Long-running spot preparing traditional Thai dishes in a cozy, charming space with patio seating.
Was passing by and decided to try this place. They have a nice outside patio. It is a little noisy as Colorado Blvd is pretty busy. Started off with the stuff chicken wings which was pretty good. Had the fried pompano fish which was also good but not crazy about the sauce that came with it. On the menu, it was listed for $20 but turned out to be $28 on the check. It does say it is seasonal but I wish they had pointed it out that it will cost more than that. Also had the Pad Thai supreme that is basically Pad Thai with fried pieces of chicken on top. Good but would get regular chicken or pork next time. Service was good. They have parking in the back which was good as parking can be hard to find on Colorado during lunch time
It's a small, cozy place and they have a high number of takeout orders so there is some delay. It's still worth it. There is outside seating. However, it's January and petty cold, and unfortunately, right now, we have many fires in the area so bad air qualityand no one is seated outside.
Every single dish we got here was so good! I’m not really a big fan of Pad Thai because most Thai restaurants Pad Thai’s are super dry and/or has zero flavor, but over here is was soooo good. I definitely recommend that dish if you’re a Pad Thai fan!
Fried rice is always my go-to so that definitely disappoint. You can also get it spicy! Definitely worth it if you’re a spicy eater.
Tom Yum Fish I always get no matter if it’s a cold or hot day.
Get the sticky mango rice if you love sweets!
Update 4/19: BE READY TO WAIT ABOUT 45 MINS - 1 HOUR FOR YOUR FOOD WHEN IT’S BUSY!
Parking space is the back is NOT very good & also took me a while to be able to find it via Google map.
It’ll be first and most likely the last time for me.
Lunch special was $10.95 + tax = $12
I have had plenty Thai food previously, there is never one single restaurant I’ve had before with this almost like mini size curry portion!
But look at how small portion it comes with, also the curry (I ordered red) has almost no flavor, taste like water. Meh… not worth it. :/
Well, it’s the work lunch experience for me but I’ll not be returned after this time.
Many years ago, I used to eat here at least once a week. It had been a long time, but I was so happy to find that this place has not changed at all. My favorite has always been the green curry and it's still great. Everything about Classic Thai is homey. Simple Thai dishes with tons of flavor. Friendly service. Amazing! So glad I came in again.
This is now my new go-to Thai restaurant. I ordered their Shrimp Pad Thai, Drunken Noodle with fried Tofu, and eggplant with Beef.
Every dish was flavorful and good portions.
When I went to pick up the order, the younger gentleman cashier/ runner was very friendly and attentive.
I will definitely come back and order from here!
Damn, this is a gem. The best Thai food I’ve had outside of Thai town, even better than some places in it. They were so nice, food took awhile but it was well worth it. The pad see ew noodle texture was so beautifully slippery. The green curry so flavorful and the Tom kha was exceptionally harmonious. I’m so happy I found this gem

My favorite Thai spot in Los Angeles!
the food is overpriced got myself a small plate of chow mein $15-$16!
Amazing experience!!! The foods taste is out of this world !!👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 The atmosphere is really friendly and family oriented !!

pad thai is super flavorful. Definitely recommend and the atmosphere is so cute !!!
Such a wonderful restaurant, great outdoor patio space and atmosphere, excellent and friendly service! Their Krapow over rice and yellow curry were amazing
Love everything about this restaurant. The authenticity of the flavors compliments the cozy ambience — makes you feel like you’re right at home. There is a variety of dishes for all eaters whether it’s vegan, pescatarian or you’re a good ole omnivore. My go-to restaurant in Eagle Rock.
Mango Sticky Rice is sooo satisfying!!
Why have I waited so long to try this place? We ordered tofu and broccoli off their lunch special as well as chicken pad see ew. The lunch special comes with vegetable soup but they brought out an extra one which was so generous and kind. The soup doesn’t look all that appetizing at first but wow does it make up just glorious savory, garlicky flavor. Both entrees were excellent, seasoned just right. The entree size pad see ew was enough for us to share. Looking forward to going back and trying more dishes!
You can't make any specious analogies here but you vmcan get a great bowl of tom kha
Delicious authentic Thai food. Excellent friendly service. Quiet, beautiful, and clean atmosphere.
This food was delicious. I came with a group of friends, 1 who is a returning customer and brought us. Great vibes great food
the food was pretty good. really liked the curry!
Good food.
Yummy and ready fast
Divino, fresco el pescado el salmon y el lugar comfortable
This restaurant is like a cozy home I have been a customer for over 17 years.. I love getting the stuffed wings they are delicious. I love every single dish. The coconut pie slice is a must also their fresh coconuts. highly recommend this beautiful cozy restaurant plus their. customer service is on point.
Excellent food, service and prices.
Good service and their Tom yum soup is so good!
Spicy beef salad is a top contender here, along with their salmon curry, and of course, their coconut ice cream.

