If you want to save money 💰 for 2 people, just share a 3 combo plate. That's what we did last time.
Even though you're looking at the food like "I want a lot!" But for me and my wife she doesn't eat that much of it so sharing a plate is the perfect amount and we don't get over full.

CHECK YOUR TOTAL BEFORE PAYING!!! Food is decent for the price. My family will sometimes grab food here when we're at the mall. I ordered a meal today and it seems like food quality was lower than before, although the portion looked bigger than usual.

The issue is my son ordered a strawberry smoothie with boba (he grabbed food elsewhere) and when I checked my receipt when we came home, I was charged $13 for "BOBA SMOOTHIES" when we only ordered 1. The menu stated that smoothies are $6.50 so they must have charged us for 2. I'm not sure if the cashier mischarged us intentionally or not, but definitely double check your receipt. I don't think we'll order from them again.

The food here is mega delicious, and they're the fastest food you can get in the food court. I eat here all the time, and there's never a dip in quality. Best entrees are the spicy barbecue chicken and the curry chicken, and the noodles are way better than its closest competition.

It made me disappointed to see so many mall goers waiting in the long lines at Panda Express, when there is a highly skilled stall nearby. Seriously help keep this place around and give it a shot! I had to scrape orange sauce off the Orange Chicken I had. I'll say the food was hot, I'm not sure about actual freshness. Most concerning is the Soy Sauce Packets right at the checkout register – they are dated *2020*. The sign of the Rat. That's 4 years ago, enough time to degrade the sauce flavor. It’s not OK to be serving these out; they need to be dumped. Atmosphere score is low because it was busy mall and good luck finding a seat. I walked around 10 mins for a table and my food was warm by the time I could eat it.

Not worth paying for... especially their pad thai

Delicious food, good portions and friendly service. I gave the atmosphere a low grade because it’s in a mall. I’m not a fan of the mall but I had some work to do here so I had lunch and was not disappointed. 👍🏽👍🏽

Got a bunch of food really fast for a good price

Damm, talk about misleading. They don't serve anything that is actually Thai. Their Pad Thai is more of a chow mein.

Very disappointed. My husband and I used to love Ruby Thai. we thought we would try it again last night. things have changed. Their honey shrimp was our favorite, now it's breaded with no honey flavor sauce. They also stopped using the thin noodles too.

How can I describe this. Tastes like a 65 cent frozen Chinese food dinner that you can buy at a grocery outlet or dollar tree type store. After you microwave it. It tastes so bad that you end up just throwing the whole thing away.

You all understand this is Chinese food right? Everything on the menu is Chinese. Please don't get tricked into thinking this is Thai Food.

I got one drink here and was charged 6.72 for it. But as for my banking statement, I was actually charged 12.25. Never going to come back.

I ordered the fresh Pad Thai and it had no type of flavor. Had been wanting to get food from here for a long time and it disappointed. Their mango lemon was good tho!

Don't order the wonton noodle soup. It tastes like hot water with odd bits and pieces of food floating in it.

Add soy sauce and it ends up tasting like brown water with odd bits and pieces of food floating it.

I don't think they know what salt is.

I was denied water. It's a very simple request for my experience was not good. I got a free water cup from a neighboring food vendor with no issue.

They made us wait due to their broken credit card machine. No apology or feel sorry, but throwing an attitude when we said we did not have cash.

Came at 8.20 on a Friday night. Asked for a table, guy said it’ll take 25 mins to make food, we said ok. Then he was like “I have to clean tables”. Really? Smh… how can I give zero stars?

Couldn't say I was impressed. Wanted to try noodles and cabbage. They charged me for a number one! $8 PLUS I couldn't eat either food. Just thru it away. Really sorry as I can remember when this Kitchen was pretty good!

I ordered the pad thai with chicken for my wife and the noodles and chicken had a pinkish coloring to it, not the typical brownish color. Oh man, the pad thai one funky smell and taste to it. Like a combination of bare feet and raw chicken. I'm not sure what seasoning or coloring they use for their pad thai, but it tasted very bland and unpleasant. Unappetizing even with a hungry stomach. Even my 3-year old noticed the foul smell to it. This is not what pad thai tastes like, and I'm wondering if they even served us the proper dish. It was 7.99, but it was so unappetizing, we could not even stomach to eat it.

I had a Combo 3 (3 Combo?) and was able to try three different main items. All of them were really fresh and had great flavors. Each of them was very different.

The mango chicken was definitely my favorite. It looked like a Chinese-style mandarin chicken, but had a sweet mango taste.

Second best had to be the Thai Chicken. A type of grilled chicken in an awesome soy-based sauce.

Also very good was the Coconut Shrimp.

I would compare this place more to an Americanized Chinese restaurant, and a very good one at that!

Bad service

Got a grilled chicken noodle bowl. Seemed like a fair price but the chicken was way too charred and swallowed the flavor of the rest of the dish. Tried a bit of my friends boba from there and it was pretty good. I say give it a try but don’t order the grilled chicken.

The food is mediocre at best. And they wait till the very last minute before refreshing it with fresh food.

they over charged us for food that was not even good and they kept on insisting that we only paid for one of there “bobas”but they weren’t even good the food was dry and tasteless.i do not recommend this

I paid the upcharge for the Bang Bang Shrimp. It was room temp, the breading was extremely thick and doughy, and the bang bang spice was sprinkled on and flavorless. The rice was hard and undercooked. Also flavorless. In addition, they charge .50 for fountain drink refills. I will never return or recommend.

The food here was amazing! Everything tasted great and the workers were nice and friendly.

In the past they have been very stingy about the amount of food they would give you. Lately, they've been very generous. The noodles are simple and plain which my kids love. My favorite is the honey crispy shrimp and the sweet fried tempura chicken. Not a fan of the beef because it's too chewy. Overall better than panda express In my opinion .

My son ate here on Friday had rice noodles mango chicken and BBQ chicken and got sick! All came out on floor of my van when I picked him up! BADD FOOD! I'm reporting to Board of Health!

Not bad, similar to Panda Express (not in food type, but in quality) but too expensive for what you get. Chicken was of poor quality, lot of gristle.

Love thai food, good rice and good meat, it's important!
