The place wasn't busy, which is odd because the food was so good. We ordered a small Tom Yum soup with chicken. It was the right amount of spicy with a tad of sweetness. It easily fed two people. The chicken and basil and beef salad were also great.

The place was clean, cool, and the staff was very friendly. Prices and portions were fair.

We'll definitely be back.

What happened? I don't know what's going on in that kitchen but The quality went down. I use to come here often and today the Food was very bland. Wasn't like this a year ago. I ordered the house fried rice. Meat was tough and flavorless. The fried Rice also lacked flavor no salt or pepper very bland. The fresh wok down the street is packin more flavor. I can't recommend this place for now. Hopefully things get back 🙏.

Hidden gem with beautiful presentation and fresh ingredients.

Absolutely blown away by the presentation and how refreshing this dish tastes on my pallet. Whenever we go to a new Thai place we always start from the standard pad Thai and yellow curry. I knew I was in for a good time when they asked me how spicy I would like the dish. Enjoyed the food and will definitely be back

We found this new place and randomly decided to have dinner there. The host, Mary, was super friendly and warm. She made wonderful suggestions and was very welcoming. She mentioned that the pigeonwings flower tea changes colors from blue to purple when you add lemon to it and decribed how it tastes like. The service was fast, the presentation of the food was lovely and the restaurant was clean and relaxing. They had pictures of all their food items displayed in order to help us make our choice. We ordered the volcano chicken (they had lit it on fire at our table, the crust of the chicken was crisp and had a mild sweetness to it and the chicken was soft and juicy on the inside), the mussaman beef stew (the beef was juicy and tender and the stew felt like a comfort food, it was creamy and delicious but slightly heavy due to the peanut base so come with an appetite!), and the pigeonwings flower iced tea (mildly sweet and sour, and delicious, beneficial for cognition and stress relief).. I would definitely visit again.

I like to give it some time before I write a review for a restaurant. I've been here over 5 times and the quality of the food is very consistent and extremely tasty. The yellow curry is great and the orange chicken is one of the best I've had. I had to take one star off due to service, some of the servers are very polite and attentive while others are not.

Overall it's one of the best Thai restaurants I've been to.

Not the place you want to come got here at 7:53 today it was EMPTY and didn’t want to serve me they said only to go and it closes at 9 definitely not coming back

The foods are good and nice staff. Recommend Tom Kha soup, pad thai and crab fried rice. Don’t forget to drink thai green milk tea 😋

We ordered take out today from there; we have been there before but TODAY 3/2…the food was AWFUL.
Pork Fried rice was greasy, runny, way too much onion, hardly any pork in it and very bland.
It’s too expensive to not be good. New cook?

Won’t be back there.

Friendly service! Had the tom yum soup- was amazing and great portion size for 3-4 ppl. Papaya salad was one of the best!

Ordered online with 0 issues and the food was prepared quickly and was ready for me when I picked it up. Unfortunately, the Pineapple fried rice I ordered did not taste very good. There were no pineapple pieces in the rice and the entire plate of food tasted.....off at best. Even the chicken in the rice was off. I usually like to give a place 2 or 3 chances but this food will be keeping me away unfortunately.

Good Thai place at good price point

The food was excellent. I ordered Yellow Curry, and it arrived without rice. I've never had that happen at any other Thai restaurant. I had to order and pay for it separately.

The store was closed for a while and reopened but I’m 100 % sure it’s a new owner because the food taste totally different. I wouldn’t care if it taste the same but it was very obvious. Ordered a beef dish and the beef was chewy and it never was. I was completely disappointed with the pad see ew. That was my favorite dish there and it’s so far from the original owner. They added carrots which I thought was odd but it didn’t taste authentic like the previous. Local Thai was my top Thai pick around here. I’m sad this is what it is now. The service was good but taste is no longer there.

VERY Delicious food. Good hefty portions. Extremely friendly staff and timely food preparation. We went during the afternoon on a weekend and was low on customers. I greatly hope it was just bad timing bc the place is a must for Thai food!

Perfect taste. Cane here first time today and tried pine apple fried rice. Food was very good. And the price was right. Definitely recommend this place.

OMG this place is the BOMB. Try the red Curry Chicken, it was absolutely amazing. Great service,very clean and good music playing.

I really enjoyed everything I ordered from here! I got Chicken basil fried rice, Panang curry, and Larb. My favorite was the fried rice. I will definitely get it again. I would like to try the red curry next time since I like it to be more spicy. Panang is great too though because it's sweeter and more mild. The larb was a little bit salty, but all the flavors were delicious. This place is a great value! Definitely stop in for a bite.

This place is only available for take out. I enjoyed the food. Can't say that it's any better than other this restaurants I've been to. I don't have any complaints and I think that my family also enjoyed everything. We finished all the food we ordered.

It’s was my 1st time ordering food there The Pad Thai noodles were alright but The Yellow Curry had little white hairs in the soup and the white potatoes did taste fresh Nor did the white chicken. I will not be ordering takeout there anymore. Thanks! But No Thanks!

I'm so disappointed. The cook wasn't wearing a mask. There's so many places I won't be going back to for a very long time. I had to change me previous 5 star rating to a 1 star. Unfortunately, I realize during the pandemic that so many restaurants don't protect their patrons by being safe and wearing a mask. Im so disappointed. The cook in the picture I uploaded is very selfish. Ive worked almost everyday since the beginning of the pandemic and never have NOT worn a mask. Very, very disappointing. I hope health department gives them some sort of penalty and or fine. Some people don't care but I do, very much so.

'Had the crab frice rice. Very tasty. Good quality. Fresh slices of cucumber and tomato is important. MOST lazy places only put 1 tiny slice of cucumber and 1 tiny tomato slice. They put fresh cilantro as well. Details matter alot.'

Ordered the Spicy Basil w pork. It was very tasty with a savory gravy sauce and ample amount of veggies and meat. It is clearly better than Royal Thai and Thai BBQ. I’m ranking this along Thai Corner as my favorite Thai places in Chino Hills.

Great and very tasty food. I love the Fried Rice, Pad Thai, and Yellow Curry. Last time I visited, they offered free Thai Tea with check-in as well.

Our overall service was good. But the good was idk. We ate it.The meat was served cold 😳 ... I had to ask for it to be warmed up. Which was warmed by micro. Pad thai (which I requested to be saucy) was dry. The Soup was decent. Totally wasted on the tiger dish. Everything looked great. But I've just tasted better in Rowland Heights for lower pricing & served more. Probably won't come back unless they changed it.