very scenic and good food
Everything that I taste is delicious, usually I don't like this kind of food but this restaurant is the exception. The food is so tasty.
I ordered a very spicy chow mein and it tasted like spaghetti noodles with a lot of chili powder. It was not enjoyable.
Other than that, my husband loved the mushroom soup.
Curry doesn't come with rice. So you pay for rice and then they don't put it with your order.
This is the best Thai food in Los Angeles and has good prices very much great lunch special
Panang curry was excellent. Pad se ew was kinda average. Looks like a great place for dine in.
Wonderful restaurant.
Staple of Eagle Rock. Been coming here for decades. Great food, great service and I love their lunch specials.
Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. Outdoor seating. Parking in back.
Unexpectedly very good. My parents have been coming here for years. We went tonight and I didn't expect the Tom Kha to be as good as what we got. Wow. And the Pad Woon Sen was en pointe. Drunken noodles were also good. Prices were very reasonable.
It's was good
This is the best Thai restaurant . The food is amazing and customer service is top level. We come here almost every weekend.
Parking space is the back is NOT very good & also took me a while to be able to find it via Google map.

Pleasant atmosphere, good & tasty food, very reasonably priced.
Incredible food. Maybe the best Thai food I’ve ever had.
Best place ever, our go to place for delicious food!! Taste was amazing and presentation was everything. Customer service is great. Always look forward to coming back.
Delicious and great service
I've got too many food intolerances (including gluten) but Classic Thai is mindful and takes care of my dishes. My favorites are the rice noodle salad, the laarb, the clear broth soup, the pumpkin curry with chicken, and I've even had a tom
kha and did alright. Great little neighbourhood restaurant you can do easy pickup from or it's super cute for dine in.
So delicious. I have tried a lot of different things on the menu and it does not disappoint! Go here and support local business! The service was also top notch
Get the garlic mussels! They are my favorite!!!
The staff is so friendly it's like family and the food is amazing!!! We got the angel wings, soup, fried rice and of course the mussels and it was so good. And if you order al la cart, the portions are pretty big so you get your money's worth. Definitely recommend this place!
Amazing Thailandense food
Very good
Recomendable
Authentic and good service. Reasonable prices

