I also had pumpkin curry with tofu that was delicious (but it needed additional veggies like carrots) and creamy (but was a little too sweet and medium heat was not enough). I will definitely come back and tweak my order. I was really impressed that they had 3 vegan options clearly marked. Service was top notch, and it was my first visit. Raymond was friendly, efficient and fun. I look forward to my next visit.

We always do take out and they never get our order wrong no matter how many changes we make to the original item. Honestly the best curry I've ever had. It's kinda sweet but not in a sugary sense . I get the mild spice level and my fiancee gets medium and you can tell the slight difference in them both. Mine doesn't have a kick while his has a small amount. We both love the yellow curry, Thai gai rolls, Thai dumplings, spring rolls, and the gai tod crispy chicken bites. And that's only what I can remember off the top of my head! I think we've tried almost everything here. Also, the sauce they give with their sides is amazing. Can't go wrong with coming here.

Oh my!! The food was so good, the green curry was amazing, like, extremely worth it. The Pad Thai was so freaking good too. I ordered spring rolls and was surprised that they had a breading on them but I was very happy with the way they tasted. The breading was not hard, is was just right and they tasted amazing as well. The Thai Tea was a hit. I will 100% be returning. Awesome.

In June of 2024 I had an issue at a location in Chandler, AZ and was given a store credit for my two meals and two drinks by that regional manager, was told to give my phone number to the cashier when we made another order, it took a few months for us to come back to eating at this chain and when I did I found that the store had been closed, I called another location and eventually got a customer service line and email. We had a slow back-and-forth conversation for a few weeks which ended with them asking for my email and phone number AND THEN THEY STOPPED RESPONDING. I had spoken with Pete Davies, Kevin Clark and Erin Banger and it seems like Pete's email is deactivated. I'm giving this another shot and have found one option in their "contact us" on the website, leaving this update with this location to see if it can get in better hands.

Best thai food in all phoenix area

The only thing I'm disappointed about is that I've lived in the area for years and just started eating here in the last few months. The food is honestly AMAZING. There's so much flavor and the Thai rolls are seriously some of the best I have EVER had. The Tom Kha Gai soup is phenomenal. I love that they have the wide rice noodles as well, they're hard to find as most places have chow mein noodle or thin rice noodle for everything. You can edit the toppings and adjust spiciness, and the medium is quite hot! They also seemed to know regulars as they came in to pick up.

I love Thai Chili To Go, particularly the one on Williamsfield near San Tan Mall in Arizona! They always make the food extra amazing!

My family and I come to Thai Chili 2Go maybe once a month and we love it! Always great quality and the amount of food you get is well worth it.

I have loved all dishes that I’ve tried from here. I used to only get Pad Thai, but recently tried Pad Siew and Drunken Noodles which were both very good. For appetizers, the Thai Dumplings with the tangy hoisin sauce are awesome (even as a meal) and the Thai Gai rolls are very good. Even the sweet and sour sauce that comes with them is so delicious! Craving Thai food? Give this place a try!

I'm a frequent customer and love the service. One thing I dont get; why the pad thai has a different taste each time, as though some ingredients are left out.

Ordered food thru the app and tried using the code for 3 free dumplings. Code said invalid and ai had never used it before. Got good and explained the code wasn’t working and was pretty much told, oh try it again next time you order! Really? So there won’t be a next time as I will now go somewhere else. You lost a faithful customer over your customer service not the three dumplings.

When you don’t want to cook and don’t want to eat out, this is perfect! Great tasting fresh Thai food. What’s not to like?!

I can't speak for the food but I'm sick and tired of the guys delivering the fliers walking through my yard. It's rude and very disrespectful. Makes me wonder how can a company care about my business when they can't show care in delivering their fliers?

Gluten allergy here! Was super grateful they double checked my food before giving it to me and let me know one of the dishes I ordered had noodles with wheat (I didn’t realize the big white flat noodles ARE NOT rice noodles, they have wheat in them). They quickly re-made my order with the proper rice noodles (the skinny ones used in pad Thai). Really appreciate the great service and mindfulness, allergies are not fun but it’s a lot easier when people are kind, patient, and thoughtful about it! 10/10 the food is always delicious and quick and as a bonus the Gai Tod is gluten friendly and yummy - not many places offer that.

I ate here after my Chinese friend was done serving her mission with the Mormon church. He reccomended a triple protein pad Thai, with double of the same meat and one different. And to wash it down with an orange drink or a green drink. I chose the double beef plus tofu, but if I were to try again I would have changed it to double the chicken and add tofu and made it extra spicy. (I guess I just like seeing red and white on my food, plus eggs!) The food I tried here was extra peanutee, but I really liked the atmosphere and the to go cups they have. I wouldn’t have tried this place if my friend didn’t help me be a bit more adventurous in my eating, so glad I gave I did though!

Ps. I would not recommend having this dish right after a chilli breakfast burrito Christmas style, though. A little space between the spices helps!

October 31st they closed early yet proceeded to intake orders. I paid for my food, arrived to pick it up as the app stated it was ready only to find no one was there. I’ve asked for a refund, reported it in person, reported it online, through their survey. No one has responded or issued me a refund. Just collecting money for nothing. It’s a shame because the food is good. If only the service matched!

Loved the Pad Thai with chicken, huge portion was enough for 2 meals! Plenty of chicken & like that you can customize & pick your own spice/heat level. The Thai dumplings with sweet teriyaki-like dipping sauce were also delicious. Easy online ordering & ready when promised. Will definitely be back soon!

Order was ready when I picked up & just like what asked for. I ordered drunken Noodles & it was was perfect, not soggy like other times with all Veggies I selected. Good amount of chicken (could be a little more) Perfect amount of sauce and med spice.

My daughter ordered from here about a month ago and she ordered medium yellow curry and it was so good . We tried it and ordered medium green curry, chow mein and pineapple fried rice. This might be the worst Thai food I have had in the valley. I ordered through deliver service and they give you a small quantity to begin with. I paid $16 for fried rice, instead got half a bowl. Definitely not worth $16. The fried rice did not have any veggies and and had one piece of chicken. The rice it self was mostly tasteless.

I absolutely love the Santan location. I come in once a week for a Tom Kha gai soup and it’s really nice that the GM knows me and my order. Her team food is always delicious. The GM Amira was kind enough to sit down with me, and help me set up my Thai Chili 2 Go app. I 100% recommend this location!!

Some of the rice wasn’t as “fresh” tasting as usual. And the person who gave me my take out was not as welcoming as you’d expect.

The food is usually decent, sometimes even good when you actually get home and they gave you the correct order. Today I order drunken noodles with extra chicken, but got home with chow mein noodles with barely any chicken. I have a sensitivity to eggs, and chow mein noodles are egg so I can't even eat the noodles. Total fail. But, my previous hangup is usually the time they tell you your pickup order will be ready vs when it's actually ready - is often way off. They tell me 15 min, I arrive in 20 min, and wait 10-15 more minutes. That's not an exaggeration! This wasn't always the case. But, the last 3 times it's exactly how it's gone. The clerk guy is nice, and thanked me for waiting . The food (when correct) is pretty good, and I originally started coming here for that and the predictable and efficient pickup situation. Also, the prices have gone way up also. I'm done ! Good luck TC2G !
