it cuz they don't know what authentic is. Little Thai Kitchen seems to make items fresh daily, which is obvious in their food. The spiciness levels are on point, the side of rice never tastes old. I'll continue ordering delivery/takeout from here.

Food is always on point and authentic. You can just smell it when you walk in that it’s the real deal. Absolutely love the taro milk tea here! The peanut sauce is the best - they add enough spice and flavor to it. They put effort in seasonal decorations, keeping the place neat, and just the overall atmosphere is nice. One of our favorite Thai places for sure.

Wonderful Little Thai Kitchen in a Wonderful little place. Many order in advance here. I rarely see people dine in, but that could be based on the times I go...I think it's Family Owned and they are kind Souls even the worker who shared some history with me. I love Thai food and Panang Curry is my favorite. I tried the Panang Salmon this time. It was fulfilling couldn't even finish it all and had to save some for later. There's Many other curries to try but I'm loving on Panang. The young Lady who works there greeted me some time ago when waiting and ensured I get served. These people are kind Souls. The love to cook and you can taste it in the food and the atmosphere they provide. Enjoy!

Such a great Thai food place! They are located close to our office, consequently, we order pretty frequently. The pineapple fried rice and green curry are particularly delicious! I just wish they didn't close down for a few hours between lunch and dinner. That would be my only complaint!

The good: prices were good they have lunch specials. Bill was 38 dollars for shrimp fried rice, yellow curry, cream cheese wonton and Tom Yom shrimp soup. Great choice for noon 1st date.

The bad: Tom Yom shrimp soup had one shrimp and lots of mushrooms.

Ordered takeout from here and although we had a small snafu and had wait a while for new rice, the service was great. The staff let me hangout inside and provided status updates regularly. The interior is a bit plain and given it was heavily raining for San Diego it was empty. But several pick up orders came in while I waited and they all were in and out very quickly.

Overall, the food itself was good. We ordered pad see ew, Tom kha soup, panang curry, chicken satay, Spring rolls, cream cheese wontons, sticky rice with coconut ice cream, and friend bananas.

Most of the items were above average, with a few notes about the Tom kha and panang - these were just a little different to us. The Tom kha was sweeter and less coconut flavored than we expected and the panang curry was less creamy and felt more like a red curry than panang to us. They were still good, just difference from expectations.

Just overrated, I didn't like the customer service.

Just opened today and i must say i hope they are here to stay. Was better than most Thai around here and the specials are a reasonable price. Hopefully they can keep this impetus of fair quality at a reasonable price while having a modest but presentable dining area. Staff are nice and are eager to express appreciation for your patronage, and restrooms were clean albeit a little rank. I think that's the fault of the plumbing. Now on to the food review...

Thai food is known for its spicy, sweet, and savory flavors and it delivers on all aspects, though Spice Lords may not find a challenge here. Also, something to know is that if your thai food tastes a little bit different it's not because "oh, they don't make it right here!"; Thai food is incredibly diverse within it's own "genre" and there's many ways to play off the base ingredients. If you don't like the taste despite it being made well, though not how you normally like it, then just get it somewhere else! It's that simple. Sampling the most well known entree's via lunch special- Shrimp Pad Thai, Shrimp Tom Yum, Chicken Tom Kha, and Red Curry -I can say this about their flavor: All were very good for the price, though i was mildly disappointed with the viscosity of the curry. I blame it on the container for not letting it breathe and become the more or less sauce-like consistency I've frequently had. It was more like a soup, but again that's mostly up to preference, and the flavor was good! Also, the pork meat in the curry was was nothing to write home about. It basically did it's job and that's it, but you're also not paying the prices for extravagant cuts of pork. Another thing for those who do appreciate authentic garnishes. There was no fish sauce, crushed or powdered peanuts, or chili oil to put atop my Pad Thai. No question from the staff if I wanted them included either. It doesn't lose them any credit on the score, but those do a lot for customers who enjoy those garnishes. It's understandable that these requests may be "out there" for the average American customer, and therefore not readily included or mentioned. Last, but not least- the Thai Tea was good, but nothing outstanding from other places.
In conclusion: quite good; hope it only gets better from here, and hope it sticks around. Spring Valley NEEDS places like this and other "cultured" restaurants to get it out of the "hick in the stick, Emerald Ghetto" border town of San Diego label. Thai Kitchen, you're fighting an uphill battle my friend. Hope you succeed.

Welcoming staff, food always comes out fast. I’ve dined in and gotten take out and it’s never disappointed. Food tastes great, my favorite is the Pad Woon Sen with chicken, it’s not spicy and is a great size for one person.

Nice clean place. The food was good and fresh tasting. The duck was a bit fatty but complimented curry. I did not think their spicy was all that spicy. I enjoyed the warm peanut sauce with the fairly solid spring roll. Service was attentive but admittedly I was the only customer eating in; waiter kept my soda full.

Service was friendly and quick. Sadly the food didn't taste authentic. The Tom kha soup broth tasted slightly like Italian soup. The pad Thai had the same flavor, pork was dry and hard. You will be disappointed. Never going back.

I can tell you this, the Noodles were just as good cold, as they were hot! They too, are very generous with their portions.
2 1/2 servings for me! I ordered & paid online. It was all very quick & simple. My food was ready when I got there.

Dined in at this somewhat new Thai restaurant and was very happy with everything. The decor inside was nice, the staff were friendly, the menu had lots of options and everything was relatively reasonably priced. I ordered Massaman curry with chicken, spice level 7. It was delicious, a perfect balance of heat and flavor. I also tried their iced Thai tea with boba, which was pretty good. Mango sticky rice was divine. Very filling. I will dine here again. Great addition to the community!