Very good thai food and good service thanks 👌
Really nice outdoor vibe and ambiance. Good quality food and good service. Eagle Rock has definitely changed since I grew up there in the late 80's. Will definitely return for some good Thai food.
Hands down the best thai restaurant in the neighborhood!
Great food amazing friendly service!
Service is OK but I came for good food. It's not made to order and it seemed seconds I was served. That's never a good sign. I ordered pad Thai tofu, it had a cheap sugary glaze and the noodles were congealing (sticking together already) because it's not fresh and made to order. Based on this dish I'd never return here. The outside tables are DIRTY with many flies flying around me and I had to ask for another napkin because I used my first one to wipe the coke can that was covered in dust! Do they NOT see the speckles of black in the can? Then I taste the diet Cole and it has a bad metallic TASTE which means they are old!! This place disgusts me and then I have to pay for this trash. I left almost all the food that I could barely eat and also couldn't drink the diet coke because it was so metallic. It was a terrible experience.
Great for Thai food !
Good food good service I’d recommend the Thai ice tea
Awful
Good place to eat. Lovely
Great food.
Delicious! I've had a lot of Thai food, but this was the best I've ever had
Above average thai food and their sticky purple rice with Mongo is really good
Wonderful!!!
I asked for spicy and they actually made it decently spicy (I have a high spice tolerance). Very flavorful curries with good portion sizes! I'd say it's the best in the area
Absolutely delicious food!! Tastes fresh sand clean. We ordered take-out, but I wish we had dined in because they have the most amazing garden area where you can sit down and eat. Will be back!!
Great food.
Nice ...quiet ...perfect getaway from the hustle n bustle along with some great food n friendly service ...don't take my word for it ...find out for yourselves
A hidden jewel in Eagel rock
I love this place, local Thai restaurant with charm and flavor. Service is great, the food is great, the space is cute and cozy. I usually do pick up, but it is my current go to spot for Thai food for me. I mainly get Pad thai or Pad See Eew.
We started coming here maybe one or two times a month. Very friendly staff and I love the red curry. Tastes very close to red curry you would order in Thailand, they just add some extra vegetables to make it more suitable for American people
I've only had Togo, service is polite and quick. Food is well prepared and tastes good. I recommend the cashew chicken and freshly cut open coconut.
My favorite thai restaurant. Everything is always delicious and the waiters are attentive and kind.
It was very good. Not having been there before they gave me a "mild" version of a dish that can come very hot! It was delicious!
I've always enjoyed this restaurant. Me and my partner have never had a problem with this restaurant. The food is always consistent and good. Best thai food around the neighborhood. Definitely sets the bar high.
We ate dinner there, and were generally impressed. Our party had several different dishes: the Chow Mein was a hit and the Salmon Curry was very good. One of us had the Panang Curry, which was tasty, but the green beans were underdone - and it was very late coming to the table (as if the order did not get placed.) Other than that, it would be a place where we'd gladly go back.
Reasonably priced, quality Thai food. Their Pad See Eu is one of the best out here. This place has also been around for a long time and their staff is all very friendly. It's great to have these hidden treasures still around.
Kung pao is delicious! the crying tiger is AMAZING! Thai tea is absolutely delicious! Ohhh and the angel wings are phenomenal!!! I've been pleased with every meal I've had so far! Service is great and very polite, warm, welcoming, and friendly! And the atmosphere is just as awesome as the food ! Highly recommend this place! I come here frequently! Love this place!!!
food is quite good. service is pretty fast, and it has never been crowded when I've been there. the outside seating area is very nice.
My favorite Thai food in LA. They have a huge selection of food and you really can't go wrong with any dish. Everyone is really friendly and accommodating. Plus the venue is adorable with great indoor and outdoor seating.
Tom yum soup with a side of rice was a perfect, quick, and healthy lunch. It was very delicious!
Great food, service and ambience
Yummy food. Nice Thai coffee or Thai ice tea. Sit outside surrounded by pleasant greenery or in cozy inside with groups of friends.
Delish
Lunch was reasonable. Taste was good. No wait during a week day. Pleasant wait staff
This place is always unbelievable!!!!!!!!
I went to this Restaurant and the food is delicious, good service, good atmosphere.
Nice food in a nice atmosphere with very friendly staff. Could you ask for more?
Service is awful here. We sat for 10 minutes before we even got menus and then another 20 mins before our order was taken. We then had to wait another 45 mins for food. Whoever this girl is doesn’t care about customer service at all. Worst part is if the food was good, the wait would be worth it. However, the food isn’t even that great.
Service not too good here. I had to get up 3 times just to remind lady that our tables needs chopsticks to eat while food getting cold. Next table over got up to get napkins. Food could be improved as red curry was very watery it had less chicken and little veggies. It was more watery. Then we asked for water.it came 10 mins later and with bugs.
Food is okay.
Good food. Nice people.
Great place to eat
Good Thai food in an old house setting.
Awesome staff and the food is amazing every time we go. If you like soups I do recommend their coconut shrimp soup
Cold inside. Ok food.great service
Solid Thai food restaurant. Noodles on point. Rice stir fry dishes not as enjoyable. The vegetable soup is one of my favorite items. Parking in the back is limited however there is generally street parking close enough on Colorado Blvd. Staff are very friendly. Feels like a locals place. Intimate atmosphere.
Decent restaurant with nice staff
My favorite Thai in Glendale/ Eagle Rock area.
Great food great service
Love the food, service and vibe! So friendly there.
Fabulous! Very sweet and kind staff, delicious food, charming atmosphere, especially on the patio. We most enjoyed our dessert, sweet purple rice and fresh mango. A must for Thai food lovers!
I tried the Orange chicken combination, with fried rice. It was one of the best orange chicken recipes I have ever had. The quantity and quality of the food was really great. Check this cozy little place out
This place is like a diamond in the rough, my work place is about 1/2 mile away and i never managed to find a good pla e to eat, ive been going here about 3 times a week and everytine i order something else and its like omg, so gooooooooood.
Personally i recomand on the coconut soup and the breaded chicken breast (schnitzel style) just like the way my mom used to make it!
From All Locations I Been Around The Area, This Place Been So Far One Of The Best Tasting & Good Service I Have Gotten. Will Recommend This Place.
The soup was SO flavorful! The Garlic Salmon was fair - will def. try their food again soon for a better review.
Great curry!
I had the yellow curry. It was excellent. Service was good too.
The best Thai food in the area. Never had a bad experience. Only drawback is the very limited parking in the back.
Great neighborhood restaurant. The food has always been tasty!
True authentic thai, fantastic green curry ☺
Terrible service. I've ordered from here a few times and the service keeps getting worse and worse. They constantly forget to put tofu on my vegetable fried rice. And it seems like the don't even season the vegetable fried rice. It almost seems like they just throw white rice together with vegetables. Tastes terrible. Stay away at all costs!! I would recommend either Panang Restaurant a couple of blocks away or Thai Spirit across the Eagle Rock Plaza Mall.
So me and my family went here to eat dinner. We ordered the seafood spicy sour soup, tofu pad thai, shrimp fried rice, beef salad, and garlic pepper beef. Also we ordered steamed rice. The steam rice took 30 minutes to come out and that's with me asking for it. The soup was good and the tofu pad thai was good. The beef salad, beef garlic pepper and shrimp fried rice was not good. The service was mediocre. I would get the same service from a burger king. If you were starving and crave thai food, then go and get a lil fix. However, if you would like a good dinner try another place. Would never come back again.
This restaurant is cute a little small but I like to sit on the patio and enjoy the fountain when its not too cold, food is vegetarian.friendly and delicious!
